技术领域
本发明涉及广告灯具用品领域,特别是涉及一种三维立体字及使用该三维立体字的灯具。
背景技术
目前城市招牌标识字亮化技术中,白天是漂亮的金属字,晚上又发出立体感强的发光金属字的招牌,并且能经久耐用,是城市招牌标识字的发展趋势。目前此领域普遍使用传统的凸形面字、平形面字、金属字壳反光字、金属字壳平形面发光字、以及有机玻璃材料正面发光字等作为基本用招牌标识发光字形,该类产品存在白天视觉效果差,造型单一,晚上立体感不强,美观性不足等缺陷。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提高招牌标识字在白天的视觉效果、立体感、美观性、经久耐用,以及在夜间的标示显示效果,并使其造型多样化。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种三维立体字,其包括:
相连接的上层单元和下层单元;
所述上层单元包括体现所述三维立体字的每个笔画形状的第一平面部和位于所述第一平面部周围的边缘部,所述边缘部为“山脊状”凸起;
所述下层单元包括与所述边缘部外边缘相连的侧壁,所述侧壁围绕形成与所述第一平面部垂直的空腔。
上述三维立体字中,还包括:
第二平面部,所述第二平面部的两侧边缘分别连接所述“山脊状”凸起的周围外边缘和所述侧壁的上部边缘。
上述三维立体字中,形成所述“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区对称设置或者不对称设置。
上述三维立体字中,所述第一平面部的表面设置为镂空状或密封状。
上述三维立体字中,所述“山脊状”凸起和所述第二平面部的表面设置为镂空状或密封状。
上述三维立体字中,形成所述“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区的表面形状为等腰梯形或圆弧形。
上述三维立体字中,所述第一平面部、边缘部、第二平面部、以及侧壁根据所述字笔画的连接而形成连通区域。
上述三维立体字中,所述侧壁为密封状,或所述侧壁上的部分或全部区域设置为镂空状;所述侧壁采用金属材料制作。
本发明还提供了一种使用上述三维立体字的灯具,包括:
底板,设置在所述下层单元底部,所述底板与所述侧壁下部边缘连接;
发光元件,安装在所述底板上;
所述第一平面部采用透光材料制作,或者采用密封状或镂空状的金属材料制作。
上述灯具中,所述发光元件为LED光源、霓虹灯、或白炽灯中的一种或几种。
(三)有益效果
上述技术方案所提供的三维立体字及使用该三维立体字的灯具中,字的每个笔画均采用第一平面部来表示,在第一平面部的周围边缘设置“山脊状”凸起的边缘部,由“山脊状”凸起凸显字的轮廓,在边缘部的周围外边缘又设置第二平面部以增强字的立体感;采用金属材料制作平面部和边缘部,使字在白天的显示效果更好、且经久耐用;并且在上层单元下部连接了字的下层单元,增强了字的立体效果,在侧壁下边缘安装上底板及发光元件后,通过控制发光元件颜色的交替渐变,可以增强灯具在夜间的显示和视觉效果,另外将字设置为不同的字体,使其造型多样化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
图1示出了本发明一个实施例的三维立体字的结构示意图,以大写英文字母“A”为例,制作三维立体字,该三维立体字包括上层单元和下层单元,上层单元和下层单元通过焊接连接;上层单元包括体现三维立体字的每个笔画形状的第一平面部1和位于第一平面部1周围的边缘部2,边缘部2为“山脊状”凸起,所谓“山脊状”凸起是由两个斜坡上端相连接、最终构成横截面近似为三角形的凸起结构;下层单元中,包括与边缘部2外边缘相连的侧壁3,侧壁3围绕形成与第一平面部1相垂直的空腔,当侧壁3为密封状时,所形成的空腔侧表面即为密封的。
具体地,为了凸显字的三维立体感,在“山脊状”凸起的周围外边缘还设置有第二平面部,第二平面部的两侧边缘分别连接“山脊状”凸起周围的外边缘和侧壁3的上部边缘,如此设置,可以通过“山脊状”凸起来显现字的轮廓,形成“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区对称设置或不对称设置,即两个坡区的几何参数对应相同或者不同;“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区的表面形状为等腰梯形或圆弧形,使形成的“山脊状”凸起的结构多样化。
为了增强字的视觉效果,第一平面部1选用适当颜色的衬板制作,如有机玻璃等,在衬板上喷涂、丝网印刷各种图案;或者,第一平面部1选用采用金属材料制作,设置为密封状或镂空状,镂空图案可以为任意形状,如圆形,三角形,多边形,网格,心形等等;此外,“山脊状”凸起和第二平面部的表面设置为镂空状或密封状,也可以体现字的美观和多样性;为了保证字的牢固强度和经久耐用性,边缘部2、第二平面部和侧壁3均采用金属材料制作;根据字的笔画的连接关系,相对应地,字的第一平面部1、边缘部2、第二平面部和侧壁3分别形成连通区域。
另外,字的侧壁3上,部分或全部可设置为镂空状,如图1示出的实施例所示,在侧壁3的上半部分制作镂空区域4,下半部分为封闭的金属板,其中,镂空图案可以为任意形状,如圆形,三角形,多边形,网格,心形等等,镂空区域4上的镂空图案可以与边缘部2和第二平面部上的镂空图案相同或不同。
上述实施例所述的三维立体字的结构工艺可以应用于汉字、英文字母、阿拉伯数字等等,以及特殊符号、图案等的三维立体制作。
利用上述实施例所述的三维立体字来制作灯具,可以采用透光板来制作第一平面部1;同时,在下层单元的底部设置底板,底板与侧壁3的边缘连接,将发光元件安装在底板上,底板或侧壁3上开通孔以穿过连接发光元件和外接电源的导线,其中,发光元件可以为LED光源、霓虹灯、或白炽灯中的一种或几种,通过设置发光元件的功率、颜色,以及控制发光元件亮度的调节,可以使灯具的发光性能多样化,显示更美观。
由以上实施例可以看出,本发明实施例通过将字的每个笔画均采用第一平面部来表示,在第一平面部的周围边缘设置“山脊状”凸起的边缘部,由“山脊状”凸起凸显字的轮廓,在边缘部的周围外边缘又设置第二平面部以增强字的立体感;采用金属材料制作平面部和边缘部,使字在白天的显示效果更好、且经久耐用;并且在上层单元下部连接了字的下层单元,使字的立体效果更加强烈,在侧壁下边缘安装上底板及发光元件后,通过控制发光元件颜色的交替渐变,可以增强灯具在夜间的显示和视觉效果,另外将字设置为不同的字体,使其造型多样化。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
由以上实施方式可以看出,本发明实施方式提供的三维立体字及使用该三维立体字的灯具中,字的每个笔画均采用第一平面部来表示,在第一平面部的周围边缘设置“山脊状”凸起的边缘部,由“山脊状”凸起凸显字的轮廓,在边缘部的周围外边缘又设置第二平面部以增强字的立体感;采用金属材料制作平面部和边缘部,使字在白天的显示效果更好、且经久耐用;并且在上层单元下部连接了字的下层单元,增强了字的立体效果,在侧壁下边缘安装上底板及发光元件后,通过控制发光元件颜色的交替渐变,可以增强灯具在夜间的显示和视觉效果,另外将字设置为不同的字体,使其造型多样化。

