在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问 题:
在终端设备中保存有可用的 MDT Log信息时, 虽然可以通过 RRC消息在建立过程 /切换过程 /重建过程 /小区更新过程中告知网络, 触发网络对终端设备的 MDT Log信息获取请求, 但是对于更换了小 区的切换过程 /重建过程 /小区更新过程, 目标小区与原小区 4艮有可能 属于不同 RAT ( Radio Access Type, 无线接入类型 ) , 而在现有的处 理过程中, 终端设备给目标小区仍然发送相同的 Log可用指示消息, 那么, 在网络侧支持跨 RAT上报的情况下, 目标网络可能能够接收 终端设备上报的 MDT Log信息,但是在网络侧不支持跨 RAT上报的 情况下, 即使终端设备上报 MDT Log信息, 目标网络也无法正常接 收终端设备上报的 MDT Log信息, 从而造成了空口资源的浪费, 不 仅如此, 终端设备上报完 MDT Log信息后, 会删除对应的 MDT Log 信息, 这也会造成 MDT Log信息的丢失。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种 MDT Log信息的反馈方法和设备,实现终 端设备根据 MDT Log所对应的 RAT, 合理的选择是否向网络侧发送 Log可用指示消息。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例一方面提供了一种 MDT Log信息 的反馈方法, 包括:
当终端设备由空闲状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或由 RLF状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区,或在连接状态中切换 /小区 更新到新的目标小区时,所述终端设备确认是否允许向所述目标小区 的基站反馈与多个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息;
如果所述终端设备确认不允许向所述目标小区的基站反馈与多 个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息,所述终端设备判断所述目标 小区的无线接入类型是否是当前存储的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线 接入类型;
如果判断结果为是, 所述终端设备向所述目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。 另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端设备, 包括: 存储模块, 用于存储 MDT Log信息; 确认模块,用于当所述终端设备由空闲状态转换为连接状态连接 到目标小区, 或由 RLF状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或在连 接状态中切换 /小区更新到新的目标小区时, 确认是否允许向所述目 标小区的基站反馈与多个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息; 判断模块,用于在所述确认模块确认不允许向所述目标小区的基 站反馈与多个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息时,判断所述目标 小区的无线接入类型是否是所述存储模块当前存储的 MDT Log信息 所对应的无线接入类型;
发送模块, 用于当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时, 向所述目标 小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
通过应用本发明实施例所提出的技术方案,终端设备根据自身所 保存的 MDT Log信息所对应的 RAT, 合理的选择是否向网络发送 Log 可用指示消息, 从而, 避免由于在当前 RAT不对应时, 进行 MDT Log 信息反馈, 而导致有效地 MDT Log信息丢失的情况, 另一方面, 由于 终端设备可以根据实际的 RAT情况确定是否向网络侧上报 Log可用指 示消息, 可以避免不必要的 MDT Log信息的上报,有效的节省系统的 空口资源。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部 分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普 通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种 MDT Log信息的反馈方 法的流程示意图, 该方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201、当终端设备由空闲状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小 区, 或由 RLF状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或在连接状态中 切换 /小区更新到新的目标小区时, 终端设备确认是否允许向目标小 区的基站反馈与多个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息,具体说明 如下:
情况一、当终端设备接收到携带允许终端设备反馈与任意无线接 入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息的配置信息的消息,或该终端设备被设 置为允许反馈与任意无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息时,终端设 备确认允许向目标小区的基站反馈与任意无线接入类型相对应的
MDT Log信息。
在此种情况下,终端设备判断当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息,如 果有,终端设备判断 MDT Log信息是否有效,如果 MDT Log信息中的 全部或部分信息有效, 终端设备向目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示 消息。
进一步的, 当接收到目标小区的基站发送的 Log上报请求时, 终 端设备将当前存储的所有有效的 MDT Log信息上报给基站。
在具体的应用场景中, 终端设备将 MDT Log信息上报给基站之 后, 终端设备删除已经上报的 MDT Log信息。
情况二、当终端设备接收到携带允许终端设备反馈与指定的多个 无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息的配置信息的消息,或该终端设 备被设置为允许反馈与指定的多个无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log 信息时,终端设备确认允许向目标小区的基站反馈与指定的多个无线 接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息。
在此种情况下,终端设备判断当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息,如 果有,终端设备判断 MDT Log信息是否有效,如果 MDT Log信息中的 全部或部分信息有效,终端设备判断指定的多个无线接入类型中的一 个或多个无线接入类型是否与有效的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接 入类型相对应, 如果判断结果为是, 终端设备向目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息, 如果判断结果为否, 终端设备放弃向目标小区的 基站发送 Log可用指示消息, 并继续保存 MDT Log信息。
进一步的, 当接收到目标小区的基站发送的 Log上报请求时, 终 端设备将当前存储的与指定的多个无线接入类型中的一个或多个无 线接入类型相对应的有效的 MDT Log信息上报给基站。
在具体的应用场景中, 终端设备将 MDT Log信息上报给基站之 后, 终端设备删除已经上报的 MDT Log信息。
情况三、当终端设备接收到携带只允许终端设备反馈与当前无线 接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息的配置信息的消息,或该终端设备被 设置为只允许反馈与当前无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息时,终 端设备确认不允许向目标小区的基站反馈与多个无线接入类型相对 应的 MDT Log信息,只允许向目标小区的基站反馈与目标小区的无线 接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息。
在此种情况下, 执行步骤 S202。
需要指出的是,上述的三种情况均可以被设置为终端设备的默认 处理策略, 从而, 如果终端设备没有接收到任何关于是否允许跨无线 接入类型进行反馈的指示或配置时, 则采用默认处理策略进行处理, 而具体采用哪种情况作为默认处理策略,则可以根据实际需要进行调 整, 这样的变化并不影响本发明的保护范围。
步骤 S202、终端设备判断目标小区的无线接入类型是否是当前存 储的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接入类型。
如果判断结果为是, 执行步骤 S203;
如果判断结果为否, 执行步骤 S204。
具体的判断过程包括:
终端设备判断当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息,如果有, 终端设备 判断目标小区的无线接入类型是否是有效的 MDT Log信息所对应的 无线接入类型。
