本发明涉及无线通信技术领域, 尤其涉及基站控制权的切换处理方法、 装置及系统。
背景技术
WCDMA ( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 宽带码分多址)无线 接入网中, RNC ( Radio Network Controller, 无线网络控制器 )是 RNS ( Radio Network Subsystem, 无线网络子系统)的控制中心, 控制整个 RNS覆盖区域 内所有 UE ( User Equipment , 用户设备 ) 的无线接入业务, 因此, 要求 RNC 具有较高的可靠性。
现有技术提出一种 RNC集群技术, 能显著提高 RNC的可靠性。 使用该 技术 RNS的网络架构, 例如, 如图 1所示, 每一个 NodeB (基站)通过各自 的 Iub接口连接到一个主归属 RNC和一个从归属 RNC上。实线表示与 NodeB 连接的 RNC为主归属 RNC,其拥有该 NodeB的控制权, 而虚线表示与 NodeB 连接的 RNC为从归属 RNC,其仅与该 NodeB建立了物理连接,不对该 NodeB 进行控制。
当主归属 RNC发生故障导致不能对 NodeB进行有效控制时,主归属 RNC 可以与从归属 RNC协商, 并判定将所有由该主归属 RNC控制的 NodeB的控 制权从主归属 RNC切换至某一个从归属 RNC, 即目标从归属 RNC。 随后, 主归属 RNC指示 NodeB删除其上的逻辑小区, 再由目标从归属 RNC指示该 NodeB在其上新建逻辑小区, 从而完成该 NodeB控制权的切换。
在实现上述基站控制权切换的过程中, NodeB覆盖范围内驻留 UE可以 监听导频信道上发来的信号及通过广播信道接收系统消息, 然后根据接收到 的信号及系统消息在该 UE界面上显示信号强度、运营商信息等。 由于逻辑小 区中保存了导频信道和广播信道的配置参数, 如果 NodeB上的逻辑小区被删 除,则会导致该 NodeB覆盖范围内的驻留 UE接收不到上述信号及系统消息, 直到重建逻辑小区时建立新的导频信道和广播信道之后,驻留 UE界面才能重 新正常显示信号强度、 运营商信息等。 因此, 在逻辑小区删除后及重建前的 一段时间内, 驻留 UE将显示掉网。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种基站控制权的切换处理方法、 装置及系统, 以 解决在基站控制权的切换过程中,该基站覆盖范围内的驻留 UE显示掉网的问 题。
一方面, 提供了一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 包括: 基站执行审计 流程; 所述基站接收目标从归属无线网络控制器 RNC发送的小区建立请求消 息, 所述小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制 权切换而触发的指示信息; 所述基站根据所述指示信息和所述小区建立请求 消息携带的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区; 所述基站向所述目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。

实施例 1
本实施例提供一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 如图 2所示, 该方法包 括如下步骤。
201、 目标从归属 RNC执行审计流程。
具体地, 主归属 RNC判定将基站控制权切换至目标从归属 RNC后, 目 标从归属 RNC会执行审计流程, 该流程包括: 目标从归属 RNC向基站发送 审计请求( Audit request ) 消息; 基站根据该 Audit request消息向目标从归属 RNC发送审计响应 ( Audit response ) 消息。 审计响应消息及审计请求消息为 目标从归属 RNC在准备接收该基站的控制权之前, 为了解该基站的配置情况 而获取该基站上信息的消息, 审计响应消息中携带有该基站的本地小区信息 及逻辑小区参数。
202、 所述目标从归属 RNC向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 所述小区建 立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的 指示信息。
具体地, 现有技术中的目标从归属 RNC在接收到审计响应消息后, 会判 断该审计响应消息中是否携带基站的逻辑小区参数, 如果存在, 则确定该基 站的逻辑小区参数与 RNC侧记录的该基站的逻辑小区参数是否一致。 如果不 一致, 则目标从归属 RNC首先向该基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 以指示基站 删除其上的逻辑小区, 再根据审计响应消息中的本地小区信息, 发起新的逻 辑小区建立流程, 在基站上建立新的逻辑小区。 本步骤中, 目标从归属 RNC在接收到基站发送审计响应消息后, 生成小 区建立请求消息, 该消息中携带有逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控 制权切换而触发的指示信息, 以区别于现有的小区建立请求消息, 然后将携 带有逻辑小区参数和指示信息的上述小区建立请求消息发送至该基站。 其中, 小区建立请求消息中携带的逻辑小区参数为目标从归属 RNC将要在基站上建 立的新逻辑小区的参数。
基站根据小区建立请求消息中的指示信息, 可确定接收到的小区建立请 求消息不同于现有的小区建立请求消息, 接下来会根据小区建立请求消息中 的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区。 而现有技术中, 当基站上设有逻辑小区 时, 若接收到小区建立请求消息, 则会向该小区建立请求消息的发送方返回 一个小区建立失败消息。
203、 所述目标从归属 RNC接收所述基站建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小 区建立成功消息。
