5. An information reporting apparatus, comprising:
a calculating unit, configured to calculate, based on information bits occupied by reportable specific information bit data and reported subband channel state information, a first number value of maximum subband channel state information included in the specific information reported on the basis of a physical downlink shared channel, where the specific information represents a precoding matrix indicator in the channel state information;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the first number value with a second number value corresponding to the number of the sub-bands contained in the current bandwidth and determining a reporting mode of the sub-band channel state information based on a comparison result;
a reporting unit, configured to determine location information of reporting sub-band channel state information based on the reporting mode, and report based on the location information;
the calculation unit includes:
a setting subunit, configured to set an initial value of the first number in the specific information reported by the physical downlink shared channel to a number of subbands included in a current bandwidth;
a first calculating subunit, configured to calculate, according to the initial value of the first number, an information bit number that can be used for reporting specific information in the physical downlink shared channel, and calculate, according to the information bit number, a code rate at which the specific information is obtained;
a cyclic calculation subunit, configured to, if the code rate of the specific information is greater than a preset threshold, subtract one from the initial value of the first number, and recalculate to obtain the code rate of the specific information;
and the number determining subunit is configured to determine, as a first number value, a numerical value of the corresponding first data when the code rate of the specific information is less than or equal to the preset threshold.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the comparison unit comprises:
a first determining subunit, configured to determine whether the first number value is greater than a third number value, and if so, determine the first reporting mode, where the third number value is 1/2 × the second number value;
a second determining subunit, configured to determine that the first reporting mode is the second reporting mode if the first number value is equal to 1;
a third determining subunit, configured to determine that the reporting mode is a third reporting mode if the first number value is not equal to 1 and the first number value is smaller than the third number value;
the determining whether the first number value is greater than the third number value, and if so, determining that the first reporting mode is the first reporting mode, including:
