101、 AP接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
UE原来为 AP的合法用户, 在 UE驻留该 AP小区时发起的 LAU流程中, UE 通过准入验证, 成功驻留该 AP小区。
随后, 该 UE被从该 AP或该 AP所属 Group (全网) 的 ACL中删除了 , 该 UE 变成该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户。
在 UE成为该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户后, UE仍然可能会向该 AP 发起业务连接请求, 也可能向该 AP发起周期性 LAU 。
在 UE向该 AP发起业务连接请求, 或者 UE向该 AP发起周期性 LAU后, AP 接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
102、 AP判断 UE是否已经从 ACL中删除。
若 AP判断出 UE已经从 ACL中删除, 执行步骤 1 03。 否则, 执行 1 04。
103、 AP判断接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求还是 UE发起的周期性位置 区更新请求。
若 AP接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求, 执行步骤 1 05 , 若 AP接收到的 是 UE发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 执行步驟 106。

在 UE 的业务连接请求被转发到宏小区网络设备后, UE 可以驻留在宏小区 内, 若 UE下次再发起业务连接请求, UE就可以向宏小区内 AP以外的小区发起 业务连接请求, 使 UE的下一次业务连接请求能够成功。
RAB , 在 UE和 CN (核心网 )接入层之间 , 提供非接入层的业务, 用于在 UE 和 CN之间传送用户数据。 UE与 CN之间的一个业务对应于一个 RAB。 RAB还可以 用于 UE和 CN之间传送语音、 数据、 多媒体等业务信息。 UE和 CN之间的信令连 接建立完成后, 才能建立 RAB。 RAB建立是由 CN发起让 UTRAN ( UTRAN - UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network - UMTS, 陆地无线接入网 )执行的功能。
RAB建立过程如下: CN发起 RAB指派请求消息 RAB ASSIG丽 ENT REQUEST, RNC ( Radio Network Controller, 无线网络控制器)根据 RAB指派请求中的 QoS (Quality of Service, 服务质量) 参数配置无线网络有关参数, 然后通过 RAB 指派消息 RAB ASSIGNMENT RESPONSE告诉 CN该 RAB成功建立还是失败。
106、 AP向 UE发送位置区更新拒绝消息 ,并触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选。 在 AP拒绝了 UE的周期性 LAU请求后, 触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选, 使 UE在下次发起周期性 LAU时,从 AP小区以外的其它小区重新选择目标小区,使 UE的下一次 LAU能够成功。
本实施例提供的 AP控制 UE驻留的方法, 在 UE已经从 ACL中删除后, 若 AP 接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求, 则在 AP中完成 UE业务的 RAB指派, 并将 UE业务连接请求转发到宏小区网络设备。若接收到的是 UE发起的周期性位置区 更新请求, 则向 UE返回位置区更新拒绝消息, 触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选。
即在 UE已经从 ACL中删除后, 若 AP接收到 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 若 AP接收到 UE发起的周期性位置区更新倩求, 该 AP通过将该 UE业务连接请 求转发到宏小区网络设备或者触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选, 拒绝 UE的驻留, 使该 UE到其它小区发起业务或者周期性 LAU, 不再向本小区发起业务或者周期 性 LAU, 使该 UE在下次发起业务或者周期性 LAU时能够成功。 在保证合法用户 的权益的同时, 减小对被删除用户的业务体验的影响。
本发明提供下面两个实施例:
实施例 1:
一种 AP控制 UE驻留的方法, 如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤:
201、 管理员从 HNB HLR (HNB Home Location Register , 家庭基站归属位 置寄存器) 上将 UE从 AP或 Group的 ACL中删除, 其中 , AP归属于 Group。
202、 HNB HLR将 UE删除信息传递给 HNB (Home NodeB , 家庭基站) 网管。 本步骤中如果是 Group的 ACL中的 UE被删除, 则 HNB HLR需要通知到所有 涉及到的 HNB网管,通知内容包括 UE的 IMS K Internat iona l Mob i le Subscr iber Ident i f i ca t ion Number , 国际移动用户识别码), UE变化类型, 和 UE变化范围。 其中, UE变化类型为删除, UE变化范围包括局部删除即 AP/Group内删除, 和 全网删除, 即 AP网络内删除。
203、 HNB网管向 AP传递 UE的用户设备的信息删除记录。