具体地, 基站上新的逻辑小区建立完成后, 基站会向目标从归属 RNC发 送小区建立成功消息。
本实施例中, 由于目标从归属 RNC在执行完审计流程后, 不需要对审计 响应消息进行判断, 也不会向基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 而是直接向基站 发送小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该消息因基站 控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 使得基站能根据小区建立请求消息中的逻辑 小区参数及指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 因此, 避免了现有技术中基站 上逻辑小区的删除与重建分别由不同的消息触发而执行, 导致基站上逻辑小 区的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号及系统消息而 导致显示掉网的问题。
实施例 2
本实施例提供一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 如图 3 所示, 该方法的 执行主体为 WCDMA无线接入网中的基站, 该方法包括如下步骤。 301、 基站执行审计流程。
302、 所述基站接收目标从归属 RNC发送的小区建立请求消息, 所述小 区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触 发的指示信息。
具体地, 根据实施例 1的描述, 目标从归属 RNC在接收到基站发送审计 响应消息后, 不进行现有技术中的判断步骤及逻辑小区删除流程, 而直接生 成小区建立请求消息, 该消息中携带有逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基 站控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 以区别于现有的小区建立请求消息, 然后 目标从归属 RNC将携带有逻辑小区参数和指示信息的上述小区建立请求消息 发送至该基站。 其中, 小区建立请求消息中携带的逻辑小区参数为目标从归 属 RNC将要在基站上建立的新逻辑小区的参数。
303、 所述基站根据所述指示信息和所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小 区参数建立新的逻辑小区。
具体地, 基站根据小区建立请求消息中的指示信息, 可确定接收到的小 区建立请求消息不同于现有的小区建立请求消息, 接下来会根据小区建立请 求消息中的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区。 而现有技术中, 当基站上设有 逻辑小区时, 若接收到来自 RNC的小区建立请求消息, 则会向该 RNC返回 一条小区建立失败消息, 然后由该 RNC通过发起逻辑小区删除流程来指示基 站删除其上的逻辑小区, 再由该 RNC通过发送小区建立请求消息指示基站建 立新的逻辑小区。
304、 所述基站向所述目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。
具体地, 基站上新的逻辑小区建立完成后, 基站会向目标从归属 RNC发 送小区建立成功消息。
需要说明的是, 上述目标从归属 RNC为釆用 RNC集群技术的 RNS中可 接收由主归属 RNC所控制基站的控制权的 RNC。
本实施例中, 由于基站在执行完审计流程后, 会接收到目标从归属 RNC 发送的小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该消息因基 站控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 且基站能根据小区建立请求消息中的逻辑 小区参数及指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 而非按照现有技术的操作向目 标从归属 RNC返回小区建立失败消息, 因此, 避免了现有技术中基站上逻辑 小区删除与重建分别需要目标从归属 RNC通过消息进行操作, 导致的基站上 逻辑小区的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号及系统 消息而导致显示掉网的问题。
实施例 3
本实施例提供一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 如图 4所示, 包括如下 步骤。
401、主归属 RNC与目标从归属 RNC之间进行基站控制权的切换协商流 程。
具体地, 主归属 RNC无法继续对基站进行控制时, 可通过基站控制权的 切换协商流程与至少一个从归属 RNC进行协商, 寻找可以接收该基站控制权 的从归属 RNC,当某一个从归属 RNC经过切换协商流程后可接收该基站控制 权时, 则成为目标从归属 RNC。
402、 主归属 RNC向基站发起公共信道删除流程。
具体地, 该步骤为可选步骤, 主归属 RNC在执行完基站控制权的切换协 商流程后, 也可以不发起公共信道删除流程, 而在基站建立完新的逻辑小区 后, 可由目标从归属 RNC按下述 407步骤发起公共信道建立流程, 以指示基 站直接重新建立新的公共信道。
现有技术中, 主归属 RNC通过公共信道删除流程指示基站将公共信道信 息删除后, 会通过逻辑小区删除流程指示基站将逻辑小区删除, 在基站上的 逻辑小区, 有相应的多个逻辑小区参数, 每个参数对应于基站上的某一个硬 件组件, 删除逻辑小区就是断开逻辑小区参数与硬件组件之间的关联, 即去 激活逻辑小区参数, 使得各硬件组件停止所述操作; 建立逻辑小区就是将各 个逻辑小区参数保存在基站上并与硬件组件相关联, 即激活逻辑小区参数, 使得各硬件组件能按照逻辑小区参数进行指定操作。
本实施例中, 在主归属 RNC向基站发起公共信道删除流程后, 可以不按 照现有技术的方法继续向基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 而是目标从归属 RNC 及基站直接执行审计流程, 使得该基站上的逻辑小区不被删除, 从而在该基 站反馈给该目标从归属 RNC的审计响应消息中, 携带有该基站保存的逻辑小 区的小区参数。
