本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种软件的下载方法和装置。 背景技术
软件组件管理对象 ( Sof tware Component Management Object ; 以下简 称: SC0M0 )作为开放式移动体系 (Open Mobi le Archi tecture; 以下简称: 0MA )的一种业务激活标准, 其允许相应管理机构远程发送和管理各连接设备 上的软件, 例如应用程序、程序库等。 其中, 软件可以通过设备管理(Device Management ; 以下简称: DM ) 下载方式和非 DM下载方式下发到终端。 其中, DM 下载方式为服务器使用替换(Replace )命令直接将软件包下发到数据 ( Data )节点中进行保存;而非 DM下载方式为在服务器触发操作( Operat ion ) 子树下的下载操作后, 终端直接利用下载地址(PkgURL )指示的地址下载软 在加入 DM网关(Gateway )后, DM会话需要网关进行中转, 且当同时向 多个终端发送设备分发命令时, 需要使用分发(Fanout )机制, 其中, Fanout 管理对象(Management Object ; 以下简称: M0 )保存在网关上。 当多个终端 使用相同的软件时, 网关可以提供本地存储功能, 服务器先将数据下发到网 关, 以使终端从网关上获取数据。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在如下技术问题: 当终端从网关获取数据时, 现有技术中的网关并不解析保存在本地的分发命 令 ( Fanout Commands )中的 DM命令, 只是将其放入新的 DM消息发送到终端, 则终端无法根据分发命令中的软件标识 ( ImagelD ) 或软件下载地址 ( ImageURL ) 来直接获取保存在网关上的数据, 终端仍需要自行从远程服务 器下载数据, 浪费了带宽和效率。 特别是某些场景下, 终端不具备连接外部 网络的能力, 无法自行从远程服务器下载数据, 从而无法达到设备管理的目 的。 发明内容
本发明实施例在于提供一种软件的下载方法和装置, 避免终端直接从远 程服务器下载软件, 保证无外部网络连接能力的终端能够被管理, 且提高效 率。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 包括: 获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令和替换指示, 根据所述替换指示将 所述分发命令中的软件标识替换为为软件生成的软件本地下载地址;
将转换后的分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件 本地下载地址下载所述软件。
本发明实施例提供了另一种软件的下载方法, 包括:
获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分发命令中携带为软件生成 的软件本地下载地址;
将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件本地 下载地址下载所述软件。
本发明实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 包括:
转换模块, 用于获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令和替换指示, 根据 所述替换指示将所述分发命令中的软件标识替换为为软件生成的软件本地下 载地址;
第一下载模块, 用于将转换后的分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述 各终端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。 本发明实施例提供了另一种软件的下载装置, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分发命令中 携带为软件生成的软件本地下载地址;
第二下载模块, 用于将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终 端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。
本发明实施例提供的一种软件的下载方法和装置, 通过为软件分配新的 软件本地下载地址, 使得各终端可以根据软件本地下载地址从本地网络上下 载软件的数据, 可以有效避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 而利用设备管 理网关提供的本地存储功能, 直接从本地网络获取软件的下载数据, 大大提 高了效率。 尤其对于有些内网终端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证对终 端设备的成功管理。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于 本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
图 1为本发明软件的下载方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 1所示, 本实施 例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 本实施例针对设备管理网关作为设备管理服 务器和终端之间的中转管理设备的情况, 本实施例可以具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 101 , 设备管理网关获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令和替换指 示, 根据所述替换指示将所述分发命令中的软件标识替换为为软件生成的软 件本地下载地址。
在本实施例中, 设备管理服务器 DM Server 除了向设备管理网关 (DM Gateway )下发分发命令外, 还增加下发上述替换指示, 该替换指示可以与分 发命令一样下发到设备管理网关的分发管理子树中, 其中, 获取到的分发命 令中携带软件标识。 当设备管理网关接收到管理服务器的执行分发命令的请 求后, 设备管理网关根据该替换指示对分发命令进行转换处理, 即将分发命 令中的软件标识替换为软件本地下载地址(Loca l ImageURL ) , 该软件本地下 载地址为设备管理网关根据软件标识为软件分配的在设备管理网关的本地网 络的实际下载地址。 本实施例中的软件可以为任意的数据,例如固件、 应用 程序、 库文件和镜像文件等可下载的数据。 在本实施例中, 为软件生成的 软件本地下载地址可以为设备管理网关的本地存储地址, 也可以为设备管理 网关的本地网络中其他存储 Λ良务器的地址。
本发明的各个实施例中设备管理服务器还会下发目标终端组标识或目标 终端列表, 用于指出所述分发命令所对应的各终端, 其中所述目标终端组标 识或目标终端列表可以通过分发命令下发, 也可以是 DM服务器单独下发。
步骤 102 , 设备管理网关将转换后的所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。
在对获取到的分发命令进行转换处理后,设备管理网关将转换后的分发命 令下发到对应的各终端上,则各个终端可以根据转换后的分发命令中携带的软 件本地下载地址下载上述软件, 而无需直接联网访问设备管理服务器。
本实施例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 通过在设备管理服务器下发的分 发命令中携带替换指示, 替换分发命令中的软件标识为软件本地下载地址, 使得各终端可以用设备管理网关提供的本地存储功能下载软件的数据, 有效 避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 大大提高了效率, 尤其对于有些内网终 端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证对设备的成功管理。
图 2为本发明软件的下载方法实施例二的信令图, 如图 2所示, 本实施 例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 本实施例针对设备管理网关作为设备管理服 务器和终端之间的中转管理设备的情况, 本实施例可以具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 201 , 设备管理服务器在软件目录管理子树中创建子树, 并向设备 管理网关下发软件。
如图 3所示为本发明软件的下载方法实施例二中软件目录管理子树的结 构示意图, 设备管理服务器在软件目录管理子树中创建子树, 在软件目录管 理子树下配置软件远程下载地址(ImageURL )供设备管理网关下载, 或者直 接下发软件到数据 ( Data )节点。 如图 3所示, 本实施例中的软件目录管理 子树子树下可以生成默认过期时间(ExipryCriteria )节点、过期时间(Expiry ) 节点、 软件远程下载地址(ImageURL )节点、 软件数据(Data )节点。 其中, ExipryCriteria表示软件緩存的默认过期时间, 可以具体由 DM Gateway来设 置; ImagelD表示软件的标识; Expiry表示设备管理服务器设置的过期时间, 其值必须小于等于默认过期时间; ImageURL表示软件对应的外部网络下载 地址, 设备管理服务器可以要求 DM Gateway根据 ImageURL对软件进行自 行下载后在本地緩存; Data表示软件的数据, DM服务器可以直接使用更新 命令下发软件到设备管理网关。 本实施例中的设备管理服务器可以直接向设 备管理网关下发软件; 或者, 也可以由设备管理服务器向设备管理网关下发 软件的下载地址, 此处的下载地址为设备管理网关的软件远程下载地址, 设 备管理网关根据该软件远程下载地址自行下载软件。 本实施例中的设备管理 网关提供本地存储功能, 以緩存获取到的软件。
步骤 202 , 设备管理网关为软件生成对应的软件标识。
设备管理网关在软件远程下载地址获取到软件并緩存后, 为本地緩存的 软件分配软件标识。 此时设备管理网关也可以同时为緩存的软件分配本地下 服务器上为软件分配存储空间。
步骤 203 , 设备管理网关将软件标识返回给设备管理服务器。
设备管理网关将生成的软件的软件标识返回给设备管理服务器, 待设备 管理服务器进行后续步骤 204中在分发管理子树中创建子树的处理。
步骤 204, 设备管理服务器在分发管理子树中创建子树, 并配置分发命 令、 目标终端组标识或目标终端列表和替换指示。
设备管理服务器在分发管理子树中创建子树, 配置分发命令、 目标终端 组标识和替换指示, 此处的配置操作可以为创建或更新操作, 当存在该子树 时, 则直接更新其中的内容即可, 当不存在该子树时, 则需要创建该子树。 图 4为本发明软件的下载方法实施例二中分发管理子树的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本步骤为在分发管理子树中生成分发命令 ( FanoutCommands )对应 的节点、 目标终端组标识( TargetGroupRef )或目标终端列表对应的节点, 并 在分发管理子树下新增替换指示(Imagelnside )对应的节点。 其中, 分发命 令中携带软件标识, 目标终端组标识或目标终端列表为设备管理服务器根据 具体情况在自身本地获取的, 在设备管理服务器上已经保存了多个目标终端 组, 则设备管理服务器可以根据需要直接获取得到。
步骤 205, 设备管理服务器向设备管理网关下发分发操作执行请求。 设备管理服务器可以向设备管理网关下发分发操作执行请求, 请求设备 管理网关执行分发操作, 具体地, 设备管理服务器向分发命令子树下的启动 分发操作节点(Start )下发执行命令, 从而请求设备管理网关执行分发操作。
步骤 206 , 设备管理网关根据目标终端标识或目标终端列表获取对应的 各终端。
设备管理网关根据获取到的目标终端标识查询到目标终端标识对应的终 端列表, 该终端列表为需要下载软件的终端的列表, 通过该终端列表获取对 应的各终端。 或者, 设备管理网关根据所述目标终端列表直接获取到对应的 各终端。 终端建立 DM会话。
设备管理网关在查询到对应的终端列表后, 向终端列表中的各终端发送 DM通知, 根据该 DM通知来唤醒终端, 以建立设备管理网关与各终端之间 的 DM管理会话。
步骤 208, 设备管理网关为软件生成软件本地下载地址。
设备管理网关根据获取到的分发命令获取其中携带的软件标识,根据该软 件标识在设备管理网关的本地网络为软件生成软件本地下载地址,即在设备管 理网关或设备管理网关的本地网络其他存储服务器上为软件分配存储空间,并 生成对应的本地下载地址。 或者, 本实施例也可以在上述步骤 202中同时生成 软件的本地下载地址, 此时则可以省略该步骤 208。
步骤 209, 设备管理网关根据替换指示将分发命令中的软件标识替换为 软件本地下载地址。 设备管理网关根据获取到的替换指示, 对获取到的分发命令进行转换处 理, 将其中携带的软件标识替换为生成的软件本地下载地址, 并生成转换后 的分发命令。
步骤 210, 设备管理网关将转换后的分发命令下发到各终端。
设备管理网关将上述转换后的分发命令下发到各个终端, 在该分发命令 中携带软件本地下载地址。
步骤 211 , 各终端根据软件本地下载地址下载软件。

图 5为本发明软件的下载方法实施例三的流程图, 如图 5所示, 本实施 例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 本实施例针对设备管理网关作为设备管理服 务器和终端之间的中转管理设备的情况, 本实施例可以具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 501 , 设备管理网关获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分 发命令中携带为软件生成的软件本地下载地址。
在本实施例中, 设备管理网关从设备管理服务器获取分发命令, 在该分 发命令中携带软件本地下载地址, 该软件本地下载地址为设备管理网关为软 件生成的。 在本实施例中, 为软件生成的软件本地下载地址可以为设备管理 网关的本地存储地址, 也可以为设备管理网关的本地网络中其他存储服务器 的地址。 本实施例与上述实施例一的主要区别为设备管理网关先生成软件本 地下载地址, 并将软件本地下载地址返回给设备管理服务器, 设备管理服务 器直接将软件本地下载地址携带在分发命令中进行下发。
步骤 502 , 设备管理网关将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述 各终端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。
设备管理网关在获取到设备管理服务器下发的分发命令后, 无需对该分 发命令进行解析, 则直接将该分发命令转发到对应的各终端上。 各个终端可 以根据分发命令中携带的软件本地下载地址,在设备管理网关的本地网络上下 载软件, 而无需访问远程的文件服务器。
本实施例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 通过在设备管理服务器下发的分 发命令中直接携带设备管理网关为软件生成的软件本地下载地址, 使得各终 端可以利用设备管理网关提供的本地存储功能, 直接从设备管理网关的本地 网络获取软件的下载数据, 有效避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 大大提 高了效率, 尤其对于有些内网终端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证设备 的成功管理。
图 6为本发明软件的下载方法实施例四的信令图, 如图 6所示, 本实施 例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 本实施例针对设备管理网关作为设备管理服 务器和终端之间的中转管理设备的情况, 本实施例可以具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 601 , 设备管理服务器在软件目录管理子树中创建子树, 向设备管 理网关下发软件并緩存, 本步骤可以与上述步骤 201类似, 此处不再贅述。
步骤 602, 设备管理网关为软件生成对应的软件本地下载地址。
设备管理网关为緩存的软件分配本地下载地址并保存在本地, 即在设备 管理网关或设备管理网关的本地网络其他存储服务器上为软件分配存储空间。
步骤 603 , 设备管理网关将软件本地下载地址返回给设备管理服务器。 步骤 604, 设备管理服务器在分发管理子树中创建子树, 并配置分发命 令、 目标终端组标识或目标终端列表, 在分发命令中携带软件本地下载地址。

图 7为本发明软件的下载方法实施例四中分发管理子树的结构示意图, 如图 7 所示, 本步骤为在分发 Fanout 管理子树中生成分发命令 ( FanoutCommands )对应的节点、 目标终端组标识( TargetGroupRef )或目 标终端列表对应的节点, 其中, 分发命令中携带软件本地下载地址。 图 8为 本发明软件的下载方法实施例四中软件目录管理子树的结构示意图, 如图 8 所示, 本实施例中的软件目录管理子树子树下可以生成默认过期时间 ( ExipryCriteria ) 节点、 过期时间 ( Expiry ) 节点、 软件远程下载地址 ( ImageURL ) 节点、 软件数据 ( Data ) 节点、 软件本地下载地址 ( LocallmageURL ) 节点等。 其中, ExipryCriteria表示软件緩存的默认过期 时间, 可以具体由 DM Gateway来设置; ImagelD表示软件的标识; Expiry 表示设备管理服务器设置的过期时间, 其值必须小于等于默认过期时间; ImageURL表示软件对应的外部网络下载地址,设备管理服务器可以要求 DM Gateway根据 ImageURL对软件进行自行下载后在本地緩存; Data表示软件 的数据, DM服务器可以直接使用更新(Replace )命令下发软件到设备管理 网关; LocallmageURL表示设备管理网关在接收到文件后, 为它分配的软件 本地下载地址, 设备管理服务器在后续 FanoutCommands 中必须使用此本地 下载地址, 下发到终端以后, 终端才艮据此地址从本地下载软件。
步骤 605 , 设备管理服务器向设备管理网关下发分发操作执行请求, 本 步骤可以与上述步骤 205类似, 此处不再贅述。

本实施例提供了一种软件的下载方法, 通过在设备管理服务器下发的分 发命令中直接携带设备管理网关为软件生成的软件本地下载地址, 使得各终 端可以利用设备管理网关提供的本地存储功能, 直接从设备管理网关的本地 网络获取软件的下载数据, 有效避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 大大提 高了效率, 尤其对于有些内网终端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证设备 的成功管理。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可 以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储 介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
图 9为本发明软件的下载装置实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 9所示, 本 实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 可以具体执行上述方法实施例一中的各 个步骤, 此处不再贅述。 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置可以具体包括转换 模块 901和第一下载模块 902。 其中, 转换模块 901用于获取设备管理服务 器下发的分发命令和替换指示, 根据所述替换指示将所述分发命令中的软件 标识替换为为软件生成的软件本地下载地址。 第一下载模块 902用于将转换 后的所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件本地下 载地址下载软件。
图 10为本发明软件的下载装置实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 1 0所示, 本实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 可以具体执行上述方法实施例二中的 各个步骤, 此处不再贅述。 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置在上述图 9所示 的基础之上, 还包括第一接收模块 903和第一生成模块 904。 其中, 第一接 收模块 903用于接收设备管理服务器下发的软件, 或接收所述设备管理服务 器下发的所述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所述软件。 第一生成模块 904用于为所述软件生成对应的软件标识。
进一步地, 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置还可以包括第二接收模块 905 , 第二接收模块 905用于接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操作执行请 求,所述设备管理服务器在所述分发管理子树下配置有所述分发命令对应的节 点、 目标终端组标识或目标终端列表对应的节点和所述替换指示对应的节点。
进一步地, 本实施例中的第一下载模块 902可以具体包括第一查询单元 912和第一下载单元 922。 其中, 第一查询单元 912用于根据所述目标终端组 标识或所述目标终端列表获取对应的各终端, 并向所述各终端发送设备管理 通知, 以与所述各终端间建立设备管理会话。 第一下载单元 922用于将转换 后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发到所述各终端。
本实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 通过在设备管理服务器下发的分 发命令中携带替换指示, 替换分发命令中的软件标识为软件本地下载地址, 使得各终端可以用设备管理网关提供的本地存储功能下载软件的数据, 有效 避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 大大提高了效率, 尤其对于有些内网终 端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证对设备的成功管理。
图 11为本发明软件的下载装置实施例三的结构示意图, 如图 1 1所示, 本实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 可以具体执行上述方法实施例三中的 各个步骤, 此处不再贅述。 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置可以具体包括获 取模块 1101和第二下载模块 1102。 其中, 获取模块 1 101用于获取设备管理 服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分发命令中携带为软件生成的软件本地下载地 址。 第二下载模块 1102用于将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各 终端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。
图 12为本发明软件的下载装置实施例四的结构示意图, 如图 12所示, 本实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 可以具体执行上述方法实施例四中的 各个步骤, 此处不再贅述。 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置在上述图 11所示 的基础之上, 还可以包括第三接收模块 1103和第二生成模块 1104。 其中, 第三接收模块 1103用于接收设备管理服务器下发的软件,或接收所述设备管 理服务器下发的所述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所述 软件。 第二生成模块 1104用于为所述软件生成对应的软件本地下载地址。
进一步地, 本实施例提供的软件的下载装置还可以包括第四接收模块 1105。 其中, 第四接收模块 1105用于接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操 作执行请求, 所述设备管理服务器在所述分发管理子树下配置有所述分发命 令对应的节点以及目标终端组标识或目标终端列表对应的节点。
具体地,本实施例中的第二载模块 1102可以具体包括第二查询单元 1112 和第二下载单元 1122。 其中, 第二查询单元 1112用于根据所述目标终端组 标识或所述目标终端列表获取对应的各终端, 并向所述各终端发送设备管理 通知, 以与所述各终端间建立设备管理会话。 第二下载单元 1122用于将转换 后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发到所述各终端。
本实施例提供了一种软件的下载装置, 通过在设备管理服务器下发的分 发命令中直接携带设备管理网关为软件生成的软件本地下载地址, 使得各终 端可以利用设备管理网关提供的本地存储功能, 直接从设备管理网关的本地 网络获取软件的下载数据, 有效避免多个终端直接向外部索取数据, 大大提 高了效率, 尤其对于有些内网终端无法访问外网的情况下, 也能够保证设备 的成功管理。
本发明实施例的相关装置执行本发明的方法实施例的具体过程可以 参考本发明方法实施例的相关描述, 在此不再贅述。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者 对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术 方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种软件的下载方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令和替换指示, 根据所述替换指示将 所述分发命令中的软件标识替换为为软件生成的软件本地下载地址;
将转换后的分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件 本地下载地址下载所述软件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述设备管理服务器下发的所述软件, 或接收所述设备管理服务器 下发的所述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所述软件; 为所述软件生成对应的软件标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操作执行请求, 所述设备管理服务 器在分发管理子树下配置所述分发命令对应的节点、 目标终端组标识或目标 终端列表对应的节点和所述替换指示对应的节点。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将转换后的分发命令 下发到对应的各终端包括:
根据所述目标终端组标识或所述目标终端列表获取与所述目标终端组标 识或所述目标终端列表对应的各个终端, 并向各个终端发送设备管理通知, 以与所述各个终端间建立设备管理会话;
将转换后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发到所述各个终端。
5、 一种软件的下载方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分发命令中携带为软件生成 的软件本地下载地址;
将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终端根据所述软件本地 下载地址下载所述软件。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收设备管理服务器下发的软件, 或接收所述设备管理服务器下发的所 述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所述软件;
为所述软件生成对应的软件本地下载地址。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操作执行请求, 所述设备管理服务 器在分发命令子树下配置有所述分发命令对应的节点, 以及目标终端组标识 或目标终端列表对应的节点。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述分发命令下发 到对应的各终端包括:
根据所述目标终端组标识或所述目标终端列表获取对应的各终端, 并向 所述各终端发送设备管理通知 , 以与所述各终端间建立设备管理会话;
将转换后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发到所述各终端。
9、 一种软件的下载装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
转换模块, 用于获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令和替换指示, 根据 所述替换指示将所述分发命令中的软件标识替换为为软件生成的软件本地下 载地址;
第一下载模块, 用于将转换后的分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述 各终端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载所述软件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收设备管理服务器下发的软件, 或接收所述设备 管理服务器下发的所述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所 述软件;
第一生成模块, 用于为所述软件生成对应的软件标识。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二接收模块, 用于接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操作执行请求, 所述设备管理服务器在分发管理子树下配置有所述分发命令对应的节点、 目标 终端组标识或目标终端列表对应的节点和所述替换指示对应的节点。
12、根据权利要求 1 1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一下载模块包括: 第一查询单元, 用于根据所述目标终端组标识或所述目标终端列表获取 对应的各终端, 并向各个终端发送设备管理通知, 以与所述各个终端间建立 设备管理会话;
第一下载单元, 用于将转换后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发 到所述各个终端。

获取模块, 用于获取设备管理服务器下发的分发命令, 所述分发命令中 携带为软件生成的软件本地下载地址;
第二下载模块, 用于将所述分发命令下发到对应的各终端, 由所述各终 端根据所述软件本地下载地址下载软件。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三接收模块, 用于接收设备管理服务器下发的软件, 或接收所述设备管理 服务器下发的所述软件的下载地址, 并根据所述软件的下载地址下载所述软件; 第二生成模块, 用于为所述软件生成对应的软件本地下载地址。
15、 根据权利要求 1 3或 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第四接收模块,用于接收所述设备管理服务器下发的分发操作执行请求, 所述设备管理服务器在分发管理子树下配置有所述分发命令对应的节点, 以 及目标终端组标识或目标终端列表对应的节点。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述下第二载模块包括: 第二查询单元, 用于根据所述目标终端组标识或所述目标终端列表获取 对应的各终端, 并向所述各终端发送设备管理通知, 以与所述各终端间建立 设备管理会话;
第二下载单元, 用于将转换后的分发命令通过建立的设备管理会话下发 到所述各终端。