本步驟中, 如果是 Group的 ACL中的 UE被删除, 则 HNB网管向 AP传递给 该 HNB网管管辖的 Group涉及的所有 AP。
本实施例中的删除信息可以包括 UE的国际移动用户识别码、 所述 UE的变 化类型, 即删除、 所述 UE的变化范围, 即该 UE在哪些小区被删除。
204、 AP将 UE的用户设备的信息删除记录添加到该 AP的用户设备信息变化 记录表中。
用户设备信息变化记录表对 ACL的变化情况进行动态记录, ACL变化信息以 UE标识为索引, ACL 变化信息具体可以包含用户设备的信息删除记录, 当然可 以不限于此, 还可以包含 UE的国际移动用户识别码、 UE变化类型,比如删除或 者增加; UE变化范围, 比如局部变化或者全网变化等。
本步骤中, 如果是 AP的 ACL变化, AP需要同步更新本地存储的 ACL。
205、 AP接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
UE原来为 AP的合法用户, 在 UE驻留该 AP小区时发起的 LAU流程中, UE 通过准入验证, 成功驻留该 AP小区。
随后, 该 UE被从该 AP的 ACL中或该 AP所属 Group的 ACL中删除了, 该 UE 变成该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户。
在 UE成为该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户后, UE仍然可能会向该 AP 发起业务连接请求, 也可能向该 AP发起周期性 LAU 。
在 UE向该 AP发起业务连接请求, 或者 UE向该 AP发起周期性 LAU后, AP 接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
206、 AP判断该 AP的用户设备信息变化记录表内是否有 UE删除记录。若所 述用户设备信息变化记录表内有 UE删除记录信息, 执行步骤 207 , 否则执行步 骤 208。
207、 判断 UE是否已经从 ACL中删除。
具体的: AP判断在用户设备信息变化记录表内是否包含 UE从 ACL删除的记 录信息。 若在用户设备信息变化记录表内包含 UE从 ACL删除的记录信息, 说明 UE已经从 AP的 ACL中删除, 执行步骤 209 , 若在用户设备信息变化记录表内 不包含 UE从 ACL删除的记录信息, 说明 UE没有从 AP的 ACL中删除。 执行步骤 201 0。
208、 用户设备信息变化记录表内没有 UE用户设备的信息删除记录, 说明 AP小区中的 UE全部为合法用户, 没有从 ACL中删除的。 于是, UE为该 AP的合 法用户, AP正常接受并处理 UE发起的业务连接请求,或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
209、 AP判断接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求还是 UE发起的周期性位置 区更新请求。
若 AP接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求,执行步驟 201 1 , 若 AP接收到的 是 UE发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 执行步骤 2012。
210、 UE为该 AP的合法用户, AP正常接受并处理 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
211、 在 AP中完成 UE业务的 RAB指派, 并将 UE业务连接请求转发到宏小 区网 έ各设备。
在 UE 的业务连接请求被转发到宏小区网络设备后, UE可以驻留在宏小区 内, 若 UE下次再发起业务连接请求, UE就可以向宏小区内 ΑΡ以外的小区发起 业务连接请求, 使 UE的下一次业务连接请求能够成功。
212、 ΑΡ向 UE发送位置区更新拒绝消息 , 触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选。 在 ΑΡ拒绝了 UE的周期性 LAU请求后, 触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选, 使 UE在下次发起周期性 LAU时,从 ΑΡ小区以外的其它小区重新选择目标小区,使 UE的下一次 LAU能够成功。
21 3、 将 UE从 ACL删除的记录信息从用户设备信息变化记录表中删除。 本实施例提供的 AP控制 UE驻留的方法, 在 UE已经从 ACL中删除后, 若 AP 接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求, 则在 AP中完成 UE业务的 RAB指派, 并将 UE业务连接请求转发到宏小区网络设备。若接收到的是 UE发起的周期性位置区 更新请求, 则向 UE返回位置区更新拒绝消息, 并触发 UE发起到其它小区的重 选。
即在 UE已经从 ACL中删除后, 若 AP接收到 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 若 AP接收到 UE发起的周期性位置区更新请求, AP通过将该 UE业务连接请求转 发到宏小区网络设备或者触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选, 拒绝 UE的驻留, 使 该 UE到其它小区发起业务或者周期性 LAU, 不再向本小区发起业务或者周期性 LAU , 使该 UE在下次发起业务或者周期性 LAU时能够成功。 在保证合法用户的 权益的同时, 减小对被删除用户的业务体验的影响。
实施例 2 :
一种 AP控制 UE驻留的方法, 如图 1所示, 包括以下步骤:
301、 用户在 HNB HLR上将 UE从 AP或 Group的 ACL中删除后, HNB HLR将 UE的删除信息告知 AG。 其中, AP归属于该 Group。