当然, 在主归属 RNC与目标从归属 RNC之间进行完基站控制权的切换 协商流程后, 若主归属 RNC发起了公共信道删除流程, 则目标从归属 RNC 可执行延迟一个等待时间的步骤, 该步骤为可选步骤, 用于目标从归属 RNC 等待基站删除完其上公共信道信息后,再执行后续的审计流程,若主归属 RNC 不发起公共信道删除流程, 则目标从归属 RNC可不必执行该延迟一个等待时 间的步骤。
403、 目标从归属 RNC及基站执行审计流程。
具体地, 如实施例 1中的描述, 该审计流程包括: 目标从归属 RNC向基 站发送审计请求( Audit request ) 消息; 基站根据该 Audit request消息生成并 向目标从归属 RNC发送审计响应 ( Audit response ) 消息。
404、 目标从归属 RNC向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑 小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的指示信息。

按照本实施例, 目标从归属 RNC收到审计响应消息后, 会忽略接收到的 审计响应消息中携带的逻辑小区参数, 而生成小区建立请求消息, 该消息中 携带有逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的指示信 息, 以区别于现有的小区建立请求消息, 然后将携带有逻辑小区参数和指示 信息的上述小区建立请求消息发送至该基站。 其中, 小区建立请求消息中携 带的逻辑小区参数为目标从归属 RNC 将要在基站上建立的新逻辑小区的参 数。
小区建立请求消息中携带的用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的 指示信息, 例如, 可以是一个信元一一基站控制权切换触发信元。 基站收到 此信元, 则认为当前正在进行因基站控制权切换而触发的小区建立流程。 以 使得基站根据该信元执行下述步骤 405。

方法 1、当小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数与基站本地保存的逻辑 小区参数完全一致时, 该基站保留本地保存的逻辑小区参数, 即该基站不对 本地保存的逻辑小区进行任何操作, 保持现有逻辑小区参数处于激活状态。
方法 2、当基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中物理信道功率参数与小区建立 请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数不一致, 而其它的逻辑 小区参数都相同时, 基站将本地保存的逻辑小区参数中的该物理信道功率参 数修改为小区建立请求消息中携带的物理信道功率参数, 以在基站上建立新 的逻辑小区。 由于本方法在建立新的逻辑小区时仅需对逻辑小区参数中的部 分参数进行替换, 可减小基站在新建逻辑小区时的数据处理量。
方法 3、当基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中频点参数与小区建立请求消息 携带的逻辑小区参数中频点参数不一致, 且基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中 扰码参数与小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中扰码参数不一致时, 基 站删除本地的逻辑小区, 即把本地保存的逻辑小区参数去激活, 再根据小区 建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区, 也就是将小区建立请 求消息携带的逻辑小区参数保存在基站上并激活这些逻辑小区参数。
406、 向目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。
具体地, 当基站在其上建立完新的逻辑小区后, 会生成小区建立成功消 息, 并将该小区建立成功消息发送至目标从归属 RNC, 从而完成该基站控制 权的切换。 407、 目标从归属 RNC向基站发起公共信道建立流程。
具体地, 当目标从归属 RNC收到基站发来的小区建立成功消息后, 可选 的, 还可继续向基站发起公共信道建立流程, 以使基站在其上建立新的公共 信道。
408、 目标从归属 RNC向基站发起系统消息更新流程。
具体地, 目标从归属 RNC与基站执行完公共信道建立流程后, 目标从归 属 RNC可发起系统消息更新流程, 即目标从归属 RNC向基站发送系统消息 更新请求消息, 以使基站将其保存的用于广播的系统消息替换为该系统消息 更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息, 也就是说, 基站将其保存的用于广播的 系统消息全部删除, 再将该系统消息更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息保存 在本地。
现有技术中, RNC在向基站发送系统消息更新请求消息前, 需要比较当 前基站广播的系统消息与 RNC需要基站广播的系统消息之间的差异, 并将差 异消息携带在系统消息更新请求消息中发给基站。 基站收到该系统消息更新 请求消息后, 会检查差异是否正确, 如果错误, 将导致本流程失败。 而本发 明实施例是将该系统消息更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息完整的替换掉原 先本地保存的系统消息。
本步骤提供的系统消息更新流程, 可以通过在系统消息更新请求消息中 新增一个控制权切换标识, 以通知基站取消上述差异检查流程, 直接删除其 上保存的所有系统消息, 再将系统消息更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息保 存在本地。
