控制用户设备进行测量的方法、 装置及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种控制用户设备进行测量的方法、 装置 及系统。 背景技术 保证移动用户的服务连续性是蜂窝移动通信系统的一个基本功能, 而移动台服务 小区的切换是保证服务连续性的主要手段。为了便于 UE (User Equipment, 用户设备) 进行切换, 系统需要给每个小区配置邻接关系, 以便网络侧将邻区信息通知至用户设 备; 用户设备根据邻区信息对邻区进行测量后上报测量结果, 网络侧再根据上报测量 结果指示用户设备进行切换到某一邻区。 某小区周围有哪些邻区不仅与小区距离有关, 而且与小区所处的无线环境密切相 关。 由于无线环境错综复杂, 尤其是高层建筑密集的城区环境, 在网络规划初期很难 确切判断某个小区应该配置哪些邻区。 还有一些如系统中新增加了一个小区或者小区 属性改变, 没有及时更新小区的相邻关系; 或者环境的变化、 网络规划人员的遗漏等, 都会造成邻区信息更新不及时。 这样就会造成用户设备不能及时切换到其它的小区, 而使得本小区的负载过高、 本小区信号质量变差、 干扰严重或者用户掉话等情况的发 生。 因此, 在 3GPP (3rd Generation partnership project, 第三代移动通讯伙伴计划)会 议中引入了 A R (Automatic Neighboring Relationship Function, 自动邻区关系功能) 课题, 但究竟如何控制 UE进行测量上报, 还没有具体的方法。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种控制用户设备进行测量的方法、 装置及系统, 以 解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种控制用户设备进行测量的方法, 包括: RNC (Radio Network Controller, 无线网络控制器) 通知 UE进行 ANR测量, 指示 UE采 用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限; 该 UE进 行 ANR测量, 将与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行上报, 其中, 每次上 报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于上述最大小区数量。 RNC通知 UE进行 A R测量, 指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示 UE上 报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限包括: RNC向 UE发送用于通知 UE进行 ANR测 量的通知消息, 其中, 上述通知消息中携带有测量上报方式为事件上报的指示、 ANR 测量门限以及上述最大小区数量。 指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量 门限的方式包括: 在上述通知消息中携带一个取值为事件上报的信元、一个包括 ANR 测量门限的信元及一个包括上报的最大小区数量的信元; 或者, 在上述通知消息中携 带一个包括 ANR测量门限的信元及一个包括上报的最大小区数量的信元。 上述通知消息中还携带有待测量的物理量, 上述物理量包括以下至少之一: 公共 导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比、 公共导频信道接收信号码功率、 主 公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率、 时隙信号码功率干扰路损。
UE进行 ANR测量,将与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行上报包括: UE对通知消息中携带的待测量的物理量进行测量; 在满足预定关系时, UE 向 RNC 发送指示消息, 其中, 预定关系包括: UE测量到的物理量与 ANR测量门限满足预定 的大小关系; RNC接收到上述指示消息后, 向 UE发送 ANR信息请求; UE接收到 ANR信息请求后, 将测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报。
UE将测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报包括: UE将测量结果按照小区信号质 量从大到小的顺序进行排序, 在测量结果包括的小区数量大于上述最大小区数量 N的 情况下, 将排序结果中的前 N个小区的测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报。 上述测量报告携带在附加测量报告或 RRC (Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控 制) 消息中进行上报, 其中, RRC消息为以下之一: 初始直传消息、 测量报告、 无线 网络控制连接请求消息、 上行直传消息、 小区更新消息。 在 UE进行 ANR测量, 并采用事件上报的方式上报测量结果之后, 还包括: RNC 根据测量结果进行切换判决和 /或进行邻区配置更新。 在 RNC根据测量结果进行切换判决的情况下, RNC根据测量结果进行切换判决 包括: RNC对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次 数达到第一阈值, 则确认将该小区作为切换的目标小区; 或者, RNC将测量结果发送 给网管, 由网管对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报 的次数达到第二阈值, 则确认将该小区作为切换的目标小区。 在 RNC根据测量结果进行邻区配置更新的情况下, RNC根据测量结果进行邻区 配置更新包括: RNC对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被 上报的次数达到第三阈值, 则确认将该小区配置为邻区, 将该邻区上报网管, 更新邻 区配置; 或者, RNC将测量结果发送给网管, 由网管对测量结果中的小区信息进行统 计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次数达到第四阈值, 则确认将该小区配置为邻 区, 更新邻区配置。 