Abstract

본 발명은 이중극자(dipole)를 갖고 있는 자성 나노선(magnetic nanowire)을 제조하여 세포 내에 도입한 후, 교류 자기장 인가에 따른 물리적 회전력을 이용하여 세포를 교반하여 세포를 괴사시키는 세포괴사 방법과 원리를 제시하고 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 세포 괴사 유도용 조성물을 암 세포와 같이 제거가 요구되는 세포에 적용하면, 세포 내로 도입된 나노선이 회전함으로써 세포에 물리적 충격을 가하여 괴사시킬 수 있다. 부가적으로 자기장 인가에 따른 유도전류에 의한 발열로 온열치료 효과를 가미할 수 있으며 나노선 표면에 약물을 부착하여 치료효과를 높일 수도 있다.