本步骤提供的系统消息更新流程, 也可以对基站进行设置, 使该基站在 控制权切换后, 接收到目标从归属 RNC发送的系统消息更新请求消息时, 例 如, 可以是接收到第一条系统消息更新请求消息时, 将基站上新的逻辑小区 中所有的系统消息替换为系统消息更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息。 随后, 基站可向用户设备广播新的系统消息。 本步骤提供的系统消息更新流程还可以是本领域技术人员所知的其它能 删除基站上新逻辑小区中所有系统消息并更新为新的系统消息的方法。
需要说明的是, 上述目标从归属 RNC为釆用 RNC集群技术的 RNS中可 接收由主归属 RNC所控制基站的控制权的 RNC。另夕卜,控制权切换标识可以 根据系统消息更新请求消息的格式要求进行设定。
本实施例中, 由于目标从归属 RNC在执行完审计流程后, 不需要对审计 响应消息进行判断, 也不会向基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 而是直接向基站 发送小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该消息因基站 控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 使得基站能根据小区建立请求消息中的逻辑 小区参数及指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 因此, 避免了现有技术中基站 上逻辑小区的删除与重建分别由不同的消息触发而执行, 导致的基站上逻辑 小区的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号及系统消息 而导致显示掉网的问题。
实施例 4
本实施例还提供一种基站, 如图 5所示, 该基站包括: 审计模块 51 , 用 于执行审计流程;接收模块 52, 用于接收目标从归属 RNC发送的小区建立请 求消息, 所述小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站 控制权切换而触发的指示信息; 小区新建模块 53 , 用于根据所述指示信息和 所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区;通知模块 54, 用于向所述目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。
其中, 审计模块 51执行的审计流程, 例如, 可以包括: 目标从归属 RNC 向基站发送审计请求( Audit request ) 消息; 基站根据该 Audit request消息向 目标从归属 RNC发送审计响应 ( Audit response ) 消息。 审计模块 51在执行 完审计流程后, 接收模块 52会接收到目标从归属 RNC发送的小区建立请求 消息, 该消息中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而 触发的指示信息。 随后, 小区新建模块 53可以根据小区建立请求消息中的逻辑小区参数及 指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 而非按照现有技术的操作向目标从归属 RNC返回小区建立失败消息, 因此, 避免了现有技术中基站上逻辑小区删除 与重建分别需要目标从归属 RNC通过消息进行操作, 导致的基站上逻辑小区 的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号及系统消息而导 致显示掉网的问题。 接下来, 通知模块 54向目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立 成功消息。
小区建立请求消息中携带的用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的 指示信息, 例如, 可以是一个信元一一基站控制权切换触发信元。 基站收到 此信元, 则认为当前正在进行因基站控制权切换而触发的小区建立流程。 以 使得基站根据该信元执行逻辑小区新建的步骤。
在图 5所示基站的基础上本实施例提出一种改进的基站, 如图 6所示, 包括: 审计模块 61、 接收模块 62、 小区新建模块 63及通知模块 64, 其中, 小区新建模块 63可包括: 比较单元 631 , 用于确定本地保存的逻辑小区参数 与所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数是否一致; 小区新建单元 632, 用于所述比较单元 631 确定所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数与所 述基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数完全一致时, 所述基站保留本地保存的所述 逻辑小区参数; 或者, 所述比较单元 631 确定所述小区建立请求消息携带的 逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数与所述基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中 的物理信道功率参数不一致时, 所述基站将本地保存的所述物理信道功率参 数修改为所述小区建立请求消息携带的所述物理信道功率参数, 以建立所述 新的逻辑小区; 或者, 所述比较单元 631 确定所述小区建立请求消息携带的 逻辑小区参数中的频点参数与所述基站本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中的频 点参数不一致, 且所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的扰码参数 与所述基站本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中的扰码参数不一致时, 所述基站 删除本地的逻辑小区, 再根据所述小区建立请求消息携带的所述逻辑小区参 数建立所述新的逻辑小区。