上述通知消息包括以下之一: 系统广播消息、 测量控制消息、 自定义消息。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种无线网络控制器, 包括: 通知模块, 设置 为通知 UE进行 ANR测量; 指示模块, 设置为指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并 指示 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限;接收模块,设置为接收 UE进行 A R 测量后上报的与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区 的测量结果, M不大于所述最大小区数量。 上述无线网络控制器还包括: 判决更新模块, 设置为根据 UE上报的测量结果进 行切换判决和 /或进行邻区配置更新。 根据本发明的再一个方面, 提供了一种用户设备, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收
RNC进行 ANR测量的通知,根据 RNC的指示确定采用事件上报的上报方式, 并获取 RNC指示的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限; 测量模块, 设置为响应 RNC进行 ANR 测量的通知, 进行 ANR测量; 上报模块, 设置为将与上述 ANR测量门限满足预定关 系的测量结果进行上报, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于上述最大小 区数量。 根据本发明的又一方面, 提供了一种控制用户设备进行测量的系统, 包括: 上述 无线网络控制器及上述用户设备。 通过本发明, 采用由 RNC通知 UE进行 ANR测量, 指示 UE采用事件上报的上 报方式, 并指示 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限, UE进行 ANR测量, 并 采用事件上报的方式上报测量结果,每次上报的小区个数不大于最大小区数量的方案, 解决了现有技术中还没有具体的控制 UE进行测量上报的方法的问题, 进而达到了及 时获取最新小区的相邻关系, 保证用户通话的连续性, 提高用户的服务质量的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明第一实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图; 图 3是根据本发明第二实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图; 图 4是根据本发明第三实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图; 图 5根据本发明实施例的无线网络控制器的结构框图; 图 6根据本发明实施例的用户设备的结构框图; 图 7根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的系统的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的方法的流程图。如图 1所示, 根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的方法包括: 步骤 S102, RNC通知 UE进行 ANR测量, 指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并同时指示 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限; 步骤 S104, UE进行 ANR测量, 将与上述 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结 果进行上报, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于上述最大小区数量。 上述方法给出了一种切实可行的控制 UE进行测量的方法, 明确了 UE是在 RNC 的控制下进行 ANR测量, 确立了主客体关系, RNC在通知 UE进行 A R测量时会一 并通知 UE采用事件上报的方式上报测量结果、 ARN测量门限及上报的最大小区数量, 根据这些信息 UE即可最终完成测量和上报。 整个方法简单易行, 填补了现有技术中 的空白。 优选地, 步骤 S102可以进一步包括下处理: RNC向 UE发送用于通知 UE进行 ANR测量的通知消息,其中,上述通知消息中携带有测量上报方式为事件上报的指示、 ANR测量门限以及最大小区数量。 在具体实施过程中, RNC可以采用发送通知消息的形式通知 UE进行 ANR测量, 并将 UE进行测量和上报所需的信息都携带在这个通知消息中。 优选地, RNC指示 UE采用事件上报的方式上报测量结果、 ARN测量门限及上报 的最大小区数量的方式可以包括以下之一: ( 1 ) 在上述通知消息中携带一个取值为事件上报的信元、 一个包括 ANR测量门 限的信元及一个包括上报的最大小区数量的信元。
(2) 在上述通知消息中携带一个包括 ANR测量门限的信元及一个包括上报的最 大小区数量的信元。 上述方式的不同实际上主要反映在通知消息构成的不同上, 方式(1 )中通知消息 携带了三个信元, 分别用于指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 为 UE提供 A R测量 门限值, 使 UE可以判断出何为需要上报的事件, 通知 UE最多可以上报多少个小区 的测量结果。 方式(2) 中通知消息仅携带了两个信元, 并没有携带取值为事件上报的 信元, 在 RNC和 UE之间已经约定好上报方式的情况下, RNC就只需要给 UE提供 ANR测量门限和上报的最大小区数量, 所以只需要两个信元即可。 实际上, ANR测 量门限作为事件上报的判断依据,其本身就可以表示 RNC指示 UE采用事件上报的方 式。 