Claims (1)

    1、一种三维立体字,其特征在于,包括:
    相连接的上层单元和下层单元;
    所述上层单元包括体现所述三维立体字的每个笔画形状的第一平面部和位于所述第一平面部周围的边缘部,所述边缘部为“山脊状”凸起;
    所述下层单元包括与所述边缘部外边缘相连的侧壁,所述侧壁围绕形成与所述第一平面部垂直的空腔。
    2、如权利要求1所述的三维立体字,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二平面部,所述第二平面部的两侧边缘分别连接所述“山脊状”凸起的周围外边缘和所述侧壁的上部边缘。
    3、如权利要求1所述的三维立体字,其特征在于,形成所述“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区对称设置或者不对称设置。
    4、如权利要求1所述的三维立体字,其特征在于,所述第一平面部的表面设置为镂空状或密封状。
    5、如权利要求1所述的三维立体字,其特征在于,所述“山脊状”凸起和所述第二平面部的表面设置为镂空状或密封状。
    6、如权利要求3所述的三维立体字,其特征在于,形成所述“山脊状”凸起的两个坡区的表面形状为等腰梯形或圆弧形。

    9、使用权利要求1-8中任一项所述的三维立体字的灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    底板,设置在所述下层单元底部,所述底板与所述侧壁下部边缘连接;
    发光元件,安装在所述底板上;
    所述第一平面部采用透光材料制作,或者采用密封状或镂空状的金属材料制作。
    10、如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光元件为LED光源、霓虹灯、或白炽灯中的一种或几种。
