UE上报测量结果; 所述 UE还设置为接收所述 ANR请求消息, 将此时所述缓存区中 保存的测量结果进行上报, 清空所述缓存区。 较优的, 所述无线网络控制器还设置为向所述 UE发送 ANR测量停止消息; 所述 UE还设置为接收所述 ANR测量停止消息, 停止进行 ANR测量。 较优的, 所述 UE还设置为上报所述缓存区中当前保存的测量结果, 清空所述缓 存区和所述 ANR测量配置消息。 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种无线网络控制器, 包括: 生成模块, 设置 为生成 ANR测量配置消息; 发送模块, 设置为向用户设备 UE发送所述 ANR测量配 置消息。 较优的, 所述发送模块还设置为接收所述 UE上报的测量结果。 较优的, 所述发送模块还设置为解析所述测量结果, 如果所述测量结果中包括的 一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种用户设备 UE, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接 收无线网络控制器发送的 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中保存测量 结果; 覆盖模块, 设置为当所述缓存区已满时, 需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用所述 新的测量结果覆盖以前保存的测量结果。 较优的, 所述接收模块还设置为将获得的测量结果上报至所述无线网络控制器。 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中 保存测量结果, 当缓存区已满时, UE需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测量结果覆 盖以前保存的测量结果, 避免缓存区满时无法保存新的测量结果或者只能干辟新的缓 存区, 浪费存储资源的问题, 能够充分利用有限的缓存区, 提高存储资源的利用率。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备 UE测量的方法的第一种处理流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备 UE测量的方法的第二种处理流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的控制 UE测量上报停止的处理流程图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备 UE测量的方法的第一实施例的流程示 意图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备 UE测量的方法的第二实施例的流程示 意图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例的控制 UE测量的系统的结构示意图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例的无线网络控制器的结构示意图; 图 8是根据本发明实施例的 UE的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 相关技术中提到, 在 3GPP会议中引入了 ANR课题, 流程大致为: 给 UE发送 ANR测量配置信息, UE进行 ANR测量, 保存信息, 网络侧需要 UE进行上报时向 UE发送 ANR请求通知, UE进行测量上报。 但是如果 UE保存的信息缓存区已满始 终没有收到网络侧发送的 ANR请求通知, 后续是否需要测量或如何进行测量, 都没 有具体的处理方法。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种控制 UE测量的方法, 其处理流 程如图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 S102、 无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息; 步骤 S104、 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中保存测量 结果; 步骤 S106、 当缓存区已满时, UE需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测量结果 覆盖以前保存的测量结果。 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中 保存测量结果, 当缓存区已满时, UE需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测量结果覆 盖以前保存的测量结果, 避免缓存区满时无法保存新的测量结果或者只能干辟新的缓 存区, 浪费存储资源的问题, 能够充分利用有限的缓存区, 提高存储资源的利用率。 如图 1所示流程,步骤 S104实施之后,即 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR 测量并保存测量结果之后,还可以执行如下步骤: UE将获得的测量结果上报至无线网 络控制器。实施时, UE可以将每次的测量结果均上报给无线网络控制器, 实现测量结 果的精确控制, 也可以对若干次的测量结果进行统计过滤, 将过滤后的测量结果上报 给无线网络控制器, 避免浪费资源, 例如, 可以对两次的测量结果进行统计, 将过滤 后的测量结果上报给无线网络控制器, 还可以对三次四次或者其他次数的测量结果进 行统计, 具体的次数根据具体情况而定。 进一步, 无线网络控制器能够根据上报的测 量结果进行邻区配置更新。 其中,无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新可以有多种更新方式, 较优的, 包括: 无线网络控制器解析测量结果, 如果测量结果中包括的一个小区的小 区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 比如, 三次五次十次或者其他次数, 则将该小区配 置为邻区。 同样的, 如果一个小区的小区信息上报次数过少, 则可以用其他上报次数 较多的小区数替代。 无线网络控制器根据测量结果进行邻区配置更新之后, 本小区内的其他 UE能够 根据更新后的邻区配置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区, 用户设备及时切换到 其它的小区, 避免本小区的负载过高、 本小区信号质量变差、 干扰严重或者用户掉话 等情况的发生。 实施时, ANR测量配置消息中还可以根据测量环境或其他条件的不同包括其他参 数, 例如测量的物理量。 测量的物理量可以包括下列至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能 量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比( CPICH Ec/NO, Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio ) , 和 /或公共导频信道接收信号码功率 (CPICH RSCP , Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power), 和 /或主(Primary) 公共控制物理信道接收信号 码功率 (CCPCH RSCP , Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power),禾口 /或时隙(Timeslot)信号码功率干扰(ISCP, Interference on Signal Code Power) 路损 (Pathloss) 等。 如图 1所示流程, 步骤 S104在实施时, UE将获得的测量结果上报至无线网络控 制器, 可以采用如下的上报步骤: 无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR请求消息, 要求 UE上报测量结果;