通过使用比较单元 631 ,可在新建逻辑小区的过程中根据上述三种不同的 情况釆用不同的方法。
其中, 当比较单元 631 确定基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中物理信道功 率参数与小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数不一 致, 而其它的逻辑小区参数都相同时, 基站将本地保存的逻辑小区参数中的 该物理信道功率参数修改为小区建立请求消息中携带的物理信道功率参数, 以在基站上建立新的逻辑小区。 该方法在建立新的逻辑小区时仅需对逻辑小 区参数中的部分参数进行替换, 可减小基站在新建逻辑小区时的数据处理量。
另外, 可选的, 该基站还可包括: 信道删除模块 65 , 用于删除本地保存 的公共信道信息。
在主归属 RNC向基站发起公共信道删除流程后, 通过信道删除模块 65 , 基站可将本地保存的公共信道信息删除。 基站上也可以不设置该信道删除模 块 65 ,而由下述的新建信道模块 66将基站本地保存的公共信道信息替换为新 的信息。
该基站还可包括: 信道新建模块 66, 用于建立新的公共信道; 系统消息 更新模块 67 , 用于执行系统消息更新流程。
当目标从归属 RNC收到基站发来的小区建立成功消息后, 可选的, 还可 继续向基站发起公共信道建立流程, 基站通过信道新建模块 66建立新的公共 信道。
目标从归属 RNC与基站执行完公共信道建立流程后, 目标从归属 RNC 可发起系统消息更新流程, 基站上通过系统消息更新模块 67执行该流程, 以 使基站将其保存的用于广播的系统消息替换为该系统消息更新请求消息携带 的新的系统消息。
其中, 系统消息更新模块 67可包括: 接收单元 671 , 用于接收来自所述 目标从归属 RNC的系统消息更新请求消息, 所述系统消息更新请求消息携带 有用于替换所述基站保存的系统消息的系统消息; 更新单元 672, 用于将本地 保存的系统消息替换为所述系统消息更新请求消息携带的系统消息。
应用上述的基站进行基站控制权的切换处理的具体过程已在实施例 2及 实施例 3中做了详细说明, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例还提供一种无线网络控制器, 如图 7所示, 包括: 审计模块 71 , 用于执行审计流程; 发送模块 72, 用于向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 所述 小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而 触发的指示信息; 接收模块 73 , 用于接收所述基站建立新的逻辑小区后发送 的小区建立成功消息。
上述 RNC作为目标从归属 RNC与基站间进行控制权切换处理时, 审计 模块 71先执行审计流程, 该流程包括: 目标从归属 RNC向基站发送审计请 求(Audit request ) 消息; 基站才艮据该 Audit request消息向目标从归属 RNC 发送审计响应 ( Audit response ) 消息。
审计模块 71在执行完审计流程后, 不需要按照现有技术对审计响应消息 进行判断, 也不向基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 而是由发送模块 72直接向基 站发送小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该消息因基 站控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 使得基站能根据小区建立请求消息中的逻 辑小区参数及指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 因此, 避免了现有技术中基 站上逻辑小区的删除与重建分别由不同的消息触发而执行, 导致基站上逻辑 小区的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号及系统消息 而导致显示掉网的问题。 接下来, 目标从归属 RNC的接收模块 73接收基站 建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小区建立成功消息。
小区建立请求消息中携带的用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的 指示信息, 例如, 可以是一个信元一一基站控制权切换触发信元。 基站收到 此信元, 则认为当前正在进行因基站控制权切换而触发的小区建立流程。 以 使得基站根据该信元执行逻辑小区新建的步骤。 在图 7所示 RNC的基础上本实施例提出一种改进的 RNC, 如图 8所示, 包括: 审计模块 81、发送模块 82及接收模块 83。 可选的, 该 RNC还可包括: 协商模块 84, 用于与主归属 RNC之间进行所述基站控制权的切换协商流程。
主归属 RNC无法继续对基站进行控制时, 可通过基站控制权的切换协商 流程与至少一个从归属 RNC进行协商, 寻找可以接收该基站控制权的从归属 RNC, 可接收该基站控制权的 RNC通过协商模块 84执行切换协商流程后, 则成为目标从归属 RNC。
可选的, 该 RNC还可包括: 第一指示模块 85, 用于向所述基站发起公共 信道建立流程, 以指示所述基站在其上建立新的公共信道; 第二指示模块 86, 用于向所述基站发起系统消息更新流程。
当目标从归属 RNC收到基站发来的小区建立成功消息后, 可选的, 还可 通过第一指示模块 85继续向基站发起公共信道建立流程, 以使基站建立新的 公共信道。
目标从归属 RNC与基站执行完公共信道建立流程后, 目标从归属 RNC 通过第二指示模块 86可发起系统消息更新流程, 以使基站将其保存的用于广 播的系统消息替换为该系统消息更新请求消息携带的新的系统消息。
其中, 第二指示模块 86可包括: 发送单元 861 , 用于向所述基站发送系 统消息更新请求消息, 所述系统消息更新请求消息携带用于替换所述基站保 存的系统消息的系统消息。