优选地, 上述通知消息还可以携带待测量的物理量, 上述物理量可以包括以下至 少之一: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比(Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio, 简称为 CPICH Ec/N0)、 公共导频信道接收信号码功率 (Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称为 CPICH RSCP)、 主公共 控制物理信道接收信号码功率 (Primary Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power,简称为 Primary CCPCH RSCP)、时隙信号码功率干扰路损(Timeslot Interference on Signal Code Power Pathloss, 简称为 Timeslot ISCP Pathloss)。 采用在通知消息中携带待测量的物理量的做法, 可以实时的指示 UE测量哪些物 理量, 使测量更具有针对性, 在应用上灵活性更高, 可以大大提高工作效率。 上面列 举的物理量反应了小区的不同状态, 在具体实施过程中可以根据不同情况, 选取其中 的一个或多个进行测量, 当然, 也可以对其进行扩展, 选取更多的物理量进行测量。 优选地, 步骤 S104可以进一步包括以下处理:
( 1 ) UE对通知消息中携带的待测量的物理量进行测量;
(2) 在满足上述预定关系时, UE 向 RNC发送指示消息, 其中, 上述预定关系 包括: UE测量到的物理量与 ANR测量门限满足预定的大小关系;
(3 ) RNC接收到指示消息后, 向 UE发送 ANR信息请求; (4) UE接收到 ANR信息请求后, 将测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报。
UE进行 ANR测量时, 具体包括: UE对 ANR测量通知消息中携带的需要测量物 理量进行测量, 当满足预置的事件上报条件时向 RNC发送指示消息, RNC接收到指 示消息后, 向 UE发送 ANR信息请求(也可由网络侧的其他设备发送), UE在接收到 网络侧发送的 ANR信息请求后, 向网络侧发送携带有测量结果的测量报告。 这里, 预置的事件上报条件可以是 UE测量到的物理量与 ANR测量门限满足预定的大小关 系, 即将 UE测量的物理量和 ANR测量的门限进行比较, 如果满足预定的大小关系则 记为满足事件上报条件, 具体的大小关系要求会根据物理量的不同而发生改变, 或大 于或小于或等于,例如, UE测量的物理量大于或者大于等于 ANR测量的门限, 或者, UE测量的物理量小于或者小于等于 ANR测量的门限。 在具体实施过程中还可以将测量的物理量的具体数值添加在测量报告中。 优选地, 上述的 UE将测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报可以进一步包括以下 处理: UE将测量结果按照小区信号质量从大到小的顺序进行排序,在测量结果包括的 小区数量大于最大小区数量 N的情况下,将排序结果中的前 N个小区的测量结果携带 在测量报告中进行上报。 当可以上报的小区数量小于等于 RNC指定的上报的最大小区数量时,直接将所有 小区上报即可。当可以上报的小区数量大于 RNC指定的上报的最大小区数量时,就需 要进行筛选了, 按照信号质量对所有小区进行由大到小的排序, 选取前 N (最大小区 数量) 个小区进行上报, 最大程度上的保证了通话质量, 提高了用户体验。 优选地, 上述测量报告可以携带在附加测量报告或 RRC消息中上报, 其中, 上述 RRC消息可以为以下之一: 初始直传消息( INITIAL DIRECT TRANSFER)、测量报告 (MEASUREMENT REPORT )、 无线网络控制连接请求消息 (RRC CONNECTION REQUEST ) 上行直传消息 (UPLINK DIRECT TRANSFER)、 小区更新消息 (CELL UPDATE )。 上述的附加测量报告 (Additional Measurement Report) 是一条新增的消息, 定义 为附加测量报告, 专门用于上报测量结果。 UE也可以使用已有的 RRC消息上报测量 结果, 实际可用的消息包括但不限于上面列举的 RRC消息。 优选地, 步骤 S104之后还可以进一步包括以下处理: RNC根据测量结果进行切 换判决和 /或进行邻区配置更新。
UE进行 ANR测量所得出的测量结果, 主要有两个用处, 一是直接作为切换判决 的依据供 RNC参考,另一个是用于更新当前的领取配置,使小区的相邻关系始终保持 在最新状态。 这二者可以择一的进行, 也可以同时进行。 优选地, 在 RNC是根据测量结果进行切换判决的情况下, RNC根据测量结果进 行切换判决可以进一步包括以下之一的处理:
( 1 ) RNC 对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报 的次数达到第一阈值, 则确认将该小区作为切换的目标小区;
(2) RNC 将测量结果发送给网管, 由网管对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次数达到第二阈值, 则确认将该小区作为切换的目 标小区。 判决切换可以由 RNC完成也可以由网管完成, 不管是由 RNC完成还是由网管完 成, 其基本原则都是相同的, 即对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 当某个小区的小 区信息被上报的次数达到了一定的数量(第一阈值或第二阈值), 即可将该小区确认为 切换的目标小区。 优选地, 在 RNC是根据测量结果进行邻区配置更新的情况下, RNC根据测量结 果进行邻区配置更新可以进一步包括以下之一的处理:
( 1 ) RNC 对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报 的次数达到第三阈值, 则确认将该小区配置为邻区, 将该邻区上报网管, 更新邻区配 置; (2) RNC 将测量结果发送给网管, 由网管对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次数达到第四阈值, 则确认将该小区配置为邻区, 更新邻区配置。 同样的, 在进行邻区配置更新时, 可以由 RNC完成也可以由网管完成, 其基本原 则也是相同的, 即对测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 当某个小区的小区信息被上报 的次数达到了一定的数量(第三阈值或第四阈值), 即可将该小区配置为邻区, 并相应 的更新邻区配置。 优选地, 上述通知消息可以包括以下之一: 系统广播消息、 测量控制消息、 自定 义消息。 