Description
本发明涉及一种滑轨组件,尤其涉及一种带有自锁装置的滑轨组件。
滑轨是用来实现两个相邻物体之间相对移动的装置,如抽屉、键盘托架等。一般来说,滑轨组件之间通过滚珠来减少摩擦,实现顺畅的开合,但是,在一定情况下,物体在搬运或者是在受到外力作用时,与滑轨连接的物体不能有效的保持在收合状态,容易滑动,造成跌落,或者是摇摆不定,产生安全隐患。于是开始设置出具有自锁作用的滑轨装置,如中国专利号为200820188869.3所公开的一种具有自锁功能的滑轨装置,通过在内轨上设置一内槽,在内槽中设置有一固定板,固定板上设置有一开槽,开槽上滑动设置一扣块,扣块与固定板之间通过一弹簧连接,扣块上设置有凸柱,固定板上配合设置有扣孔,同时相对配合的开槽内的管位台阶,以及在扣板上配合设置有管位缺口。当凸柱进入凸柱扣孔并被凸柱扣孔管卡住时,轨道组件被锁定,不能自由滑动,从而使处于闭合状态的滑轨组件以及与之相连的物体能够被固定。但是由于所设置的凸柱卡孔的弹性有限,反复使用之后容易变形,使得自锁状态不可靠,从而影响物体的整体使用;同时在使用的时候,凸柱与凸柱卡孔之间的配合定位容易出现差错,从而同样影响物体的开合。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种稳定且可长期反复可靠使用的滑轨组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:
这种滑轨组件,包括相互配合的外轨、中轨与内轨,及配合安装的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述的自锁装置包括固定块和相对固定块运动的滑块,所述的固定块由相互对称的两部分通过安装限位块卡合固定,同时,在固定块上设置有供滑块滑动的滑槽,滑块上设置有滑块限位槽;滑块的底端与弹簧的一端相连,弹簧在滑槽内延伸另一端固定设置于固定块上;在固定块上设置有卡住部以及限位槽,配合在滑块上设置有滑块卡住部和滑块限位部;另在固定块的前端设置有缓冲部。
所述的固定块上的卡住部包括有第一卡住部和第二卡住部,第一卡住部与第二卡住凸设于固定块表面,两者之间的距离稍大于滑块卡住部的宽度;且所述的内轨上设置有与滑块配合的卡块,该卡块通过卡块铆接孔与内轨固定。
所述的固定块由相互对称的两部分通过安装限位块与一安装槽卡合固定。
所述的固定块的限位槽与第一卡住部之间设置有斜坡的导滑槽。
所述的外轨与中轨中轨与内轨之间分别通过设置于外珠槽、内珠槽内的滚珠滑动连接。
所述的弹簧设置有并列两根。
通过上述技术方案,从而该发明具有下述有益效果:
该自锁件可反复使用而不变形,使用可靠;能够稳固的锁定,在移动或者是搬动或者是受到外力作用时,让使用滑轨的物体保持稳定,安全可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明作出进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示,该发明滑轨组件包括有相互配合的外轨10、中轨20与内轨30,以及与内轨配合设置的自锁装置,该自锁装置包括固定块40和相对固定块运动的滑块50,所述的固定块由相互对称的两部分通过安装限位块42与一安装槽卡合固定,同时,在固定块上设置有供滑块滑动的滑槽47,滑块上设置有滑动限位槽51;滑块的底端与弹簧48的一端相连,弹簧在滑槽内延伸另一端固定设置于固定块上,所述的弹簧并列设置有两根,且通过弹簧卡槽49卡接固定于固定座中;在固定块上设置有卡住部以及限位槽43,配合在滑块上设置有滑块卡住部52和滑块限位部53;另在固定块的前端设置有缓冲部41,该缓冲部能够在滑轨组装好之后保证在物体中轨回推时不至于损坏固定块与滑块,起到一个减震缓冲作用。具体来说,所述的固定块上的卡住部包括有第一卡住部44和第二卡住部46,第一卡住部与第二卡住凸设于固定块表面,两者之间的距离稍大于滑块卡住部52的宽度,且所述的固定块的限位槽与第一卡住部之间设置有斜坡的导滑槽45;另外在所述的内轨30上设置有与滑块配合的卡块32,该卡块通过卡块铆接孔31与内轨固定,以及所述的外轨与中轨、中轨与内轨之间分别通过设置于外珠槽11、内珠槽21内的滚珠滑动连接。