其中, 由于终端设备同时只能保存一套 MDT Log配置, 并只有在 接收这个配置的 RAT才允许进行 log可用信息的指示上报, 所以, 如 果终端设备在 RATI接收了 MDT log配置, 进入到 IDLE态进行 logging 测量, 并且重选到 RAT2下的小区, 那么:
( 1 )终端设备在 RAT2的 IDLE态:
终端设备将把该 MDT log测量暂停, 并只有当回到原 RATI时才 会继续 MDT log测量。
( 2 )终端设备在 RAT2从 IDLE态进入连接态:
终端设备不会携带 log available indicator
( 3 )终端设备只有回到 RATI才会在连接建立过程中携带 log available indicator I UE只有当切换 /发生重建的目标小区是 RATI下的 小区时才会在切换 /重建流程中携带 log available indicator ( Log可用指 示消息) 。
所以, 终端设备是根据当前接入小区的 RAT信息与所保存的 MDT log结果对应的 RAT是否一致来进行是否携带 log available indicator的判断, 并在判断结果为是时, 执行步骤 S203。
步骤 S203、 终端设备向目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。 本步骤完成之后, 还包括:
当接收到目标小区的基站发送的 Log上报请求时, 终端设备将与 目标小区的无线接入类型相对应的 MDT Log信息上报给基站。
在具体的应用场景中,终端设备将与目标小区的无线接入类型相 对应的 MDT Log信息上报给基站之后, 终端设备删除已经上报的 MDT Log信息。
步骤 S204、终端设备放弃在向目标小区的基站发送的消息中携带 Log可用指示, 并继续保存 MDT Log信息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
通过应用本发明实施例所提出的技术方案,终端设备根据自身所 保存的 MDT Log信息所对应的 RAT, 合理的选择是否向网络发送 Log 可用指示消息, 从而, 避免由于在当前 RAT不对应时, 进行 MDT Log 信息反馈, 而导致有效地 MDT Log信息丢失的情况, 另一方面, 由于 终端设备可以根据实际的 RAT情况确定是否向网络侧上报 Log可用指 示消息, 可以避免不必要的 MDT Log信息的上报,有效的节省系统的 空口资源。 下面, 结合具体的应用场景, 对本发明实施例所提出的技术方案 进行详细说明。
对于 Logged MDT, MDT Log信息的上报由网络侧 (即前述的目 标小区的基站)控制, 但在网络侧通知终端设备上报之前, 终端设备 会给网络侧一个 Log可用的指示通知, 即前述的 Log可用指示消息。 该 Log可用指示消息一般在连接建立过程 /小区切换过程 /小区重 建过程 /小区更新过程中进行发送, 其在一般应用场景中的流程示意 图如图 3所示, 具体说明如下:
情况一、 终端设备从空闲状态进入连接状态, 从而连接到目标小 区中。
情况二、 终端设备在 RLF状态下进行小区重建, 从而恢复到连接 状态, 连接到目标小区中。
情况三、 终端设备处于连接状态, 但是发生了小区更新或切换, 连接到目标小区中。
对于以上三种情况, 终端设备通知网络侧 MDT Log是否可用, 具 体的方式是向网络侧上报 Log可用指示消息, 例如, 在具体的应用场 景中, 终端设备可以在上行的 RRC信令中指示 MDT Log是否可用。
网络侧可以在收到 Log可用指示消息后, 请求终端设备将可用的 MDT Log具体测量结果上 4艮。
但是, 当跨系统(跨 RAT )的移动性发生后, 是否允许终端设备 在新系统上报旧系统中产生的 MDT Log信息,在现有的技术方案中还 尚未有确定结论。
如果网络侧不支持终端设备跨 RAT上报时, 终端设备上报了 Log 可用指示消息, 那么, 网络侧将可能请求终端设备上4艮相应的测量结 果,即 MDT Log信息,这样,终端设备就有可能将旧系统中的 MDT Log 信息上报给新系统, 而新系统实际上并不需要, 也无法处理这些就系 统的 MDT Log信息, 因此, 这样不必要的上传过程就会造成空口资源 的浪费。 不仅如此, 终端设备在上报完 MDT Log信息后, 还会删除对 应的已上报的 MDT Log信息,而如果上报的 MDT Log信息是旧系统的 MDT Log信息,那么,这些 MDT Log信息便在没有上报给相应的旧系 统的情况下被删除, 这样, 便会造成 MDT Log信息的丢失。
本发明实施例为了解决上述的问题, 提出了相应的技术方案, 终 端设备在连接建立过程 /小区切换过程 /小区重建过程 /小区更新过程 中, 首先确定终端设备是否允许跨 RAT上报。 如果不允许, 则判断将要连接的小区的 RAT是否与当前存储的 MDT Log信息的 RAT相同。如果相同,并且记录的 MDT Log信息有效, 则向网络侧发送 Log可用指示消息, 指示网络侧 MDT Log信息可用。 否则, 则不向网络侧发送 Log可用指示消息, 只保存 MDT Log信息。