在具体实施过程中, ANR测量通知消息可以以系统广播消息或测量控制消息的形 式进行发送, 例如: 系统信息块 11 ( SIB11 )、 系统信息块 llbis ( SIBllbis)、 系统信 息块 12 ( SIB12)、测量控制命令(Measurement Control), 也可以新增自定义的记录消 息 (Logging Message) 发送 ANR测量通知消息。 下面结合实例及图 2至图 4对无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理进行详细说明。 图 2是根据本发明第一实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图, 如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S202: RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 进行切换判决。 判决方法如下: 根据 UE的 ANR测量报告中的小区信息进行统计, 如果上报的小 区信息累积到一定次数时, 则判决切换到该目标小区。 步骤 S204: RNC指示 UE进行切换。 图 3是根据本发明第二实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302: RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 进行邻区更新的判决。 判决方法如下: 根据 UE的 ANR测量报告中的小区信息进行统计, 如果上报的小 区信息累积到一定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 步骤 S304: RNC将结果发送给网管, 邻区进行自动更新。 图 4是根据本发明第三实例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告后 的处理流程图, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402: RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 将结果发送给网管。 步骤 S404: 网管进行邻区的更新判决以及进行自动更新。 判决方法如下:根据 RNC发送的结果进行统计,如果上报的小区信息累积到一定 次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 图 5根据本发明实施例的无线网络控制器的结构框图。 如图 5所示, 根据本发明 实施例的无线网络控制器包括: 通知模块 52, 设置为通知 UE进行 ANR测量; 指示模块 54, 设置为指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示 UE上报的最大 小区数量及 ANR测量门限; 接收模块 56,设置为接收 UE进行 ANR测量后上报的与 ANR测量门限满足预定 关系的测量结果,其中,每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于上述最大小区数量。 上述无线网络控制器主要负责控制 UE进行 A R测量, 通知模块 52通知 UE开 始进行 A R, 指示模块 54指示 UE采用事件上报的上报方式、 上报的最大小区数量 及 ANR测量门限,接收模块 56最终接收 UE上报的与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的 测量结果, 上述预定关系可以根据具体需要进行设置, 最终上报的测量结果对应的小 区个数不大于 RNC指示的最大小区数量。 优选地, 根据本发明实施例的无线网络控制器还可以包括: 判决更新模块(未在图中示出), 设置为根据 UE上报的测量结果进行切换判决和
/或进行邻区配置更新。
RNC在最终得到测量结果后, 可以直接将其作为切换判决的依据, 也可以用于更 新当前的领取配置, 使小区的相邻关系始终保持在最新状态。 图 6根据本发明实施例的用户设备的结构框图。 如图 6所示, 根据本发明实施例 的用户设备包括: 接收模块 62, 设置为接收 RNC进行 ANR测量的通知, 根据 RNC的指示确定采 用事件上报的上报方式, 并获取 RNC指示的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限; 测量模块 64, 设置为响应 RNC进行 ANR测量的通知, 进行 ANR测量; 上报模块 66, 设置为将与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行上报, 其 中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于上述最大小区数量。 上述 UE主要用于在 RNC控制下, 完成 A R测量并上报所需的测量结果, 接收 模块 62接收 RNC的通知, 获取完成 ANR测量并上报所需的各项信息, 测量模块 64 完成 ANR测量, 上报模块 66最终将与 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行 上报, 上报的小区个数不超过 RNC指定的最大小区的个数。 图 7根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的系统的结构框图。如图 7所示, 根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备进行测量的系统包括: 上述的无线网络控制器及上 述的用户设备。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 通过本发明提供的方案, 用户设备进行 ANR测量 后将测量结果以事件上报的方式通知网络侧, 提高了网络侧对用户设备的邻区信息的 获知能力; 而网络侧根据用户设备上报的测量结果, 决策进行切换, 保证了用户设备 及时进行切换, 有力地防止了掉话, 保证了用户通话的连续性, 提高了用户的服务质 量。 另外, 网络侧对于邻区进行更新, 对不满足该测量方案的用户设备在下发测量控 制消息时, 使用更新后的邻区列表, 保证了相关用户设备及时地切换到了较优小区, 保证了用户设备的通话连续性。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