应用上述无线网络控制器进行基站控制权的切换处理的具体过程已在实 施例 1及实施例 3中做了详细说明, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例中, 由于目标从归属无线网络控制器在执行完审计流程后, 不 需要对审计响应消息进行判断, 也不会向基站发起逻辑小区删除流程, 而是 直接向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 其中携带有逻辑小区参数及用于指示该 消息因基站控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 使得基站能根据小区建立请求消 息中的逻辑小区参数及指示信息直接建立新的逻辑小区, 因此, 避免了现有 技术中基站上逻辑小区的删除与重建分别由不同的消息触发而执行, 导致的 基站上逻辑小区的删除与重建之间存在空闲时间段,使得驻留 UE收不到信号 及系统消息而导致显示掉网的问题。
实施例 5
本实施例提供一种通信系统, 如图 9所示, 包括基站 91和 RNC92。 其中, 基站 91用于在执行完审计流程后, 接收 RNC92发送的小区建立 请求消息, 所述小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基 站控制权切换而触发的指示信息, 然后根据所述指示信息和所述小区建立请 求消息携带的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区, 再向 RNC92发送小区建立成 功消息。
RNC92用于在执行完审计流程后, 向基站 91发送小区建立请求消息, 所 述小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换 而触发的指示信息, 然后接收所述基站 91建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小区建 立成功消息。
本实施例的基站和 RNC可以为实施例 4中描述的基站和 RNC,具体结构 不再赘述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但 很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本 质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该 计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘 等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
本发明实施例主要用于 WCDMA无线接入网中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基站执行审计流程;
所述基站接收目标从归属无线网络控制器 RNC发送的小区建立请求消息, 所述小区建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换 而触发的指示信息;
所述基站根据所述指示信息和所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数 建立新的逻辑小区;
所述基站向所述目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站根据所述指示信息 和所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区, 包括:
如果所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数与所述基站本地保存的逻 辑小区参数完全一致, 所述基站保留本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数; 或者
如果所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数与 所述基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数不一致, 所述基站将 本地保存的所述物理信道功率参数修改为所述小区建立请求消息携带的所述物 理信道功率参数, 以建立所述新的逻辑小区; 或者
如果所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的频点参数与所述基站 本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中的频点参数不一致, 且所述小区建立请求消息 携带的逻辑小区参数中的扰码参数与所述基站本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中 的扰码参数不一致, 所述基站删除本地的逻辑小区, 再根据所述小区建立请求 消息携带的所述逻辑小区参数建立所述新的逻辑小区。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述基站接收目标从 归属 RNC发送的小区建立请求消息之前, 还包括:
所述基站删除本地保存的公共信道信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述基站向所述目标从归 属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息之后, 还包括:
所述基站建立新的公共信道;
所述基站执行系统消息更新流程。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站执行系统消息更新 流程包括:
所述基站接收来自所述目标从归属 RNC的系统消息更新请求消息, 所述系 统消息更新请求消息携带有用于替换所述基站保存的系统消息的系统消息; 所述基站将本地保存的系统消息替换为所述系统消息更新请求消息携带的 系统消息。
6、 一种基站控制权的切换处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
目标从归属 RNC执行审计流程;
