Abstract

A method and terminal for transmitting channel state information. In the carrier aggregation scenario, the CSIs of a plurality of downlink cells to be reported are encoded according to a preset encoding computation manner to obtain the encoded CSI information; and after the encoded CSI information, encoded data and/or other encoded uplink control information are interleaved, they are transmitted over a physical uplink shared channel.
