Abstract
본 발명은 인공슬관절이나 인공고관절과 같은 생체에 삽입시술되는 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 임플란트의 표면에 형성되는 포러스코팅층의 공극률을 높여 공극내로의 골유착을 증진시키면서도 임플란트와 코팅층 및 코팅층 내 입자간의 접착력을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 포러스코팅층 내 공극의 형상이 반경 100~300μm의 상하로 굴곡된 형상을 형성하도록 하여 공극 내로 성장하는 골과의 결합력을 증대시켜 골유착을 증진시키고, 포러스코팅층 내 공극과 공극이 상호 연결되는 비율을 증대시켜 공극 내로 성장하는 골이 서로 연결되어 골과의 결합력을 증대시킬 수 있는 포러스코팅층이 형성된 생체삽입용 임플란트에 관한 것이다.
