在具体实施过程中, 移动终端有设置有一声道类别的全局变量, 该声道类 别的全局变量保存当前的声道的类别为 "听筒" 或是 "扬声器", 该声道类别的 全局变量在声道发生切换后被赋予对应的值。 在感应模块 22判定接听距离小于 或者等于距离阔值时, 保存该声道类别的全局变量为 "听筒"; 在感应模块 22 判定接听距离大于距离阔值时, 保存该声道类别的全局变量值为 "扬声器", 声 道切换模块 23根据声道类别的全局变量切换到相应的声道。
本发明实施例中, 当用户与移动终端的接听距离大于距离阔值时, 通过摄 像头以及扬声器进行正常的视频通话, 当用户与移动终端的接听距离小于或者 等于距离阔值时, 将预存的替代图像作为视频图像进行发送, 并通过听筒进行 通话, 显然, 可以根据用户与移动终端的接听距离灵活的调整视频通话的方式。
图 3示出了本发明实施例提供的移动终端的结构。
其中, 本发明实施例提供的移动终端包括感应芯片 31 , 还包括本发明实施 例提供的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置 32, 移动终端视频通话的接听控制 装置 32连接感应芯片 31 , 具体移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置 32与感应芯 片 31相互配合进行工作的过程请参阅上文的描述, 此处不再赘述。
本发明可以根据用户的接听方式灵活的控制移动终端的视频通话方式, 很 好的方便用户的使用, 提高了用户对移动终端的体验感, 利于移动终端技术的 发展。
在上述实施例中, 仅对本发明进行了示范性描述, 但是本领域技术人员在 阅读本专利申请后可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下对本发明进行各 种修改。

Claims

权 利 要求
1、 一种移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括视 频图像预设置模块、 接近感应模块、 图像切换模块以及声道切换模块,
所述视频图像预设置模块, 用于预存替代图像, 所述替代图像包括视频流 或者图片;
所述接近感应模块, 用于在用户通过移动终端进行视频通话时, 获取所述 移动终端与用户的接听距离, 并将所述接听距离与所述移动终端预存的距离阔 值进行比较, 获取比较结果;
所述图像切换模块, 用于当所述接听距离小于第一阔值时, 控制所述移动 终端按照第一视频通话模式进行图像获取的切换; 当所述接听距离大于第一阔 值时, 控制所述移动终端按照第二视频通话模式进行图像获取的切换;
所述声道切换模块, 用于当所述接听距离小于第一阔值时, 控制所述移动 终端按照第一视频通话模式进行声道的切换, 当所述接听距离大于第一阔值时, 控制所述移动终端按照第二视频通话模式进行声道的切换;
在所述第一视频通话模式下, 所述图像切换模块, 将预存的替代图像作为 视频图像发送至视频通话方; 所述声道切换模块, 将所述移动终端的声道接通 至所述移动终端的听筒, 通过所述听筒将所述视频通话方的声音播放;
在所述第二视频通话模式下, 所述图像切换模块通过摄像装置实时的获取 视频图像, 并将获取的视频图像发送至视频通话方; 所述声道切换模块, 并所 述移动终端的声道接通至所述移动终端的扬声器, 通过所述扬声器将所述视频 通话方的声音播放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述巨离阔值为 5mm。
3、 一种移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括接 近感应模块、 图像切换模块以及声道切换模块,
所述接近感应模块, 用于在用户通过移动终端进行视频通话时, 获取所述 移动终端与用户的接听距离, 并将所述接听距离与所述移动终端预存的距离阔 值进行比较, 获取比较结果;
所述图像切换模块, 用于根据所述接近感应模块获取的比较结果控制所述 移动终端按照第一视频通话模式或者第二视频通话模式进行图像获取的切换; 所述声道切换模块, 用于根据所述接近感应模块获取的比较结果控制所述 移动终端按照第一视频通话模式或者第二视频通话模式进行声道的切换。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 在所述第一视频通话模式下,
所述图像切换模块, 将预存的替代图像作为视频图像发送至视频通话方; 所述声道切换模块, 将所述移动终端的声道接通至所述移动终端的听筒, 通过所述听筒将所述视频通话方的声音播放。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 在所述第二视频通话模式下,
所述图像切换模块通过摄像装置实时的获取视频图像, 并将获取的视频图 像发送至视频通话方;
所述声道切换模块, 并所述移动终端的声道接通至所述移动终端的扬声器, 通过所述扬声器将所述视频通话方的声音播放。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括视频图像预设置模块,
所述视频图像预设置模块用于预存替代图像, 所述替代图像包括视频流或 者图片。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述巨离阔值为 5mm。
8、 一种移动终端视频通话的接听控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括以 下步骤:
在用户通过移动终端进行视频通话时, 获取所述移动终端与用户的接听距 离;
将所述接听距离与所述移动终端预存的距离阔值进行比较, 获取比较结果; 根据所述比较结果控制所述移动终端在第一视频通话模式和第二视频通话 模式之间进行切换。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述比较结果控制所述移动终端在第一视频通话模式和第二视频通话模式 之间进行切换的步骤具体包括:
若所述接听距离小于或者等于所述距离阔值, 则控制所述移动终端按照所 述第一视频通话模式进行视频通话; 若所述接听距离大于所述距离阔值, 则控制所述移动终端按照所述第二视 频通话模式进行视频通话。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第一视频通话模式下, 所述移动终端将预存的替代图像作为视频图像发 送至视频通话方, 并通过所述移动终端的听筒将所述视频通话方的声音播放。
11、如权利要求 10所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制方法,其特征在于, 所述移动终端预存的替代图像包括视频流或者图片。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的移动终端视频通话的接听控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第二视频通话模式下, 所述移动终端通过摄像装置实时的获取视频图像, 并将获取的视频图像发送至视频通话方, 并通过所述移动终端的扬声器将所述 视频通话方的声音播放。