当网络侧请求终端设备进行 MDT Log信息上报时,终端设备只将 RAT与网络侧的 RAT相对应的 MDT Log信息进行上报。
反之, 如果网络侧允许终端设备跨 RAT上报, 那么, 还可以进一 步分为以下两种情况:
情况一、 网络侧允许终端设备跨任意 RAT进行上报, 那么, 终端 设备只要判断当前存储了有效的 MDT Log信息,就可以向网络侧发送 Log可用指示消息, 指示网络侧 MDT Log信息可用。
当网络侧请求终端设备进行 MDT Log信息上报时,终端设备将当 前存储的所有有效的 MDT Log信息均进行上报。
网络侧接收到这些 MDT Log信息后, 可以进一步进行 RAT识别, 将 MDT Log信息发给对应 RAT的小区,具体的发送方式可以是高层信 令, 或者其他能够在网络侧的设备间传递信息的通信方式, 网络侧的 具体传输方式的变化并不会影响本发明的保护范围。
情况二、 网络侧允许终端设备跨指定的 RAT进行上报, 那么, 网 络侧首先应该指示终端设备可以跨哪些 RAT进行上报,具体的指示方 式可以是发送包含多个 RAT指示信息的消息,通知终端设备可以跨该 指示信息所对应的 RAT进行上报,而终端设备在接收到这样的指示信 息后,进一步判断当前存储的有效 MDT Log信息的 RAT是否与该指示 信息所对应的 RAT相同, 如果当前存储的有效 MDT Log信息的 RAT 与该指示信息所指示的多个 RAT中的一个或多个 RAT相同,则终端设 备向网络侧发送 Log可用指示消息, 指示网络侧 MDT Log信息可用。
当网络侧请求终端设备进行 MDT Log信息上报时,终端设备只将 部分当前存储的有效的 MDT Log信息均进行上报,这些 MDT Log信息 的 RAT与该指示信息所指示的多个 RAT中的一个或多个 RAT相同。 网络侧接收到这些 MDT Log信息后, 可以进一步进行 RAT识别, 将 MDT Log信息发给对应 RAT的小区,具体的发送方式可以是高层信 令, 或者其他能够在网络侧的设备间传递信息的通信方式, 网络侧的 具体传输方式的变化并不会影响本发明的保护范围。 下面, 以具体的应用场景为例, 说明本发明实施例所提方法的具 体使用过程。
为了筒化说明, 后续说明中均以网络侧不允许终端设备跨 RAT 上报的情况为例进行说明, 允许跨 RAT上报的情况参照上述说明, 不 再重复描述。
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例所提出的一种具体应用场景下的 MDT Log信息的反馈方法的流程示意图。
在该场景中,终端设备在旧系统下获得了 MDT Log信息且没有向 旧系统进行上报, 然后, 该终端设备连接到其他的新系统中, 并且没 有生成新系统下的 MDT Log信息, 其中, 旧系统和新系统分别对应不 同的 RAT。
以 LTE系统与 UMTS系统为例, 如果终端设备在 UMTS系统(旧 系统)下获得了一些 MDT Log信息,且没有来得及上报给 UMTS系统, 然后, 终端设备移动到了 LTE系统(新系统)下, 由于当前终端设备 中并没有获得 LTE系统下的 MDT Log信息, 所以, 这时终端设备并不 在 LTE系统中发送 Log可用指示消息, 即并不通知网络侧 MDT Log信 息可用, 只是保存 MDT Log信息。
如图 5所示, 为本发明实施例所提出的一种具体应用场景下的 MDT Log信息的反馈方法的流程示意图。
在该场景中,终端设备在旧系统下没有获得 MDT Log信息,然后, 该终端设备连接到其他的新系统中,并且生成了新系统下的 MDT Log 信息。
同样以 LTE系统与 UMTS系统为例, 如果终端设备在 UMTS系统 (旧系统)下并没有获得 MDT Log信息, 因此, 终端设备在 UMTS系 统中所交互的连接建立完成等消息都不会携带 Log可用指示消息, 但 是, 终端设备事先保留有 LTE系统下的 MDT Log信息, 因此, 当终端 设备移动到 LTE系统(新系统)下时, 终端设备在 LTE系统中发送 Log 可用指示消息, 通知网络侧 MDT Log信息可用。
如图 6所示, 为本发明实施例所提出的一种具体应用场景下的 MDT Log信息的反馈方法的流程示意图。
在该场景中, 如果在某 RAT下, 网络侧向终端设备进行了 MDT Log信息的上报请求, 则终端设备只上报该 RAT的 MDT Log信息。
同样以 LTE系统与 UMTS系统为例, 如果在 UMTS系统(旧系统) 下的终端设备既保存有 UMTS系统的 MDT Log信息, 也保存有 LTE系 统的 MDT Log信息, 那么, 当终端设备移动到了 LTE系统(新系统) 下时,终端设备在 LTE系统中发送 Log可用指示消息,通知网络侧 MDT Log信息可用。 当网络侧请求终端设备上报 MDT Log信息时, 终端设 备只上报 LTE系统的 MDT Log信息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