所述 UE进行 ANR测量, 将与所述 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结 果进行上报, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于所述最大小区 数量。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, RNC通知 UE进行 ANR测量, 指示所述 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示所述 UE上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测 量门限包括:

在所述通知消息中携带一个包括 ANR测量门限的信元及一个包括上报的 最大小区数量的信元。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法,其中,所述通知消息中还携带有待测量的物理量, 所述物理量包括以下至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱密 度之比、公共导频信道接收信号码功率、主公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率、 时隙信号码功率干扰路损。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE进行 ANR测量, 将与所述 ANR 测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行上报包括:
所述 UE对所述通知消息中携带的所述待测量的物理量进行测量; 在满足所述预定关系时, 所述 UE向所述 RNC发送指示消息, 其中, 所述 预定关系包括:所述 UE测量到的物理量与所述 ANR测量门限满足预定的大小 关系;
所述 RNC接收到所述指示消息后, 向所述 UE发送 ANR信息请求; 所述 UE接收到所述 ANR信息请求后,将所述测量结果携带在测量报告中 进行上报。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE将测量结果携带在测量报告中进 行上报包括:
所述 UE将测量结果按照小区信号质量从大到小的顺序进行排序, 在测量 结果包括的小区数量大于所述最大小区数量 N的情况下, 将排序结果中的前 N 个小区的测量结果携带在测量报告中进行上报。
7. 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述测量报告携带在附加测量报告或 无线资源控制 RRC消息中进行上报, 其中, 所述 RRC消息为以下之一: 初始 直传消息、 测量报告、 无线网络控制连接请求消息、 上行直传消息、 小区更新 消息。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 UE进行 ANR测量, 并采用事件上 报的方式上报测量结果之后, 还包括:
所述 RNC根据所述测量结果进行切换判决和 /或进行邻区配置更新。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 RNC根据所述测量结果进行切换 判决的情况下, 所述 RNC根据所述测量结果进行切换判决包括:
所述 RNC对所述测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区 信息被上报的次数达到第一阈值,则确认将该小区作为切换的目标小区;或者, 所述 RNC将所述测量结果发送给网管, 由网管对所述测量结果中的小区 信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次数达到第二阈值, 则确认 将该小区作为切换的目标小区。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 RNC根据所述测量结果进行邻区 配置更新的情况下, 所述 RNC根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新包括: 所述 RNC对所述测量结果中的小区信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区 信息被上报的次数达到第三阈值, 则确认将该小区配置为邻区, 将所述邻区上 报网管, 更新所述邻区配置; 或者,
所述 RNC将所述测量结果发送给网管, 由网管对所述测量结果中的小区 信息进行统计, 如果某个小区的小区信息被上报的次数达到第四阈值, 则确认 将该小区配置为邻区, 更新所述邻区配置。
11. 根据权利要求 2-6中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述通知消息包括以下之一: 系统广播消息、 测量控制消息、 自定义消息。
12. 一种无线网络控制器, 包括:
通知模块, 设置为通知用户设备 UE进行自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量; 指示模块, 设置为指示所述 UE采用事件上报的上报方式, 并指示所述 UE 上报的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限;
接收模块, 设置为接收所述 UE进行 ANR测量后上报的与所述 ANR测量 门限满足预定关系的测量结果, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不 大于所述最大小区数量。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的无线网络控制器, 其中, 还包括: 判决更新模块, 设置为根据所述 UE上报的测量结果进行切换判决和 /或进 行邻区配置更新。
14. 一种用户设备, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收无线网络控制器 RNC进行自动邻区关系功能 ANR 测量的通知, 根据所述 RNC 的指示确定采用事件上报的上报方式, 并获取所 述 RNC指示的最大小区数量及 ANR测量门限;
测量模块, 设置为响应所述 RNC进行 ANR测量的通知, 进行 ANR测量; 上报模块, 设置为将与所述 ANR测量门限满足预定关系的测量结果进行 上报, 其中, 每次上报 M个小区的测量结果, M不大于所述最大小区数量。
15. 一种控制用户设备进行测量的系统, 包括: 权利要求 12或 13所述的无线网络 控制器及权利要求 14所述的用户设备。