302、如果 AP是 C lose模式, UE从 AP的 ACL中删除后, HNB HLR同时将 ACL 的删除信息告知 AP。
303、 AG收到 UE的删除信息后,删除其自身保存的 UE的 Contex t (上下文) 信息。
304、 AG在执行步骤 303的同时向 AP发起针对 UE的 UE去注册请求。
305、 AP收到 UE去注册请求, 删除其自身保存的 UE的 Contex t信息。
306、 AP接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
UE原来为 AP的合法用户, 在 UE驻留该 AP小区时发起的 LAU流程中, UE 通过准入验证, 成功驻留该 AP小区。
随后, 该 UE被从该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的 ACL中删除了, 该 UE变成该
AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户。
在 UE成为该 AP或该 AP所属 Group的非法用户后, UE仍然可能会向该 AP 发起业务连接请求, 也可能向该 AP发起周期性 LAU 。
在 UE向该 AP发起业务连接请求, 或者 UE向该 AP发起周期性 LAU后, AP 接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。
307、 AP判断 UE是否已经从 ACL中删除。
具体的: 判断 AP是否包含 UE的 Con tex t信息, AP包含 UE的 Contex t信息 代表 UE没有从 ACL中删除, AP不包含 UE的 Cont ex t信息代表 UE 已经从 ACL 中删除。
若 AP判断出 UE已经从 ACL中删除, 执行步骤 308。 否则, 执行 309。
308、 AP判断接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求还是 UE发起的周期性位置 区更新请求。
若 AP接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求,执行步骤 301 0, 若 AP接收到的 是 UE发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 执行步驟 301 3。
309、 UE为该 AP的合法用户, AP正常接受并处理 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性 LAU。

本发明实施例提供了一种 AP控制 UE驻留的装置, 如图 4所示, 包括: 接 收单元 41、 第一判断单元 42、 第二判断单元 43、 切换单元 44、 触发单元 45。
其中, 接收单元 41接收 UE发起的业务连接请求, 或者 UE发起的周期性位 置区更新请求。 第一判断单元 42判断 UE是否已经从 ACL中删除, 若 UE已经从 ACL中删除, 第二判断单元 4 3判断接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求还是 UE 发起的周期性位置区更新请求。
若接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求, 则切换单元 44在 AP中完成 UE业 务的 RAB指派, 并将 UE业务连接请求转发到宏小区网络设备。 若接收到的是 UE 发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 则触发单元 45向 UE返回位置区更新拒绝消息, 并触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选。

作为本实施例的一种改进, 本发明实施例提供另一种 AP控制 UE驻留的装 置, 如图 5所示, 包括: 接收单元 51、 第三判断单元 52、 第一判断单元 53、 第 二判断单元 54、 切换单元 55、 触发单元 56。
其中, 接收单元 51接收 UE发起的业务连接倚求, 或者 UE发起的周期性位 置区更新请求。 第三判断单元 52判断用户设备信息变化记录表内是否有 UE删 除记录。 若第三判断单元 52判断出用户设备信息变化记录表内有 UE删除记录, 第一判断单元 53判断 UE是否已经从 ACL中删除, 若 UE已经从 ACL中删除, 第 二判断单元 54判断接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求还是 UE发起的周期性位 置区更新请求。
若接收到的是 UE发起的业务连接请求, 则切换单元 55在 AP中完成 UE业 务的 RAB指派, 并将 UE业务连接请求转发到宏小区网络设备。 若接收到的是 UE 发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 则触发单元 56向 UE返回位置区更新拒绝消息, 触发 UE发起到其它小区的重选。

作为本实施例的另一种实施方式,第一判断单元 52判断 UE是否已经从 ACL 中删除可以为: 第一判断单元 52判断 AP是否包含 UE的 Contex t信息, AP包含 UE的 Context信息代表 UE没有从 ACL中删除, AP不包含 UE的 Contex t信息代 表 UE已经从 ACL中删除。
如图 5中虚线部分所示, 本实施例的 AP控制 UE驻留的装置还包括: 向 AG 发起 UE注册请求的发起单元 57 , 和用于接收 AG发送的注册拒绝响应的接收单 元 58。 用于所述接入点将所述用户设备的信息变化信息存入用户设备信息变化 记录表中的存储单元 59。

1、 一种接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入点接收用户设备发起的业务连接请求, 或者所述用户设备发起的周期 性位置区更新请求;
