下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。 实施例 1:
一种面具式洗脸器, 喷头 (2) 能在外壳(1) 内左右或上下运动。 实施例 1如图 1至图 7所示。
如图 2和图 3所示, 外壳(1)呈现半圆球形或半椭圆形, 为了使得喷头 (2) 能 够运动旋转, 外壳 (1)和喷头 (2)采用分离式。 在外壳 (1) 内设有圆孔 (11)和 圆孔 (12), 如图 3和图 4所示, 在喷头 (2) 的上下端设有转轴 (21)和转轴 (22), 转轴 (21) 插在圆孔 (11) 中, 转轴 (22) 插在圆孔 (12) 中, 这样喷头 (2) 在外 壳 (1) 的内腔中左右旋转; 如图 1至图 7所示, 在外壳 (1) 上设有带动喷头 (2) 运动的电动装置 (3), 电动装置 (3)带动喷头(2) 的运动形式有左右旋转和上下运 动。 喷头 (2)上布满针状的喷水孔(24), 使得喷水孔(24) 喷出的水柱能射到人脸 的各个地方, 并且有一定的压力。
外壳(1)可以采用透明状的塑料材料, 这样人脸在外壳(1) 中时, 人的眼睛可 以观察外壳 (1) 外面的情况。
外壳 (1) 还开有水管入孔 (14), 如图 2、 图 5和图 6所示, 入水管 (91) 的一 端通过水管入孔 (14) 接到喷头 (2) 的入水孔 (23) 上, 入水管 (91) 的另一端接 到高压水泵(7) 的出水口, 高压水泵 (7) 的入水口通过分叉式导管(93)接到电磁 阀 (81)和电磁阀 (83) 的出水口; 外壳(1) 的下端开有出水孔(13), 出水孔(13) 通过分叉式导管 (94)接到电磁阀 (82)和电磁阀 (84) 的入水口; 电磁阀 (81)和 电磁阀 (82) 通过水管接到温水桶 (95), 电磁阀 (83) 和电磁阀 (84) 通过水管接 到凉水桶 (96)。
当用温水洗脸时, 电磁阀 (83)和电磁阀 (84) 关闭, 而电磁阀 (81)和电磁阀 (82) 导通, 温水桶 (95) 中的水通过电磁阀 (81), 经分叉式导管 (93), 由高压水 泵 (7)抽取进入入水管 (91), 进入喷头 (2), 具有一定压力的水通过针状的喷水孔 (24) 喷到人的脸上; 从脸上流下来的水汇集到外壳(1)上的出水孔(13), 经分叉 式导管 (94), 通过电磁阀 (82), 又流回到温水桶 (95), 这样便实现洗脸水的循环 利用, 而不至于浪费掉。
当用冷水洗脸时, 电磁阀 (81)和电磁阀 (82) 关闭, 而电磁阀 (83)和电硗 (84) 导通, 凉水桶 (96) 中的水通过电磁阀 (83), 经分叉式导管 (93), 由高压水 泵 (7)抽取进入入水管 (91 ), 进入喷头 (2), 具有一定压力的水通过针状的喷水孔
( 24) 喷到人的脸上; 从脸上流下来的水汇集到外壳(1 )上的出水孔(13), 经分叉 式导管 (94), 通过电磁阀 (84), 又流回到凉水桶 (96), 这样便实现洗脸水的循环 寻欢利用, 而不至于浪费掉。
外壳(1 ) 的下端有支架(10), 这样使得洗脸器能够直立放在桌子上, 并且支架
( 10)的高度可调, 用户可以直立坐在桌子旁边的桌子上, 并且把洗脸器调整到适合 自己脸部的高度, 这样用户用起来比较舒适。
为了使喷头 (2) 喷出来的水射向用户脸部的时候不至于淋湿用户的其他部位, 或者不让水顺着下巴或者脸颊流到胸部, 外壳 (1 ) 上设有挡水圈 (4), 挡水圈是密 封在外壳 (1 ) 的边缘, 挡水圈 (4) 上装有面部贴合装置 (5), 面部贴合装置 (5) 的形状接近人的脸型, 可以为不同的脸型设计不同形状的面部贴合装置(5); 面部贴 合装置 (5)上设有紧缩带 (51 )和下巴套 (52), 面部贴合装置 (5)和下巴套 (52) 采用具有弹性的橡胶制品,这样用户把脸伸进面部贴合装置(5),下巴放进下巴套(52) 里, 这样面部贴合装置 (5)紧贴人的面部轮廓; 如果用户感觉面部贴合装置 (5)和 面部贴得不够紧, 可以拉紧紧缩带 (51 ), 使得面部贴合装置 (5)贴得更紧。 紧缩带
( 51 )可以采用粘扣带的形式, 粘扣带是一种常用的连接辅料, 一面是带小钩子的织 物, 另一面是带小毛绒绒圈的织物, 两面具有"一碰即粘合, 一扯即可分开 "的特性。 如图 3所示, 紧缩带(51 )具有两根, 一根是粘扣带的一面, 另一根是粘扣带的另一 面。 粘扣带在日常生活中比较常见不再详述。
