Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'alarme pour détecter le détachement de dents (120) et/ou d'un adaptateur (130) sur des pelles dans des équipements de rétroexcavation, lequel système est complètement indépendant de l'environnement visuel dans lequel fonctionne la pelle. Le système comprend un capteur-émetteur (101) situé dans chaque dent (120) et son adaptateur respectif (130) pour le godet desdites pelles, ou seulement dans l'adaptateur (130) de celle-ci, lequel capteur-émetteur (101) comprend une source d'alimentation du capteur-émetteur (102); un capteur d'adaptateur (103) et un capteur de dent (104) qui surveillent et détectent le détachement de la dent (120) et/ou de l'adaptateur (130); un codeur (105) qui code l'information provenant des capteurs; un module émetteur (106); et un récepteur-décodeur (110) situé dans la cabine (140) et comprenant un module récepteur (114); une source d'alimentation du récepteur (111); un inverseur de signal (112); et un décodeur (113). Dans le capteur-émetteur (101), le codeur (105) programme le code à émettre et l'envoie au module émetteur (106) qui envoie ensuite l'information au récepteur-codeur (110). Le module récepteur (114) reçoit le signal d'un des émetteurs (106) et envoie l'information au décodeur (113) qui se charge de traiter l'information pour émettre un signal d'alarme (117) destiné à l'opérateur, indiquant qu'un élément de la pelle s'est détaché. La présence d'un codeur dans chaque capteur-émetteur (101) et d'un décodeur dans le récepteur (110) permet d'obtenir plusieurs canaux pour une même fréquence d'émission.
