Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif multifonction de balancement, de musculation et de sortie d'immeuble de grande hauteur, dans lequel dispositif un arbre rotatif (2) est articulé de façon horizontale sur deux capots d'extrémité d'un boîtier (1); une corde (17) est enroulée sur la partie centrale de l'arbre rotatif (2) dans le boîtier (1), et des roues de frottement (3) sont fixées aux deux côtés du boîtier (1), respectivement; un mécanisme de rétraction de corde à rail de guidage est disposé sur la surface supérieure du boîtier (1), un élément de saisie à main (13) est disposé sur la partie centrale de la surface inférieure du boîtier (1), et des mécanismes de freinage du type à levier pour freiner les roues de frottement (3) sont disposés sur les deux côtés du boîtier (1); une extrémité de la corde (17) est fixée sur l'arbre rotatif (2), et l'autre extrémité de la corde s'étend hors de la partie supérieure du boîtier (1) et du mécanisme de rétraction de corde à rail de guidage, et comporte un mécanisme de suspension; un panier de siège de sécurité de sortie d'immeuble de grande hauteur est suspendu sur des trous de suspension (8b) dans des bras de levier des mécanismes de freinage du type à levier aux deux extrémités du boîtier (1); le mécanisme de suspension pouvant suspendre le mécanisme de rétraction de corde à rail de guidage et/ou le dispositif de suspension auto-verrouillant; et un mécanisme de commande à main pour faire tourner l'arbre rotatif (2) étant disposé sur le boîtier (1). L'avantage est que le dispositif de balancement, de musculation et de sortie d'immeuble de grande hauteur peut être utilisé comme appareil de sortie d'immeuble de grande hauteur dans des conditions d'urgence, et qu'il peut être également utilisé comme appareil d'entraînement et de remise en forme, par exemple pour le balancement, l'étirement, et analogue, en des temps ordinaires.