所述目标从归属 RNC向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 所述小区建立请求消 息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的指示信息; 所述目标从归属 RNC接收所述基站建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小区建立成 功消息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述目标从归属 RNC执 行审计流程之前, 还包括:
主归属 RNC与所述目标从归属 RNC之间进行的所述基站控制权的切换协 商流程。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述目标从归属 RNC 接收所述基站建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小区建立成功消息之后, 还包括: 所述目标从归属 RNC向所述基站发起公共信道建立流程, 以指示所述基站 在其上建立新的公共信道;
所述目标从归属 RNC向所述基站发起系统消息更新流程。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标从归属 RNC向所 述基站发起系统消息更新流程, 包括: 所述目标从归属 RNC向所述基站发送系统消息更新请求消息, 所述系统消 息更新请求消息携带用于替换所述基站保存的系统消息的系统消息。
10、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
审计模块, 用于执行审计流程;
接收模块, 用于接收目标从归属 RNC发送的小区建立请求消息, 所述小区 建立请求消息携带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的 指示信息;
小区新建模块, 用于根据所述指示信息和所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻 辑小区参数建立新的逻辑小区;
通知模块, 用于向所述目标从归属 RNC发送小区建立成功消息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述小区新建模块包括: 比较单元, 用于确定本地保存的逻辑小区参数与所述小区建立请求消息携 带的逻辑小区参数是否一致;
小区新建单元, 用于所述比较单元确定所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑 小区参数与所述基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数完全一致时, 所述基站保留本地 保存的所述逻辑小区参数; 或者, 所述比较单元确定所述小区建立请求消息携 带的逻辑小区参数中的物理信道功率参数与所述基站本地保存的逻辑小区参数 中的物理信道功率参数不一致时, 所述基站将本地保存的所述物理信道功率参 数修改为所述小区建立请求消息携带的所述物理信道功率参数, 以建立所述新 的逻辑小区; 或者, 所述比较单元确定所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区 参数中的频点参数与所述基站本地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中的频点参数不一 致, 且所述小区建立请求消息携带的逻辑小区参数中的扰码参数与所述基站本 地保存的所述逻辑小区参数中的扰码参数不一致时, 所述基站删除本地的逻辑 小区, 再根据所述小区建立请求消息携带的所述逻辑小区参数建立所述新的逻 辑小区。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的基站, 其特征在于, 还包括: 信道删除模块, 用于删除本地保存的公共信道信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的基站, 其特征在于, 还包括:
信道新建模块, 用于建立新的公共信道;
系统消息更新模块, 用于执行系统消息更新流程。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的基站, 其特征在于, 系统消息更新模块包括: 接收单元, 用于接收来自所述目标从归属 RNC的系统消息更新请求消息, 所述系统消息更新请求消息携带有用于替换所述基站保存的系统消息的系统消 息;
更新单元, 用于将本地保存的系统消息替换为所述系统消息更新请求消息 携带的系统消息。
15、 一种无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
审计模块, 用于执行审计流程;
发送模块, 用于向基站发送小区建立请求消息, 所述小区建立请求消息携 带逻辑小区参数和用于指示该消息因基站控制权切换而触发的指示信息;
接收模块, 用于接收所述基站建立新的逻辑小区后发送的小区建立成功消 息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 协商模块, 用于与主归属 RNC之间进行所述基站控制权的切换协商流程。
17、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一指示模块, 用于向所述基站发起公共信道建立流程, 以指示所述基站 在其上建立新的公共信道;
第二指示模块, 用于向所述基站发起系统消息更新流程。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 所述第二指示 模块, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向所述基站发送系统消息更新请求消息, 所述系统消息更 新请求消息携带用于替换所述基站保存的系统消息的系统消息。
19、一种通信系统,包括权利要求 10 ~ 14任一项所述的基站和权利要求 15 ~ 任一项所述的无线网络控制器。