洗脸时为了使得用户脸部毛孔张的更开, 从而有利于清洁毛孔何黑头粉剌,在外 壳 (1 ) 上的开有蒸气入孔 (15), 如图 4和图 6所示, 蒸气产生装置 (6) 把产生的 蒸汽通过蒸气导管 (92)接到蒸气入孔(15), 从而把蒸汽充满外壳(1 ) 的内腔, 实 现对人脸的封闭式蒸面。 蒸气产生装置 (6) 可以调节产生蒸汽的温度, 使得温度不 致于过高, 从而使人的脸面不致于灼伤。 现有的蒸气产生装置(6) 已有现有的技术, 不再做详细的描述。
为了使用户在洗脸时不致于觉得憋气, 在在外壳(1 )上部有出气孔(16), 1和图 2所示, 这样能实现外壳 (1 ) 内腔中的空气与外部新鲜空气的交换。
现在详细描述实施例 1的电动装置 (3) 的构造。 如图 16至图 18所示, 电动装 置 (3)包括外面的外罩 (31 )和电机 (32) 以及电机 (33); 电机 (32)位于在外罩 ( 31 ) 的内腔 1 ( 36) 中, 电机 (32) 在内腔 1 ( 36) 可以上下运动一小段距离; 电 机 (33) 固定并位于在外罩 (31 ) 的内腔 2 ( 37) 中, 电机 (32) 的旋转轴 (34) 固 定着喷头(2)的转轴(21 )。 电机(33)的旋转轴(35)缠绕着拉索(38), 拉索(38) 的另一端固定在电机(32)的另一端, 这样当电机(33)的旋转轴(35 )旋转时(38) 会带动电机 (32) 慢慢在内腔 1 ( 36) 向上运动; 当电机 (33) 的旋转轴 (35) 向另 一方向旋转时拉索 (38) 松驰, 电机 (32) 在重力的作用下在内腔 1 ( 36) 慢慢向下 运动。 这样便实现电动装置 (3) 带动喷头 (2) 的上下运动。
控制盒 (7) 是主控单元, 它上面具有功能选择键和 LCD, 用户通过按这些功能 选择键选择不同的洗脸模式; 它把 220V的电压转变为电磁阀、 电动装置、 高压水泵 等需要的直流电压; 它控制着电磁阀的开闭、 高压水泵的启动、 电动装置中电机的旋 转等。 控制盒(7)与电磁阀、 电动装置和高压水泵都由导线连接, 附图为了美观和 不显得杂乱, 没有把导线都画出来。
其具体可以选择的洗脸模式是:
1 )蒸面模式。用户通过功能选择键选择蒸面程式。此时电磁阀(81 )、电磁阀(82)、 电磁阀 (83) 和电磁阀 (84) 都关闭, 高压水泵 (7) 也不工作。 蒸气产生装置 (6) 产生的蒸汽通过蒸气导管 (92)接到蒸气入孔(15), 从而把蒸汽充满外壳(1 ) 的内 腔, 实现对人脸的封闭式蒸面。可以设定每次蒸面的具体时间长度, 比方说每次蒸面 时间最低多长时间, 最高多长时间。 也可以在蒸气产生装置 (6) 滴入少量精油, 薰 衣草精油之类的辅助品, 使得蒸汽更具有美容效果。
2) 冷水与温水交替洗脸模式。 用户温水桶 (95) 装上温水, 在凉水桶 (96) 装 上凉水,用户通过功能选择键冷水与温水交替洗脸程式。如前所述,当用温水洗脸时, 电磁阀 (83)和电磁阀 (84) 关闭, 而电磁阀 (81 )和电磁阀 (82) 导通, 高压水泵
( 7)抽取温水桶(95)的水喷到人的脸上,从人脸上流下来的水再回流到温水桶(9Γ 当用冷水洗脸时, 电磁阀(81 )和电磁阀(82)关闭, 而电磁阀(83)和电磁阀 G 导通, 高压水泵 (7) 抽取凉水桶 (96) 的水喷到人的脸上, 从人脸上流下来的水再 回流到凉水桶 (96)。
可以分别设定温水的洗脸时间长度, 冷水的洗脸时间长度, 交替的次数。这样实 现温水和热水的交替洗脸, 温水洗过之后用冷水, 冷水洗过之后用热水, 这样交替几 次。
用户可以设定固定洗脸或左右运动洗脸或上下运动洗脸或混合运动洗脸。当用户 选泽固定洗脸程式时, 喷头不动; 当用户选泽左右运动洗脸程式时, 洗脸时喷头在电 动装置 (3) 的带动下左右旋转; 当用户选泽上下运动洗脸程式时, 喷头在电动装置 ( 3) 的带动下上下运动; 当用户选泽混合运动洗脸程式时, 洗脸时喷头在电动装置 ( 3) 的带动下左右旋转或上下运动这样交替运动。
高压水泵 (7) 的流速的可调节的, 因为每个人对喷出来水的压力的耐受力是不 一样的, 用户可以选择适合自己脸部压力的喷出来水的压力。
3)洗涤水与干净水洗脸模式。这种模式在用户不希望用冷水与温水交替洗脸时, 用户可以在温水桶 (95)装上干净的温水, 在凉水桶 (96)装上干净的温水, 但在凉 水桶(96)会加入混有一定的洗面奶之类的洗涤用品的温水。 洗脸时, 用户首先用凉 水桶 (96) 的水洗, 带有洗涤泡沫的水会冲洗用户的脸部; 之后, 再用温水桶 (95) 干净的温水做清洗, 洗完后洗脸便完成, 不会有反复交替过程。
