该地理位置信息可以为 GPS信息等, 也可以只是一个索引信息, 服 务器收到该索引信息后可以判断出终端在对应的时间所处的具体位置。 移动终端在发送当前环境信息与当前用户信息时一般是绑定发送的, 这 样服务器在对当前环境信息进行判断后, 就可以起对其绑定的用户信息 进行用户关联等处理。
步骤 102、 服务器接收所述本机的当前环境信息与当前用户信息, 并判断其所述第一移动终端和第二终端的当前环境信息之间是否符合 用户关联标准。 如, 根据用户关联标准判断第一移动终端和第二终端的 地理位置相距是否小于预设位置阈值, 激活操作时间间隔是否小于预设 间隔阈值等。 通常, 如果两个终端都为移动终端, 一般会既要求两终端 的地理位置相距小于预设位置阈值, 且要求其激活操作时间间隔小于预 设间隔阈值; 若两个终端中一个为移动终端、 另一个为非移动终端, 则 可以只要求两终端的地理位置相距小于预设位置阈值。 具体情况与应用 时的实际需求有关, 此处不作——赘述。
在具体实施时, 服务器可能接收大量的移动终端发送的这些信息, 为了加快服务器的处理速度, 当收到一个新的信息数据时, 服务器可以 只查找已存储的跟当前数据的接收时间差在设定时间范围内, 比如 10 秒之类的所有移动终端发送的同类数据; 比较两个数据内的 GPS信息, 如果通过 GPS信息判断两份数据的距离非常近,则判断有两台移动终端 需要建立关联关系, 如相互收听等。 将相应的两个帐号信息发往帐号信 息及关系服务器, 增加两者之间的收听关系。
步骤 103、 若所述服务器的判读结果为符合, 则所述服务器增加所 述第一移动终端和第二终端的当前用户信息中的用户账户的关联关系, 当用户以所述用户账户登录客户端时, 所述客户端中显示增加的所述用 户关联关系。
在本步骤中, 所述客户端在显示增加的所述用户关联关系时, 从所 对应的服务器中调取所述用户关联关系。 需要说明的是, 这种关联关系的增加可以是暂时的也可以是非暂时 的。 暂时的即是说, 当用户离开当地、 或经过一段时间、 或退出当前登 录后, 服务器则不再保存该关联关系; 非暂时的即是说, 当关联关系增 加后, 服务器保存该关联关系, 除非用户主动删除。 而且这种暂时和非 暂时的设定可以是预设的、 根据某些条件判定的、 用户自定义的等等。
以实际情况举例说明本实施例的应用。 用户在某地想要了解当地, 如距用户 500米距离内有哪些餐厅, 用户打开了其携带的移动终端, 如 手机、 平板电脑或 PDA等上的某社会性网络服务客户端, 这些客户端 如微博客户端, 利用该客户端上的检索功能进行检索, 则此时可以以该 检索条件触发客户端向服务器发送相关信息, 服务器可以将 500米内的 终端中登陆了相同社会性网络服务客户端的餐厅用户, 假设这些餐厅作 为用户也使用了该客户端, 并通过其微博介绍本餐厅的位置、 菜式或价 格等情况与该用户建立收听关系, 用户就可以了解相关的餐厅情况, 甚 至实现订餐或预订位置等功能。 而且, 用户可以设置这种情况下增加的 关联关系为暂时的关联关系, 当用户离开当地、 或经过一段时间、 或退 出当前登录后, 则删除该关联关系, 这样可以减少非必要的关联关系的 长期存在; 当然, 用户也可能觉得该餐厅还不错, 有可能以后也回来, 则其可将该用户关联关系保存为非暂时的, 这样, 用户以后不用到达该 地就可以随时了解其情况。
当然, 也有可能是两个友人碰面, 则他们通过晃动其运行有相应客 户端的移动终端, 就可以方便的添加对方为好友等。 该情况的具体实施 例可参后述说明。
在一具体实施例中, 若网络中存在专门存储账号信息及关系的服务 器, 则处理数据的服务器可在判断需要建立用户账户的关联关系时, 将 这些用户信息发送给账号信息及关系服务器。 如图 2所示, 该方法在步骤 103之后还可以进一步包括步骤 104、 步骤 105和步骤 106。
步骤 104、 服务器分别向所述第一移动终端和第二终端发送关联成 功信息。
步骤 105、 第一移动终端和第二终端接收关联成功信息。
步骤 106、 第一移动终端和第二终端上的客户端分别显示所述关联 成功信息。
当然, 上述步骤是建立关联关系成功时的流程, 若建立关联关系失 败, 则服务器也可以向第一移动终端和第二终端发送关联失败信息, 第 一移动终端和第二终端中显示失败提示或若关联失败信息中包括失败 原因, 也可进一步进行提示, 以使第一移动终端的用户和第二终端的用 户能进行调整后成功的实现关联。
在前述的实施例中,服务器只为两个用户账户建立相互关联的关系, 也可以为多个用户账户建立关联关系, 对于客户端一侧来说流程与上述 实施例是一样的, 只是服务器需要在处理时增加多个用户账户建立关联 关系的逻辑。 如, 当收到时间或地点均符合关联要求的三个或更多个用 户账户时, 建立多边用户的关联关系, 如图 3所示。 图中, a、 b、 c、 d 分别代表不同的用户账户, a、 b、 c、 d之间的连线代表不同用户的关联 关系; 根据实际需要可以定义全连接的关联逻辑、 也可以定义部分的关 联逻辑等。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供了终端和服务器的具体组成示意图, 以下分别进行介绍。 如图 4所示, 为终端的组成示意图, 该终端可以是 移动终端也可以是其他的终端, 只要终端上可运行下述的客户端并可与 服务器通讯即可。 该终端 4包括如下模块:
激活操作检测模块 40 , 用于检测所述终端是否存在为有效激活操 作。 本模块为可选模块, 图 4中为包括本模块的情况, 未包括本模块的 情况图中未示。
信息获取模块 42,用于当获取所述终端的当前环境信息和当前用户 信息, 其中, 所述当前环境信息包括所述终端当前所处的地理位置信息 和当前时间信息, 所述当前用户信息包括所述终端上运行的客户端的当 前登录的用户账户信息。 若终端包括激活操作检测模块 40, 则信息获取 模块 42则在激活操作检测模块 40检测到存在激活操作时, 再获取所述 终端的当前环境信息和当前用户信息。
其中, 该客户端为即时通讯客户端或社会性网络服务客户端等, 当 然还可以是其他的需要账户登录, 且存在根据用户关联关系进行操作的 各种客户端。
信息发送模块 44,用于将所述当前环境信息与当前用户信息发送给 所述客户端对应的服务器, 以使所述服务器能根据所述当前环境信息与 当前用户信息建立所述用户账户与其他用户账户的用户关联关系。
如图 5所示, 该终端 4还可进一步包括:
关联信息接收模块 41 , 用于接收所述服务器发送关联成功信息, 用 户关联成功信息用于提示所述用户账户与其他用户账户成功建立了用 户关联关系;
关联信息显示模块 42 , 用于在所述客户端上显示所述关联成功信 息。
对应的, 如图 6所示, 为本发明实施例中的服务器的组成示意图, 该服务器 6包括如下模块。
信息接收模块 60,用于接收至少一个移动终端发送的当前环境信息 与当前用户信息, 所述当前环境信息包括所述移动终端当前所处的地理 位置信息和当前时间信息, 所述当前用户信息包括所述移动终端上运行 的客户端的当前登录的用户账户信息。 其中, 该客户端为即时通讯客户 端或社会性网络服务客户端等, 当然还可以是其他的需要账户登录, 且 存在根据用户关联关系进行操作的各种客户端。
信息判断模块 62,用于判断所述移动终端和其他终端发送的当前环 境信息之间是否符合用户关联标准。
关联信息增加模块 64, 用于当判读结果为符合时, 增加两个终端的 当前用户信息中的用户账户的关联关系, 以便当用户以所述用户账户登 录所述移动终端的客户端时, 在所述客户端中显示增加的所述用户关联 关系。
如图 7所示, 该服务器 6还可进一步包括:
关联信息发送模块 66, 用于分别向相应的终端发送关联成功信息。 如图 8所示, 为包括移动终端 A和移动终端 B, 由数据处理服务器 进行数据处理, 由账号信息及关系服务器进行账户信息存储的网络组成 示意图。 以 專账户收听关系建立为例, 其处理过程如下描述。
在移动终端 A和移动终端 B的客户端运行时,通过同时在移动终端 A和移动终端 B上执行激活操作, 如晃动等, 两台移动终端上的客户端 分别收集当前的 GPS信息及时间。然后跟客户端绑定的帐户信息一起保 存起来。 同时将保存的信息发送给数据处理服务器。
数据处理服务器收到数据之后,将收到的数据按时间顺序存储起来。 当收到一个新的数据时, 查找已存储的跟当前数据的时间差在 10 秒之 内的所有数据。 比较两个数据内的 GPS信息, 如果通过 GPS信息判断 两份数据的距离非常近, 则判断有两台移动终端需要相互收听。 将相应 的两个帐号信息发往账号信息及关系服务器。 增加两个帐号之间的收听 关系。 如本例中数据处理服务器先收到移动终端 A发送的数据, 2秒后 再收到移动终端 B发送的数据,则在收到移动终端 B发送的数据后查找 到 10秒内的数据, 也就是包括移动终端 A和 B发送的数据, 进一步比 较数据中的 GPS信息, 发现移动终端 A和移动终端 B距离条件符合预 设阈值,则数据处理服务器将移动终端 A和移动终端 B的数据中的两个 账号信息发送账号信息及关系服务器。
根据数据处理服务器产生的结果,向移动终端 A和移动终端 B下发 是否成功的消息,如果成功, 则在移动终端 A和移动终端 B上同时展示 收听成功的提示,如果不成功, 则在移动终端 A和移动终端 B上同时展 示收听失败的提示。
实施本发明实施例, 客户端自行收集位置、 时间和账户信息发送给 服务器, 服务器根据这些信息可以为两个或多个近距离的终端当前对应 的用户账户建立关联关系, 实现了基于双方的地理位置情况增加用户关 联关系, 即增加好友或收听关系等的服务模式, 方便了用户的使用。 同 时, 另一方面通过定义筒单的激活操作来实现上述关系的增加, 大大地 筒化了现有的用户关联关系的添加流程, 提升了用户体验, 有利于提高 用户在移动终端上使用即时通讯软件、 社会性网络服务软件的概率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分 流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可 存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各 方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存 储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用户关联关系添加方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 服务器分别从第一移动终端和第二终端上运行的客户端接收, 第一 移动终端和第二终所获取的本机的当前环境信息和当前用户信息, 其 中, 所述当前环境信息包括本机当前所处的地理位置信息和当前时间信 息, 所述当前用户信息包括本机运行的客户端的当前登录的用户账户信 息;
所述服务器判断所述第一移动终端和第二终端的当前环境信息之间 是否符合设置的用户关联标准, 如果是, 所述服务器增加所述第一移动 终端和第二终端的用户账户的关联关系。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动终端和第 二终端上运行的客户端分别获取本机的当前环境信息和当前用户信息 之前, 还包括:
第一移动终端和第二终端分别检测本机存在激活操作;
所述当前时间信息为激活操作发生的时间信息。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述服务器增加所述 第一移动终端和第二终端的用户账户的关联关系之后还包括:
所述服务器分别向所述第一移动终端和第二终端发送关联成功信 息;
所述第一移动终端和第二终端接收关联成功信息;
所述第一移动终端和第二终端上的客户端分别显示所述关联成功信 息。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设置的用户关 联标准包括所述第一移动终端和第二终端的地理位置相距小于预设位 置阈值和发生激活操作时间间隔小于预设间隔阈值。
5、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述客户端为即时 通讯客户端或社会性网络服务客户端。
6、 一种终端, 安装有客户端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 信息获取模块,用于获取所述终端的当前环境信息和当前用户信息, 其中, 所述当前环境信息包括所述终端当前所处的地理位置信息和当前 时间信息, 所述当前用户信息包括所述终端上运行的客户端的当前登录 的用户账户信息;
信息发送模块, 用于将所述当前环境信息与当前用户信息发送给所 述客户端对应的服务器。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 激活操作检测模块, 用于检测所述终端是否存在激活操作; 所述信息获取模块, 还用于当所述激活操作检测模块检测到存在激 活操作时, 获取所述终端的当前环境信息和当前用户信息, 其中所述当 前时间信息为激活操作发生的时间信息。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 关联信息接收模块, 用于接收所述服务器发送的关联成功信息; 关联信息显示模块, 用于在所述客户端上显示所述关联成功信息。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述客户 端为即时通讯客户端或社会性网络服务客户端。
10、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括:
信息接收模块, 用于接收至少一个移动终端发送的当前环境信息与 当前用户信息, 所述当前环境信息包括所述移动终端当前所处的地理位 置信息和当前时间信息, 所述当前用户信息包括所述移动终端上运行的 客户端的当前登录的用户账户信息;
信息判断模块, 用于判断接收的移动终端发送的当前环境信息与其 他终端发送的当前环境信息之间是否符合设置的用户关联标准; 关联信息增加模块, 用于当判读结果为符合时, 增加所述移动终端 和其他终端的当前用户信息中的用户账户的关联关系。
11、如权利要求 10所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括: 关联信息发送模块, 用于向所述移动终端发送关联成功信息。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器 为即时通讯客户端服务的即时通讯服务器或社会性网络服务客户端服 务的社会性网络服务服务器。
