本发明涉及通信系统中锁网和解锁技术, 尤其涉及一种锁网终端、 网 络侧设备及其解锁方法。 背景技术
随着 3G通讯时代的到来以及运营商之间日益激烈竟争的加剧,无线终 为了更长远的利益考虑, 常常釆用大规模定制销售的方式。 此方式以运营 商进行补贴, 然后低价出售终端来占领市场, 同时可以在终端中嵌入一些 对运营商有利的个性化服务, 也丰富了终端的软件功能, 可谓一举多得。
但另一方面, 丰厚的利润空间也使得一些非法人员企图破解软件来谋 取暴利, 因此厂商必须添加锁网功能防止定制销售的锁网终端接入其它运 营商的网络, 同时加强锁网保护来防止锁网终端的设备软件被非法篡改, 这样会带来终端生产成本的增加。
对于用户而言, 他们只需要关心锁网终端的廉价, 而并不会真正关心 锁网, 在使用合法运营商的网络时, 锁网对用户是透明的。 然而, 一旦用 户需要使用其它网络时, 例如漫游或转网, 就必须更换其它终端, 对于后 者还需要考虑如何把锁网终端处理掉。 除了经济上的损失, 更换终端也会 造成使用上的不便。
现有的锁网方式并不特别关注解锁, 只能通过更换软件版本的方式解 决。
现有技术中存在问题如下, 对锁网终端进行解锁只能通过更换软件版 本的方式, 实现起来复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种锁网终端、 网络侧设备及 其解锁方法, 解决了现有技术中对锁网终端进行解锁实现起来复杂问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供的一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 所述方法包括: 锁网终端获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息;
锁网终端根据解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭, 完成解锁。 本发明实施例还提供了一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 所述方法包括: 网络侧设备获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的通信标识信 息;
网络侧设备根据获取的解锁请求消息以及所述通信标识信息, 向锁网 终端下发的解锁信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种锁网终端, 所述终端包括:
第一获取模块, 用于获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息;

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明实施例, 提供一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 根据解锁信息修改设 置项, 设定锁网功能关闭进行解锁实现起来简单。
本实施例中运营商曱对终端进行锁网处理, 使得终端成为具有锁网功 能的锁网终端, 可以检测到终端接入的网络是否为合法运营商曱的网络。 在未解锁的状态下, 对于其它网络能够拒绝接入。 同时, 终端具备解锁功 能, 在解锁状态下, 所有关于锁网的限制全部取消。 但解锁不能通过界面 设置或其它工具软件设置由用户独立来完成。 锁网终端获取网络侧设备下 发的解锁信息, 锁网终端根据解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭进 行解锁。 终端维护一个内部的设置项, 用于表示锁网功能是否打开。 在锁 网功能打开的时候进行锁网检测, 反之, 不进行检测, 可以使用其它运营 商的卡和网络。
进一步锁网终端维护一个解锁期限的设置项, 用于描述在解锁状态下, 锁网终端是临时性的解锁还是永久性的解锁, 临时解锁再用一个时间值来 描述其解锁的有效时间。 当锁网终端从网络侧设备获取的时间在此时间之 前, 解锁有效, 锁网终端从网络侧设备获取的时间在此之后, 解锁失效, 立即将锁网功能打开。
对应的, 网络侧设备获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的通 信标识信息, 根据获取的解锁请求消息以及通信标识信息, 向锁网终端下
发解锁信息。
网络侧设备存储一个解锁计费策略。 对每一个锁网终端设置一个解锁 金额, 这个初值默认可以为运营商补贴的费用。 每次用户进行解锁消费时, 这个金额相应的减少。 当金额减少为零时, 网络侧设备将允许终端被永久 解锁。
进一步地, 锁网终端在该运营商网络下支付的语音、 数据等业务费用 也可以以一定的比例减少这个解锁金额。
锁网终端可以通过运营商的服务热线来查询解锁金额, 或者进行解锁 支付。 在支付成功后, 锁网终端将被解锁, 解锁方式以用户交互的方式或 者自动解锁。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例中的方案根据网络侧设备下发的解锁 信息, 修改设置项进行解锁实现起来简单, 同时提出了支付解锁的方案, 用户可以方便的进行解锁以满足各种需要。
本实施方案第一实施例提供了一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 图 1 为本发 明实施例提供的第一实施例锁网终端的解锁方法流程图, 如图 1 所示, 所 述方法包括:
步骤 101 , 锁网终端设备被加电, 锁网终端开始初始化流程;
步骤 102, 锁网终端查询当前锁网终端信息及设置项, 判断是否进行锁 网, 以及当处于锁网状态下时检测卡的合法性, 若所述终端处于解锁状态 或处于锁网状态下卡合法, 则执行步骤 104, 否则执行步骤 103;
具体的, 仅当锁网功能关闭并且解锁期限有效时, 终端处于解锁状态。 当终端设备处于解锁状态或锁网状态使用合法的运营商卡及网络时, 执行 步骤 104, 否则执行步骤 103。 在此步骤中, 由锁网终端的锁网模块判断卡 及网络的合法性。 其检验依据是卡的 IMSI、 网络的 MCC、 MNC等参数信 息是否在运营商限定的合法范围之内。 对于机卡一体的终端, 釆用对终端
相关参数的校验代替对卡参数的校验, 下同。
步骤 103 , 由于锁网终端被锁网且卡不合法, 进入紧急模式的终端不能 使用通话、 短信等基本网络功能, 只能进行一些基本的菜单操作和紧急呼 叫, 并结束本方法的流程;
步骤 104, 锁网终端进行开机注册, 进入待机状态;

步骤 108, 通过交互操作, 锁网终端用户选择支付方式, 同时选择所需 要的解锁方式和期限;
具体的, 本实施例釆用的是预存款余额支付的方式, 同时选择所需要 的解锁方式和期限。
优选地, 用户可以釆用通过已经发生的业务费用, 以一定比例来抵消 解锁费用, 但系统侧需要保证业务费用不会被重复抵消。
优选地, 用户可以釆用充值卡或电话银行的方式进行网络支付, 通过
输入卡号和密码, 由系统计费模块与其它系统模块进行消费业务处理。 步骤 109,网络侧设备查询当前帐户的预存款余额,是否满足此次支付, 不满足则执行步骤 110, 满足支付条件, 执行步骤 111 ;
步骤 110, 系统提示余额不足, 无法支付, 提示用户支付此次解锁所需 要的费用, 返回执行步骤 105;
步骤 111 , 网络侧设备向终端用户发送解锁信息, 锁网终端接收网络侧 设备下发的解锁信息;
可选地, 网络侧设备通过语音的方式发送一串加密的解锁码, 由用户 在锁网界面时输入来进行解锁。 此种方式需要用户的交互操作, 锁网终端 式, 锁网终端能够获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息。
步骤 112, 锁网终端对解锁信息进行解析, 解析成功后, 修改锁网终端 的锁网功能开关设置, 设定锁网功能关闭进行解锁, 以及进行解锁期限设 置, 同时, 向网络侧设备发送解锁成功的消息;

步骤 202 , 网络侧设备检测到用户的解锁服务呼叫,对当前锁网终端的 身份进行确认;
具体的, 网络侧设备获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的通 信标识信息, 根据获取的解锁请求消息以及通信标识信息, 向锁网终端下 发解锁信息如果当前锁网终端已被永久解锁, 提示用户锁网终端已解锁, 无需进行支付业务, 可以选择查询已往的消费记录。
步骤 203 , 网络侧设备根据数据库信息判断终端是否为机卡一体, 如果 是执行步骤 206, 否则执行步骤 204;
步骤 204, 判断锁网终端与卡的信息是否关联,如果是,执行步骤 206, 否则执行步骤 205;
具体的, 在信息关联以后, 对于解锁支付不进行如步骤 107所述的提 示, 同时, 可以允许卡的业务消费记录抵消支付费用。
步骤 205 , 用户确认是否将卡关联到此终端,如果是, 则执行步骤 206, 否则结束流程;
具体的, 判断卡是否已经关联到其它终端, 如果否, 提示用户是否将 卡关联到此终端, 如果选择关联, 则提示用户取消与其它终端的关联然后 关联到此终端, 操作完成后执行步骤 206。 进一步的, 步骤 203、 204中是 判断卡与锁网终端是否绑定, 当确定绑定时, 获取该卡的通信标识信息。
步骤 206, 网络侧设备响应锁网终端的解锁业务;
具体的, 对于支付业务, 判断用户输入数据的合法性, 如果解锁期限 小于当前系统日期或数据库中的解锁日期, 提示输入无效。 然后进行如步 骤 110中所述的余额校验, 根据解锁余额发送解锁消息。
余额大于零时, 发送临时解锁消息, 余额等于零时, 发送永久解锁消 息。
步骤 207, 锁网终端收到系统支付成功的消息, 对解锁费用进行扣除, 更新该终端的剩余解锁费用, 以及解锁期限信息, 同时, 通知终端当前的 帐户余额和解锁信息;
步骤 208, 剩余解锁费用为零时, 在系统数据库中标记终端已经合法解 锁, 对该终端的解锁业务不再处理。
具体的, 所述剩余解锁费用, 即前述的解锁计费策略中的解锁金额。 网络侧设备存储一个解锁计费策略。 对每一个锁网终端设置一个解锁金额, 这个初值默认可以为运营商补贴的费用。 每次用户进行解锁消费时, 这个 金额相应的减少。 当金额减少为零时, 即剩余解锁费用为零, 网络侧设备 则允许终端被永久解锁。
本发明第三实施例还提供了一种锁网终端, 图 3 为本发明实施例提供 的锁网终端结构图, 如图 3所示, 锁网终端包括:
第一获取模块 301 , 用于获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息;
解锁模块 302, 用于根据解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭, 完 成解锁;
进一步, 解锁模块 302, 还用于根据解锁信息中携带的时间参数修改设 置项, 设定锁网功能关闭期限进行解锁。
进一步, 第一获取模块 301 ,还用于获取通过锁网界面输入的网络侧设 备下发的解锁信息。
进一步, 所述终端还包括:
锁网模块 303 , 用于上电后, 判断是否处于锁网状态以及当处于锁网状 态下时检测卡的合法性, 若所述终端处于解锁状态或处于锁网状态下卡合 法, 则开机注册进入待机状态, 否则进入紧急模式。
进一步, 所述终端还包括:
呼叫模块 304, 用于进入待机状态后, 向网络侧设备发起解锁呼叫并发
送解锁请求消息。
本发明实施例第四实施例还提供了一种对锁网终端解锁的网络侧设 备, 图 4为本发明实施例提供的网络侧设备结构图, 如图 4所示, 所述网 络侧设备包括:
第二获取模块 401 ,用于获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的 通信标识信息;
下发模块 402, 用于根据获取的解锁请求消息以及所述通信标识信息, 向锁网终端下发解锁信息。
进一步, 第二获取模块 401 , 还用于接收锁网终端发起的解锁呼叫, 判 断卡与锁网终端是否绑定, 当确定绑定时, 获取该卡的通信标识信息。
进一步, 下发模块 402, 还用于确认锁网终端绑定的帐户余额大于解锁 所需的费用时, 向锁网终端下发的解锁信息。

Claims
1、 一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 锁网终端获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息;
锁网终端根据解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭, 完成解锁。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述锁网终端获取网络 侧设备下发的解锁信息之前, 所述方法还包括: 测卡的合法性, 若所述终端处于解锁状态或处于锁网状态下卡合法, 则开 机注册进入待机状态, 否则进入紧急模式。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述锁网终端进入待机 状态后, 所述方法还包括:
向网络侧设备发起解锁呼叫并发送解锁请求消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述锁网终端根据 解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭, 完成解锁, 包括:
锁网终端根据解锁信息中携带的时间参数修改设置项, 设定锁网功能 关闭期限完成解锁。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述锁网终端获取 网络侧设备下发的解锁信息, 包括:
锁网终端获取通过锁网界面输入的网络侧设备下发的解锁信息。
6、 一种锁网终端的解锁方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 网络侧设备获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的通信标识信 息;
网络侧设备根据获取的解锁请求消息以及所述通信标识信息, 向锁网 终端下发解锁信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧设备获取与 锁网终端绑定的卡的通信标识信息, 包括:
网络侧设备接收锁网终端发起的解锁呼叫 , 判断卡与锁网终端是否绑 定, 当确定绑定时, 获取该卡的通信标识信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧设备向 锁网终端下发解锁信息, 包括:
网络侧设备确认锁网终端绑定的帐户余额大于解锁所需的费用时, 向 锁网终端下发解锁信息。
9、 一种锁网终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
第一获取模块, 用于获取网络侧设备下发的解锁信息;
解锁模块, 用于根据解锁信息修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关闭, 完成 解锁。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的锁网终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 锁网模块, 用于上电后, 判断是否处于锁网状态以及当处于锁网状态 下时检测卡的合法性, 若所述终端处于解锁状态或处于锁网状态下卡合法, 则开机注册进入待机状态, 否则进入紧急模式。
11、根据权利要求 10所述的锁网终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 呼叫模块, 用于进入待机状态后, 向网络侧设备发起解锁呼叫并发送 解锁请求消息。
12、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的锁网终端, 其特征在于, 所述解锁模 块, 还用于根据解锁信息中携带的时间参数修改设置项, 设定锁网功能关 闭期限完成解锁。
13、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的锁网终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一获
14、 一种对锁网终端解锁的网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧设 备包括: 第二获取模块, 用于获取解锁请求消息以及与锁网终端绑定的卡的通 信标识信息;
下发模块, 用于根据获取的解锁请求消息以及所述通信标识信息, 向 锁网终端下发解锁信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取 模块, 还用于接收锁网终端发起的解锁呼叫, 判断卡与锁网终端是否绑定, 当确定绑定时, 获取该卡的通信标识信息。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 所述下 发模块, 还用于确认锁网终端绑定的帐户余额大于解锁所需的费用时, 向 锁网终端下发的解锁信息。
