Abstract

본 발명은 공기 금속 이차 전지 유닛 및 이를 포함하는 공기 금속 이차 전지 모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수용액을 취수하는 취수부 및 충전시 발생하는 가스를 배출하기 위한 가스 배출구를 각각 형성한 하나 이상의 금속 공기 이차 전지 유닛; 상기 수용액을 저장하는 수용액 저장부; 하나 이상의 상기 취수부와 상기 수용액 저장부를 연결하는 수용액 공급부; 하나 이상의 상기 가스 배출구와 연결되어 상기 가스 배출구로부터 배출된 상기 가스를 외부로 배출하는 가스 배출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 금속 이차 전지 모듈을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 하나 이상의 금속 공기 이차 전지 유닛의 방전 및 충전에 따른 음극 겔 경화 및 가스 발생에 따른 전지 케이스의 팽창을 예방할 수 있으므로, 금속 공기 이차 전지를 모듈화하여 자동차 배터리 등 대용량의 전기 에너지를 필요로 하는 분야에 상용화될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
