本发明涉及机械制造领域, 具体的说, 是一种枢轴装置。
背景技术
在电子产品中, 例如 LCD荧幕、 笔记本电脑, 是由本体和一个可与本体 调整夹角的显示屏组成的, 其中调整角度的夹持功能, 是由连接本体与显示 屏的枢轴装置提供的。 传统的枢轴装置为轴心式, 当显示屏与本体间的夹角 发生变动时, 多组弹片受挤压变形所产生的弹力使弹片与弹簧垫片之间出现 一定的摩擦阻力, 从而可以使两者之间的夹角在任何一个角度上定位。 然而, 传统枢轴装置常因使用多片弹片, 造成组装后的不稳定性, 并且其成本因为 组装费时、 弹片数量多、 轴心制作工艺复杂而无法降低。 因此, 研究一种成 本低、 组装方便省时、 加工后变形度小、 稳定性好的枢轴装置更能适应目前 工业生产的需求。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种成本低、组装方便省时、 加工后变形度小、 稳定性高的枢轴装置。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种枢纽装置, 至少包括底座、连接座, 底座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面 上分别设有通孔, 底座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面之间设有第一、 第二弹簧 垫片, 底座一侧折面内侧设有第三弹簧垫片, 每片弹簧垫片的卡勾插入底座 与连接座的卡槽中, 其特征在于: 轴心依次穿过底座一侧折面通孔、 连接座 一侧折面通孔, 轴心的圆柱面上开设有通槽, 弹簧钢簧片分别穿过通槽位于 底座内侧部分。
所述底座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面之间设有第一、第二弹簧垫片,底座 一侧折面内侧设有第三弹簧垫片, 每片弹簧垫片的卡勾插入底座与连接座的 卡槽中。
所述连接座外侧与底座内侧通孔外沿呈凸起状,并对凸起表面做特殊处理 增加其硬度与耐磨性能。
所述轴心位于底座内侧端面开设有螺紋通孔,螺丝分别与轴心位于底座内 侧端面螺紋连接。
所述轴心为冲压件。
本发明一种枢轴装置的工作原理是:
底座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面上分别设有通孔,底座一侧折面与连接座 一侧折面之间设有两片弹簧垫片, 底座一侧折面内侧设有一片弹簧垫片, 底 座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面上的通孔与三片弹簧垫片均同轴设置, 三片弹 簧垫片均设有卡勾, 分别插入底座与连接座的卡槽中, 防止弹簧垫片随着枢 轴的转动而一起转动。 轴心从外侧穿过底座一侧折面与连接座一侧折面上的 通孔以及弹簧垫片, 弹簧钢簧片插入轴心位于底座内侧的通槽, 轴心位于底 座内侧端面开设有螺紋通孔, 螺丝分别拧入螺紋孔内, 或者轴心位于底座内 侧端面为平面, 敲击轴心位于底座内侧端面, 使轴心发生一定的塑性形变, 利用压力使弹簧钢簧片发生弹性形变, 弹簧钢簧片的弹性回复力挤压弹簧垫 片, 使弹簧垫片与底座一侧折面以及连接座一侧折面产生摩擦力, 从而能使 底座与连接座在任何角度上定位。 将连接座外侧与底座内侧通孔外沿部分凸 起, 并对凸起表面做特殊处理增加其硬度与耐磨性能, 可以代替上述弹簧垫 片的功能。
本发明一种枢轴装置的积极效果是:
(1) 利用弹簧钢簧片替代传统的弹片组合, 成本低, 组装方便省时, 加工 后变形度小, 稳定性高。
(2) 轴心为冲压件, 节约材料, 降低成本。 附图说明

参见附图 1, 一种枢轴装置, 包括连接座 1、 底座 2、 轴心 3、 第一弹簧 垫片 4、 第二弹簧垫片 5、 第三弹簧垫片 6、 弹簧钢簧片 7、 螺丝 8, 轴心 3圆 柱面上开设有通槽 9。 参见附图 2, 第三弹簧垫片 6、 第二弹簧垫片 5的卡勾 分别插入底座 2相应的卡槽中, 第一弹簧垫片 4的卡勾插入连接座 1的卡槽 中, 轴心 3依次穿过连接座 1一侧折面的通孔、 第一弹簧垫片 4的通孔、 第 二弹簧垫片 5的通孔、 底座 2—侧折面的通孔、 第三弹簧垫片 6的通孔。 参见附图 3, 弹簧钢簧片 7插入通槽 9位于底座 2内侧的部分, 并与第三 弹簧垫片 6平面接触, 螺丝 8拧入轴心 3位于底座 2内侧端面的螺紋孔中, 螺丝 8对弹簧钢簧片 7形成的压力使其发生弹性形变, 从而使弹簧钢簧片 7 产生弹性回复力,这个弹性回复力挤压第三弹簧垫片 6,使连接座 1一侧折面、 第一弹簧垫片 4、 第二弹簧垫片 5、 底座 2—侧折面、 第三弹簧垫片 6以及轴 心 3位于连接座 1外侧的内侧面之间均产生一定的摩擦力。
参见附图 4, 由于连接座 1一侧折面、第一弹簧垫片 4、第二弹簧垫片 5、 底座 2—侧折面、 第三弹簧垫片 6以及轴心 3位于连接座 1外侧的内侧面之 间存在摩擦力, 使得连接座 1与底座 2可以在任何一个角度上定位。
参见附图 5, 本发明的第二种实施方式是,轴心 3位于底座 2内侧端面为 一平面, 弹簧钢簧片 7插入通槽 9位于底座 2内侧的部分后, 敲击轴心 3位 于底座 2内侧端面使轴心 3发生一定的塑性形变,轴心 3形变对弹簧钢簧片 Ί 的压力使其发生弹性形变, 从而使弹簧钢簧片 7产生弹性回复力。 也能达到 使连接座 1一侧折面、 第一弹簧垫片 4、 第二弹簧垫片 5、 底座 2—侧折面、 第三弹簧垫片 6之间以及轴心 3位于连接座 1外侧的内侧面均产生一定摩擦 力的效果。
参见附图 6,本发明的第三种实施方式是,连接座 1外侧与底座 2内侧通 孔设有外沿部分凸起 10, 并对凸起表面做特殊处理增加其硬度与耐磨性能。
参见附图 7,轴心 3依次穿过连接座 1一侧折面的通孔和底座 2—侧折面 的通孔, 弹簧钢簧片 7插入通槽 9位于底座 2内侧的部分, 并与底座 2内侧 面平面接触。敲击轴心 3位于底座 2内侧端面使轴心 3发生一定的塑性形变, 轴心 3形变对弹簧钢簧片 7的压力使其发生弹性形变, 从而使弹簧钢簧片 7 产生弹性回复力, 这个弹性回复力挤压底座 2 内侧面, 使通孔外沿部分凸起 10之间产生摩擦力,从而使得连接座 1与底座 2可以在任何一个角度上定位。
