Description
Beschreibung description
Contact disc for a vacuum interrupter, the invention relates to a contact disk with a Verbin ¬ edge surface for soldering to a contact piece of a vacuum interrupter and a contact surface, said slots of an outer peripheral surface in the contact disc extend into.
Such a contact disk is known from DE 199 10 148 C2. Such contact disks are used, for example, in RMF contacts (radial magnetic field contacts) for vacuum interrupters. When currents are separated, an arc occurs between the contact disks in the interior of the vacuum interrupter, which arc rotates on the contact disk due to the radial magnetic field. This is to ensure that the arc does not stop at one point of the contact disk, so that no local damage to the contact disk is caused by the arc. The disclosed vacuum interrupter has a vapor barrier in the area between the contact and contact pins, which is attached to the back of the contact and prevents the passage of steam through the slotted contacts.
Object of the present invention is to form a Kontaktschei ¬ be of the aforementioned type, which has a simple and inexpensive construction. This is achieved according to the invention in a contact disk of the type mentioned above in that the slots extend in the axial direction from the contact surface into the contact disk in such a way that the connection surface is fully ¬ constantly obtained.
In other words, the slots do not extend with respect to the axial direction or the thickness of the contact disc, as in the contact discs known from the prior art completely through the contact disc, rather, the connection surface is not penetrated by the slots and thus remains intact, so that a vapor barrier for behind arranged components as in ¬ example, contact terminal bolt is formed by the contact ¬ disc or its fully obtained connection surface. Thus, these components are protected on the one hand, from deposition of nascent during a switching process material, and on the other hand, a separate vapor barrier, the fastening means by means of its own loading as solder foils or must be fixed like, can be saved, so that a simple and kos ¬ tengünstiger structure is ensured ,
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a residual thickness of the contact disk in the region of the slots is between 3% and 25% of the total thickness.
Bei einer derartig bemessenen Restdicke der Kontaktscheibe ist einerseits eine Reduzierung von Wirbelströmen in ausrei- chender Weise gegeben, und andererseits ist eine derartigeWith a residual thickness of the contact disk dimensioned in this way, on the one hand a reduction of eddy currents is sufficiently given, and on the other hand such is
Contact disc with such slots in a simple manner by konturnahe manufacturing methods such as Powder In ection Molding or with tools for shaping the contact disc allows.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung und eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die beiliegenden Figu¬ ren näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Figur 1 eine dreidimensionale Ansicht eines Ausführungsbei¬ spiels einer erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktscheibe; The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing and an embodiment with reference to the accompanying Figu ¬ ren. It 1 shows a three dimensional view of an exemplary embodiment of a contact plate according to the invention;
Figur 2 eine Schnittansicht durch das Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktscheibe der Figur 1. 2 shows a sectional view through the embodiment of the contact disc according to the invention of Figure 1.
1 shows a contact disc 1, which is intended for use on a contact piece of a vacuum interrupter (not shown in the figure) and usually made of a copper fer chrome material is made. 1 shows a three dimensional view is shown on a contact surface 2 of the Kon ¬ timing disc 1, wherein the contact disc 1 has slots is exemplarily referred to a slot 3 of which, which slots extend from an outer periphery 4 of the contact plate 1 is 1-shaped extend into the contact disc 1 inside. The slots 3 have rounded edges 5 and 6 both in the area of the outer circumference 4 and in the inner area of the contact area 2, wherein the rounded edges 5 and 6 are intended to reduce field peaks in the area of the slots. The slots 3 in the contact disc 1 is not thereby extend completely through the contact ¬ disk 1 with respect to an axial direction, but are designed such that one of the contact surface 2 connecting surface 7 gegenüberlie- quietly located is not traversed by the slots, but the connecting surface completely he ¬ hold is.
