Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (100) comprenant une structure fonctionnelle (101) qui doit être partiellement exposée et donc mécaniquement non protégée pendant son utilisation. La structure fonctionnelle exposée fait partie d'un dispositif micro-usiné comprenant également une partie qui est montée et protégée par un boîtier électronique (102). Une structure de protection micro-usinée (103) est fixée à la structure fonctionnelle via au moins un mécanisme d'ancrage (104). La structure de protection (103) peut être détachée par rupture du mécanisme d'ancrage (104). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication dudit dispositif (100).