所述接入点判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列表中删除; 若所述用户设备的信息已经从所述准入控制列表中删除, 所述接入点判断 接收到的是所述用户设备发起的业务连接请求还是所述用户设备发起的周期性 位置区更新请求;
若接收到的是所述用户设备发起的业务连接请求, 则所述接入点完成所述 用户设备业务的无线接入承载指派, 并将所述用户设备业务连接请求转发到宏 小区网络设备;
若接收到的是所述用户设备发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 则所述接入点 向所述用户设备发送位置区更新拒绝消息, 所述位置区更新拒绝消息用于触发 所述用户设备发起到其它小区的重选。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接入点判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列表中删除之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述接入点判断用户设备信息变化记录表内是否有用户设备的信息删除记 录, 所述用户设备信息变化记录表用于存储所述接入点的准入控制列表中所述 用户设备信息的变化信息, 所述变化信息包括用户设备的信息删除记录;
所述接入点判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列表中删除为: 若所述用户设备信息变化记录表内有该用户设备的信息删除记录, 所述接入点 判断所述用户设备的信息已经从准入控制列表中删除。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接入点接收用户设备发起的业务连接请求, 或者所述用户设备发起的周 期性位置区更新请求之前 , 所述方法还包括:
所述接入点将所述用户设备的信息变化信息存入用户设备信息变化记录表 中。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入点判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列表中删除为: 所述 接入点判断所述准入控制列表是否包含所述用户设备的上下文信息, 若所述准 入控制列表包含所述用户设备的上下文信息则判断所述用户设备信息没有从所 述准入控制列表中删除, 若所述准入控制列表不包含所述用户设备的上下文信 息则判断所述用户设备信息已经从所述准入控制列表中删除。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接入点完成所述用户设备业务的无线接入承载指派, 并将所述用户设备 业务连接请求转发到宏小区网络设备之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述接入点向接入网关发起所述用户设备注册请求;
所述接入点接收所述接入网关回复的注册拒绝响应。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述准入控制列表为所述接入点的准入控制列表, 或者为所述接入 点所属的全网的准入控制列表。
7、 一种接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接入点接收用户设备发起的业务连接请求, 或者所述用户 设备发起的周期性位置区更新请求;
第一判断单元, 用于接入点判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制 列表中删除;
第二判断单元, 若所述用户设备的信息已经从所述准入控制列表中删除, 所述接入点判断接收到的是所述用户设备发起的业务连接请求还是所述用户设 备发起的周期性位置区更新请求;
切换单元, 用于若接收到的是所述用户设备发起的业务连接请求, 则所述 接入点完成所述用户设备业务的无线接入承载指派, 并将所述用户设备业务连 接请求转发到宏小区网络设备;
触发单元, 用于若接收到的是所述用户设备发起的周期性位置区更新请求, 则所述接入点向所述用户设备发送位置区更新拒绝消息, 所述位置区更新拒绝 消息用于触发所述用户设备发起到其它小区的重选。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置还包括:
第三判断单元, 用于所述接入点判断用户设备信息变化记录表内是否有用 户设备的信息删除记录, 所述用户设备信息变化记录表用于存储所述接入点的 准入控制列表中所述用户设备信息的变化信息, 所述变化信息包括用户设备的 信息删除记录;
所述接入点第一判断单元判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列 表中删除为: 若所述用户设备信息变化记录表内有用户设备的信息删除记录, 所述接入点第一判断单元判断所述用户设备的信息已经从准入控制列表中删 除。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置还包括:
存储单元, 用于所述接入点将所述用户设备的信息变化信息存入用户设备 信息变化记录表中。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接入点第一判断单元判断所述用户设备的信息是否已经从准入控制列表中 删除为: 所述接入点第一判断单元判断所述准入控制列表是否包含所述用户设 备的上下文信息, 若所述准入控制列表包含所述用户设备的上下文信息则判断 所述用户设备信息没有从所述准入控制列表中删除, 若所述准入控制列表不包 含所述用户设备的上下文信息则判断所述用户设备信息已经从所述准入控制列 表中删除。
11、根据权利要求 1 0所述的接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置,其特征在于, 所述接入点控制用户设备驻留的装置还包括:
发起单元, 用于所述接入点向接入网关发起所述用户设备注册请求; 接收单元, 用于所述接入点接收所述接入网关回复的注册拒绝响应。