通过应用本发明实施例所提出的技术方案,终端设备根据自身所 保存的 MDT Log信息所对应的 RAT, 合理的选择是否向网络发送 Log 可用指示消息, 从而, 避免由于在当前 RAT不对应时, 进行 MDT Log 信息反馈, 而导致有效地 MDT Log信息丢失的情况, 另一方面, 由于 终端设备可以根据实际的 RAT情况确定是否向网络侧上报 Log可用指 示消息, 可以避免不必要的 MDT Log信息的上报,有效的节省系统的 空口资源。
还提供了一种终端设备, 其结构示意图如图 7所示, 包括:
存储模块 71 , 用于存储 MDT Log信息。
判断模块 72,用于当终端设备由空闲状态转换为连接状态连接到 目标小区, 或由 RLF状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或在连接 状态中切换 /小区更新到新的目标小区时, 判断目标小区的无线接入 类型是否是存储模块 71当前存储的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接入 类型。
发送模块 73, 用于当判断模块 72的判断结果为是时, 向目标小区 的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。
在具体的应用场景中, 判断模块 72, 具体用于:
判断存储模块 71当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息;
如果有,则判断目标小区的无线接入类型是否是有效的 MDT Log 信息所对应的无线接入类型。
进一步的, 该终端设备还包括接收模块 74, 用于在发送模块 73 向目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息之后, 接收目标小区的基站 发送的 MDT Log上报请求;
发送模块 73,在接收模块 74接收目标小区的基站发送的 MDT Log 上报请求之后,将存储模块 71中与目标小区的无线接入类型相对应的
MDT Log信息上报给基站。
进一步的, 发送模块 73将 MDT Log信息上报给基站之后, 存储模块 71删除已经由发送模块 73上报的 MDT Log信息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
通过应用本发明实施例所提出的技术方案,终端设备根据自身所 保存的 MDT Log信息所对应的 RAT, 合理的选择是否向网络发送 Log 可用指示消息, 从而, 避免由于在当前 RAT不对应时, 进行 MDT Log 信息反馈, 而导致有效地 MDT Log信息丢失的情况, 另一方面, 由于 终端设备可以根据实际的 RAT情况确定是否向网络侧上报 Log可用指 示消息, 可以避免不必要的 MDT Log信息的上报,有效的节省系统的 空口资源。 通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

1、 一种 MDT Log信息的反馈方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 当终端设备由空闲状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或由 RLF状态转换为连接状态连接到目标小区, 或在连接状态中切换 /小 区更新到新的目标小区时,所述终端设备判断所述目标小区的无线接 入类型是否是当前存储的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接入类型; 如果判断结果为是, 所述终端设备向所述目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备判断 所述目标小区的无线接入类型是否是所述 MDT Log信息所对应的无 线接入类型, 具体包括:
所述终端设备判断当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息;
如果有,所述终端设备判断所述目标小区的无线接入类型是否是 有效的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接入类型。

发送模块, 用于当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时, 向所述目标 小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块, 具体用于:
判断所述存储模块当前是否存储有 MDT Log信息;
如果有, 则判断所述目标小区的无线接入类型是否是有效的 MDT Log信息所对应的无线接入类型。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 还包括接收模 块,用于在所述发送模块向所述目标小区的基站发送 Log可用指示消 息之后, 接收所述目标小区的基站发送的 MDT Log上报请求;
