　本発明は、衣服用ハンガーに関する。
　従来、衣服用ハンガーでは衣類を掛ける又はその周辺機能のみが追求されがちである。その中で、技術文献１では、動物を象ったハンガーの中央部分にミラーを配置する構成が提案されている。

　ところで、上記特許文献１においては、動物を象ることとミラーを付けるという機能を提案している。特に、主たる特徴としてはミラーを配置したことであるが、身支度に必要という観点であれば、これも衣類を掛けるという機能の周辺機能と言え、斬新とまでは言えないという問題があった。
　従って、本発明は、ハンガーの機能として衣服を掛けるだけに止めないで、実用性を向上させ、衣服への興味を強くさせることのできる衣服用ハンガーを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の衣服用ハンガーは、フック部と、肩支持部とを備え、前記肩支持部に設けられた開口部又は該肩支持部の下部の少なくともいずれかで取り外し可能に支持される装飾部材を備える構成である。
　本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、肩支持部が支持されている装飾部材との接合部がハンガー用の強度を維持しつつ取り外し可能な強度で一体成形される構成が好ましい。また、本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、装飾部材が前記衣服用ハンガーに掛ける衣服の情報に関係する装飾を備える構成が好ましい。また、本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、装飾部材がロゴ表示プレートである構成が好ましい。
　また、本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、装飾部材には少なくとも１つのバッチ又はペンダントが形成される構成が好ましい。本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、バッチ又はペンダントには取付具用の固定部が形成される構成が好ましい。
　また、本発明の衣服用ハンガーにおいて、装飾部材が取り外して組み立て可能となる模型パーツからなる構成が好ましい。
　本発明によれば、取り外し可能に支持される装飾部材を備えることにより、衣服を掛けるだけでなく、装飾や広告などの機能を備えることができ、実用性を向上させ、衣服への興味を強くさせることのできる衣服用ハンガーを提供することが可能となる。

　以下、本発明に係わる組み立て玩具の好ましい実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図１（ａ）は、本発明に係わる衣服用ハンガーの正面図、図１（ｂ）は、図１（ａ）の衣服用ハンガーから装飾部材を取り外した状態の正面図、図１（ｃ）は、図１（ａ）の衣服用ハンガーから取り外した装飾部材の正面図である。

　以上のように、本発明の上記実施形態によれば、衣服用ハンガーにおいて、取り外し可能に支持される装飾部材では、そのハンガーに掛ける衣服の情報に関係して装飾構成することができる。そして、取り外し前の装飾部材は衣服用ハンガーの構造材の一部としての機能を有し、且つ文字通り衣服用ハンガーの装飾として利用される。そして、取り外した装飾部材は、それぞれの更なる機能を提供することができ、装飾部材が取り外された後もハンガーは、通常通りに使用される。
　なお、装飾部材は、そのハンガーに掛ける衣服の情報に関係する装飾として構成することができる。例えば、メーカー、ブランド、サイズ、カテゴリーなどに応じて、形状や色などを適宜に設定することで、その衣服に合致して装飾すると同時に、メーカー、ブランド、サイズ、カテゴリーなどの情報を提供する。
　また、装飾部材として、例えば、そのハンガーに掛ける衣服のメーカーやブランドを特定し、そのメーカーやブランドのロゴやキャラクター、意匠や商標を表示するプレートにすることができる。これにより、その衣服のメーカーやブランドを店頭で主張することができる。更には、持ち帰りのハンガーとして提供した場合、メーカーやブランドの認知や思い入れに強く働きかけることができる。そして、取り外し可能であるので、別体として室内の飾りや仕分けなどに利用することができる。
　また、装飾部材には、バッチ、ペンダント、模型パーツが形成されることができ、そのハンガーに掛ける衣服のメーカー、ブランド、キャラクターなどに関係したデザインとすることができる。
　また、装飾部材の取り外し前には、衣服に関するメーカー、ブランド、キャラクターなどとの関係を示して衣服広告の一助とする。そして、取り外し後には、それぞれの機能を発揮する。特に、キャラクター関係であれば、多くのデザインがバッチとして利用可能であり、衣服と対で利用するなどできる。また、模型パーツの場合には、衣服とは全く関係のない機能であるところの、模型組み立ての楽しみを関係する衣服に併せて提供できる。
　なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲での変形、改良などは本発明の含まれるものである。例えば、本実施形態は、ハンガーの形状として、一般的な枠形状を中心に述べているが、これに限らず、開口部が設けられる形状、更には、肩支持部の下方に空間が確保できる形状であれば、さまざまな形状のハンガーに適用可能である。

Claims (7)

  1. 　フック部と、肩支持部とを備え、前記肩支持部に設けられた開口部又は該肩支持部の下部の少なくともいずれかで取り外し可能に支持される装飾部材を備える衣服用ハンガー。
  2. 　請求項１において、
    　前記肩支持部が支持されている前記装飾部材との接合部がハンガー用の強度を維持しつつ取り外し可能な強度で一体成形される衣服用ハンガー。
  3. 　請求項１又は請求項２において、
    　前記装飾部材が前記衣服用ハンガーに掛ける衣服の情報に関係する装飾を備える衣服用ハンガー。
  4. 　請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれか一項において、
    　前記装飾部材がロゴ表示プレートである衣服用ハンガー。
  5. 　請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれか一項において、
    　前記装飾部材には少なくとも１つのバッチ又はペンダントが形成される衣服用ハンガー。
  6. 　請求項５において、
    　前記バッチ又はペンダントには取付具用の固定部が形成される衣服用ハンガー。
  7. 　請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれか一項において、
    　前記装飾部材が取り外して組み立て可能となる模型パーツからなる衣服用ハンガー。