在使用的时候,自锁装置的固定座通过卡块32与外轨通过铆钉铆接固定,当拉动抽屉时,滑轨被拉开,即拉动内轨组件运动,此时内轨组件上的卡块32卡在滑块50卡位槽中,滑块50沿着滑槽46在拉力的作用下运动,在弹簧处于最大位移处时,滑块上的滑块限位部53紧贴住固定座上的限位槽,同时滑块卡住部52处固定座第一卡住部44与第二卡住部46之间,滑块50被固定卡接锁定在该位置处,同时,内轨组件上的卡块32将脱离滑块卡槽,而后内轨自由滑动直到抽屉拉开到滑轨的最大拉伸长度时;当关闭抽屉时,即内轨组件往回缓慢移动,内轨上的组件卡块32先卡住滑块50上的卡块卡位槽,且在一小推力的作用下,将滑块50推出锁合点,同时内轨组件上的卡块32在弹簧拉力的作用下,滑块50带着滑轨内轨一起回弹,达到自动锁合的功能。当抽屉拉开时,滑块50在受到碰撞时,滑块50可能主动跳出固定座的卡住部,在弹簧的拉力下,滑块自动回弹,自锁装置失效。此时,我们仍然可推动内轨组件滑动,当卡块32被推到滑块50停止的位置时即自锁件闭合状态,而后卡块32会被推力强行推回滑块50的卡位槽中,卡块被卡住,自锁装置又回复正常的功能。由于滑块50及卡块32前端都设计有一定的斜度,会保护卡块32在用推力强行推回时,滑块50及卡块32都不易受损而破坏。
与现有技术相比,滑块50被固定座的滑动槽47及滑块上的滑动限位槽51双重运动限位,与固定座之间的配合稳定且不容易变形,能够稳固的锁定,在移动或者是搬动或者是受到外力作用时,让使用滑轨的物体保持稳定,安全可靠。
Claims (8)
- 一种滑轨组件,包括相互配合的外轨(10)、中轨(20)与内轨(30),以及与内轨配合设置的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述的自锁装置包括固定块(40)和相对固定块运动的滑块(50),在固定块上设置有供滑块滑动的滑槽(47),滑块上设置有滑块限位槽(51);滑块的底端与弹簧(48)的一端相连,弹簧在滑槽内延伸另一端固定设置于固定块上;在固定块上设置有卡住部以及限位槽(43),配合在滑块上设置有滑块卡住部(52)和滑块限位部(53);另在固定块的前端设置有缓冲部(41)。
- 如权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的固定块上的卡住部包括有第一卡住部(44)和第二卡住部(46),第一卡住部与第二卡住凸设于固定块表面,两者之间的距离稍大于滑块卡住部52的宽度。
- 如权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的固定块由相互对称的两部分通过安装限位块(42)与一安装槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的内轨上设置有与滑块配合的卡块(32),该卡块通过卡块铆接孔(31)与内轨固定。
- 如权利要求1至4任一所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的弹簧通过弹簧卡槽(49)卡接固定于固定座中。
- 如权利要求1至4任一所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的固定块的限位槽(43)与第一卡住部(44)之间设置有斜坡的导滑槽(45)。
- 如权利要求1至4任一所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的外轨与中轨及中轨与内轨之间分别通过设置的外珠槽(11)、内珠槽(21)内的滚珠滑动连接。
- 如权利要求1至4任一所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于:所述的弹簧设置有并列两根。