UE接收 ANR请求消息,将此时缓存区中保存的测量结果进行上报,清空缓存区。 在测量过程中, 若无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量停止消息, 则 UE接收
ANR测量停止消息, 停止进行 ANR测量。此时, UE上报缓存区中当前保存的测量结 果, 清空缓存区和 ANR测量配置消息。 为将本发明实施例提供的控制用户设备 UE测量的方法阐释地更清楚更明白, 现 从另外一个角度对该方法进行说明, 处理流程参见图 2, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S202、 无线网络控制器向用户设备发送 ANR测量配置消息; 进一步地, 在测量配置消息中还包含测量的物理量; 其中, 上述测量的物理量可以包括: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱 密度之比 (CPICH Ec/NO, Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio), 禾口 /或 公共导频信道接收信号码功率 (CPICH RSCP, Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power), 和 /或主(Primary)公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率(CCPCH RSCP, Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power), 禾口 /或时隙 (Timeslot) 信号码功率干扰 (ISCP, Interference on Signal Code Power) 路损 (Pathloss) 等。 步骤 S204、 用户设备接收到测量配置消息后, 保存测量配置信息, 进行 ANR测 量, 并保存测量结果; 当保存测量结果的缓存区满时, 再有新的测量结果需要保存时, 覆盖以前保存的 测量结果; 覆盖以前的测量结果可以覆盖最早保存的测量结果。 无线网络控制器向用户设备发送 ANR请求消息, 要求用户设备上报测量结果。 用户设备将保存的测量结果进行上报, 清空保存测量结果的缓存区。 继续进行测量。 图 3为本发明实施例提供的控制 UE测量上报停止的流程图, 如图 3所示, 包括 以下步骤: 步骤 S302、 无线网络控制器向用户设备发送 ANR测量停止消息; 步骤 S304、 用户设备接收到 ANR测量停止消息, 上报当前保存的测量结果, 清 空保存测量结果的缓存区, 并清空测量配置信息, 停止测量。 图 4为本发明实施例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告的第一实 施例的流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402、 RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 进行邻区更新的判决; 判决方法如下: 根据 UE的 ANR测量报告中的小区信息进行统计, 如果上报的小 区信息累积到一定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区; 步骤 S404、 RNC将结果发送给网管, 邻区进行自动更新。 图 5为本发明实施例的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告的第二实 施例的流程示意图, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S502、 RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 将结果发送给网管; 步骤 S504、 网管进行邻区的更新判决以及进行自动更新; 判决方法如下:根据 RNC发送的结果进行统计,如果上报的小区信息累积到一定 次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 针对本发明实施例提供的方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种控制 UE测量的系统, 如图 6所示, 至少包括无线网络控制器 601和用户设备 602, 其中, 无线网络控制器 601, 向用户设备 602发送 ANR测量配置消息, 设置为通知用户 设备 602进行 A R测量; 或者, 设置为向用户设备 602发送 A R测量停止消息, 设 置为通知用户设备 602停止 A R测量。 用户设备 602, 设置为接收到来自无线网络控制器 601的测量通知, 进行 ANR测 量, 并上报测量结果; 或者, 设置为接收来自无线网络控制器 601的测量停止, 停止 ANR测量。 无线网络控制器 601, 还设置为在通知消息中携带测量的物理量。 用户设备 602设置为, 接收来自无线网络控制器 601的 ANR测量配置消息, 对 消息中包含的测量物理量进行测量, 保存测量结果, 当保存测量的缓存区满时, 再有 新的测量结果需要保存时, 覆盖以前保存的测量结果。 无线网络控制器 601, 还设置为根据用户设备 602上报的测量结果, 根据用户设 备 602上报的测量结果更新系统维护的邻区信息。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种控制 UE测量的系统, 其结构示 意图如图 6所示, 包括无线网络控制器 601和 UE 602: 无线网络控制器 601, 设置为向 UE 602发送 ANR测量配置消息;
UE 602, 设置为接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中保存测量 结果; 当缓存区已满时, 需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测量结果覆盖以前保存 的测量结果。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, UE 602还可以设置为将获得的测量结果上报至无线网 络控制器 601。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, 无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为根据测量结果进行 邻区配置更新。 在一个实施例中 , 较优的, 无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为解析测量结果, 如 果测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置 为邻区。 在一个实施例中,较优的,无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为向 UE 602发送 ANR 请求消息, 要求 UE 602上报测量结果; UE 602还设置为接收 ANR请求消息,将此时缓存区中保存的测量结果进行上报, 清空缓存区。 在一个实施例中,较优的,无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为向 UE 602发送 ANR 测量停止消息; UE 602还设置为接收 ANR测量停止消息, 停止进行 ANR测量。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, UE 602还可以设置为上报缓存区中当前保存的测量结 果, 清空缓存区和 ANR测量配置消息。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种无线网络控制器, 其结构如图 7 所示, 包括: 生成模块 701, 设置为生成 ANR测量配置消息; 发送模块 702, 设置为向用户设备 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, 发送模块 702还可以设置为接收 UE上报的测量结果。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, 发送模块 702还可以设置为解析测量结果, 如果测量 结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时,则将该小区配置为邻区。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 UE, 其结构如图 8所示, 包括: 接收模块 801,设置为接收无线网络控制器发送的 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR 测量并在缓存区中保存测量结果; 覆盖模块 802, 设置为当缓存区已满时, 需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测 量结果覆盖以前保存的测量结果。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, 接收模块 801还可以设置为将获得的测量结果上报至 无线网络控制器。 本发明实施例能够达到如下有益效果: 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中 保存测量结果, 当缓存区已满时, UE需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用新的测量结果覆 盖以前保存的测量结果, 避免缓存区满时无法保存新的测量结果或者只能干辟新的缓 存区, 浪费存储资源的问题, 能够充分利用有限的缓存区, 提高存储资源的利用率。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而可以将 它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种控制用户设备 UE测量的方法, 包括:
无线网络控制器向 UE发送自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量配置消息; 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 A R测量并在缓存区中保存 测量结果;
当所述缓存区已满时, 所述 UE需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用所述新的 测量结果覆盖以前保存的测量结果。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进 行 ANR测量并保存测量结果之后,还包括: 所述 UE将获得的测量结果上报至 所述无线网络控制器。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE将获得的测量结果上报至所述无 线网络控制器之后, 还包括: 所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进行邻区 配置更新。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进 行邻区配置更新, 包括: 所述无线网络控制器解析所述测量结果, 如果所述测 量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配 置为邻区。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结 果进行邻区配置更新之后, 还包括: 本小区内的其他 UE根据更新后的邻区配 置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中还包括: 测量 的物理量。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述测量的物理量包括下列至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比, 公共导频信道接收 信号码功率, 主公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率, 以及时隙信号码功率干扰 路损。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配 置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中保存测量结果之后, 还包括:
所述无线网络控制器向所述 UE发送 ANR测量停止消息;
所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量停止消息, 停止进行 ANR测量。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量停止消息, 停 止进行 ANR测量之后,还包括: 所述 UE上报所述缓存区中当前保存的测量结 果, 清空所述缓存区和所述 ANR测量配置消息。
10. 一种控制用户设备 UE测量的系统, 包括无线网络控制器和 UE:
所述无线网络控制器,设置为向所述 UE发送自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量 配置消息;
所述 UE, 设置为接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存 区中保存测量结果; 当所述缓存区已满时, 需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用所 述新的测量结果覆盖以前保存的测量结果。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中, 所述 UE还设置为将获得的测量结果上报 至所述无线网络控制器。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的系统,其中,所述无线网络控制器还设置为根据所述测 量结果进行邻区配置更新。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的系统,其中,所述无线网络控制器还设置为解析所述测 量结果, 如果所述测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次 数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。
14. 根据权利要求 10至 13任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述无线网络控制器还设置 为向所述 UE发送 ANR测量停止消息;
所述 UE还设置为接收所述 ANR测量停止消息, 停止进行 ANR测量。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其中, 所述 UE还设置为上报所述缓存区中当前 保存的测量结果, 清空所述缓存区和所述 ANR测量配置消息。
16. 一种无线网络控制器, 包括:
生成模块, 设置为生成自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量配置消息; 发送模块, 设置为向用户设备 UE发送所述 A R测量配置消息。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的无线网络控制器,其中,所述发送模块还设置为接收所 述 UE上报的测量结果。
18. 根据权利要求 16或 17所述的无线网络控制器, 其中, 所述发送模块还设置为 解析所述测量结果, 如果所述测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数 达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。
19. 一种用户设备 UE, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收无线网络控制器发送的自动邻区关系功能 ANR测 量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并在缓存区中保存测量结果;
覆盖模块, 设置为当所述缓存区已满时, 需要保存新的测量结果时, 利用 所述新的测量结果覆盖以前保存的测量结果。
20. 根据权利要求 19所述的 UE, 其中, 所述接收模块还设置为将获得的测量结果 上报至所述无线网络控制器。