当然,在洗脸过程中,用户可以设定固定洗脸或左右运动洗脸或上下运动洗脸或 混合运动洗脸, 高压水泵(7) 的流速, 洗涤水冲洗时间长度, 干净水冲洗时间长度。
当然, 对于以上用户可以选择的各种参数, 洗脸器会有一个默认值, 也是一个推 荐值, 比方说蒸面时间最低多长时间值, 最高多长时间值, 温水的洗脸时间长度, 冷 水的洗脸时间长度, 交替的次数, 喷头的运动模式, 高压水泵 (7) 的流速, 洗涤水 冲洗时间长度, 干净水冲洗时间长度。 用户可以改变这些参数, 从而保存为适合自 己的喜爱值。 在多个人使用的时候, 每个人可以直接选择自己的喜爱值就可以了。
实施例 2:
一种面具式洗脸器, 喷头 (2) 能在外壳 (1 ) 内自转, 如图 8至图 13所示。 与实施例 1不同的是, 实施例 2喷头(2)的上下端没有转轴(21)和转轴(22), 而是在喷头 (2) 的后部设有转轴 (21), 如图 10、 图 11、 图 14和图 151所示,外壳
(1) 后部的中间设有带动喷头 (2) 运动的电动装置 (3), 电动装置 (3) 的固定着 喷头 (2) 的转轴 (21); 电动装置 (3) 带动喷头 (2) 的运动形式为自转,自转的方 式有顺时针旋转和逆时针旋转; 电动装置(3)带动喷头(2)顺时针旋转到一定角度 比方说后, 然后又逆时针旋转到一定角度, 再又顺时针旋转这样交替自转。 另一个不 同点是在外壳 (1) 内已经没有实施 1的圆孔 (11) 和圆孔 (12)。 与实施例 1相比, 实施例 2的电动装置(3) 的结构更加简单, 如图 19所示的详细结构, 电动装置(3) 包括外面的电机 (32), 电机 (32) 的旋转轴 (34) 固定着喷头 (2) 的转轴 (21)。
与实施例 1相比, 其具体可以选择的洗脸模式是一样, 不同的地方在于: 用户不 可以设定左右运动洗脸或上下运动洗脸或混合运动洗脸,只可以设定顺时针旋转或逆 时针旋转及其转速的快慢。 其他的结构和实施例 1相同, 相同的不再做描述。
在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化 和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护的范围由所付的权利要求书 及其等效物界定。

1、 一种面具式洗脸器, 包括外壳 (1 )、 喷头 (2), 其特征在于: 外壳 (1 )和喷 头 (2)采用分离式, 喷头 (2)布满针状的喷水孔 (24), 在外壳 (1 ) 上设有带动喷 头 (2)运动的电动装置 (3), 电动装置 (3)带动喷头 (2) 的运动形式有左右旋转、 上下运动或自转;外壳(1 )上设有挡水圈(4),挡水圈(4)上装有面部贴合装置(5), 面部贴合装置 (5) 上设有紧缩带 (51 ) 和下巴套 (52); 所述外壳 (1 ) 的下端有支 架 (10); 所述外壳 (1 ) 的下端开有出水孔 (13), 外壳 (1 )还开有水管入孔 (14)、 蒸气入孔 (15)、 出气孔 (16), 蒸气产生装置 (6) 通过蒸气导管 (92) 接到蒸气入 孔 (15) 上, 入水管 (91 ) 的一端通过水管入孔 (14)接到喷头 (2) 的入水孔 (24) 上, 入水管 (91 ) 的另一端接到高压水泵 (7 ) 的出水口 (71 ), 高压水泵 (7) 的入 水口 (72)通过分叉式导管 (93)接到电磁阀 (81 )和电磁阀 (83) 的出水口, 出水 孔 (13)通过分叉式导管 (94)接到电磁阀 (82)和电磁阀 (84) 的入水口, 电磁阀
(81 ) 和电磁阀 (82) 通过水管接到温水桶 (95), 电磁阀 (83) 和电磁阀 (84) 通 过水管接到凉水桶 (96)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种面具式洗脸器, 其特征在于, 所述高压水泵 (7) 为水速可调式水泵。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种面具式洗脸器, 其特征在于, 所述支架 (10) 的 高度可调。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种面具式洗脸器, 其特征在于, 所述面部贴合装置 ( 5) 为弹性可拉升的材料制成。
