改进型安全便捷式一次性自动采血针
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于医疗器械技术领域, 具体涉及一次性自动采血针。 这种采血针在保留了 以往安全便捷设计的基础上, 改进了针体的穿剌性能, 使采血针的设计更加合理、 实用。 背景技术
[0002] 一次性使用的自动采血针是当今采血器件的主流趋势, 多年来一直在不断的改进与 发展之中。 中国专利于 2010年 4月 7日公告授权了一件名称为《安全便捷式一次性自动采 血针》, 专利号为 200810136675.3, 授权公告号为 CN101444428B的发明专利。 该专利利用 保护杆与弹射腔内部空间的配合, 允许将针芯装配成待发射的锁定状态, 使用前由于保护 杆端部的阻挡作用, 按钮无法下压处于保险状态。 使用时只要拧掉保护杆这一个动作即可 进入发射状态, 发射后利用按钮与壳体之间的配合锁定按钮, 自动进入锁定状态, 不可再 次利用。 与以往其它一次性自动采血针相比该专利体现了技术先进, 操作简便, 使用安全 的特点。 但是该专利实施例二 (该专利附图 12〜图 15 ) 给出的具体实施方案在拧掉保护杆 后, 针芯上的针体露出 11.5mm, 存在露针过长的问题。 露针过长不仅会增加旋拧保护杆的 力量, 而且最大的缺陷是穿剌时容易发生弯曲变形。 特别是随着医疗器械技术的发展, 现 在的血样检验仪器对采血量的要求越来越小, 为了减轻痛感采血针直径越做越细, 由原来 的 23G ( Φ 0.6mm)禾卩 26G ( Φ 0.45mm)改变为现在的 28G ( Φ 0.36mm)和 30G ( Φ 0.30mm)。 如此细的采血针在露针过长的状态下穿剌时极易发生弯曲变形, 大大降低了针尖的穿剌性 能。 因此, 保留原有安全便捷设计的基础上如何解决露针过长的问题是本发明研究的课题。 发明内容
[0003] 本发明提供一种改进型安全便捷式一次性自动采血针, 其目的是要解决现有技术在 拧掉保护杆后, 针芯上的针体露针过长的问题。
[0004] 为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种改进型安全便捷式一次性自动采 血针, 包括壳体、 针芯以及弹簧, 针芯设有带针尖的针体;
壳体构成一个弹射腔, 针芯设在弹射腔内, 针芯的一端设有保护杆而另一端安装所述弹簧, 保护杆的一端从壳体的出针孔伸出, 而另一端与针芯采用可拆卸连接;
壳体向弹射腔内延伸出一用于锁定针芯的弹性臂, 对应该弹性臂臂端在针芯上设置卡口, 弹性臂的臂端与卡口卡接配合, 其创新在于:
壳体上设有触发按钮, 触发按钮上设有第一按压脚和第二按压脚, 第一按压脚和第二按压 脚均插入弹射腔内, 其中在待发射状态下第二按压脚相对针尖的距离小于第一按压脚相对 针尖的距离; 第一按压脚接近或接触弹性臂的臂端; 第二按压脚上设有倒钩, 对应该倒钩 在壳体上设有自锁钩, 自锁钩位于倒钩跟随第二按压脚下压的路径上, 倒钩与自锁钩形成 自锁配合;
在弹射腔内, 沿第二按压脚下压的路径留有下压通道, 保护杆上设有保险套, 在装配保护 杆状态下, 该保险套套在针尖上并且占据所述下压通道的空间, 以阻止第二按压脚做下压 运动; 在拆除保护杆状态下, 该保险套撤离所述下压通道, 允许第二按压脚做下压运动, 从而带动倒钩与自锁钩发生自锁配合。
[0005] 本发明设计构思及工作原理是: 基于中国专利 CN101444428B的结构设计, 本发明 将触发按钮原来的按压臂分设成第一按压脚和第二按压脚, 第一按压脚用于触发锁定结构 中的弹性臂形成按压型触发结构, 第二按压脚与保险套和下压通道配合用于实现触发按钮 的保险功能, 而第二按压脚上的倒钩与壳体上的自锁钩配合用于实现一次按击后的自锁功 能。 为了缩短针芯上针体的露针长度, 本发明将第二按压脚相对针尖的距离设计成小于第 一按压脚相对针尖的距离, 由于露针长度与保险套的位置有关, 因此第二按压脚相对针尖 的距离小于第一按压脚相对针尖的距离能够达到缩短露针长度的目的。
[0006] 由于上述技术方案运用, 本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1. 本发明缩短了针芯上针体的露针长度, 与现有技术相比本方案至少可以缩短 4mm以上。 [0007] 2. 由于缩短了针芯上针体的露针长度, 相对而言增加了针尖穿剌的强度, 也有利于 采用更细的针体。 通过实验目前针体的直径最细可以做到 33G ( 0.2mm)。
[0008] 3. 由于可以采用更细的针体, 使得拔出保护杆更加容易, 方便了用户使用。

具体实施方式

实施例 1 : 一种改进型安全便捷式一次性自动采血针
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
如图 1~13和图 16~18所示, 该采血针由壳体 1、 针芯 2、 弹簧 3和保护杆 4组成。 壳体 1 由上盖 15和下盖 16两部分组成, 两部分通过接触面上所设的孔、 销结构连接成整体结构。 壳体 1构成一个弹射腔 5, 弹射腔 5—端设出针孔 6, 针芯 2设在弹射腔 5内, 针芯 2—端 设有保护杆 4, 保护杆 4一端从壳体 1的出针孔 6伸出, 针芯 2内设有针体 14, 针体 14上 的针尖 7位于保护杆 4内并朝向出针孔 6,保护杆 4与针芯 2之间采用套接或可拧断的细颈 部 18形成可拆卸连接, 弹簧 3设在针芯 2另一端, 以此构成弹簧 3推动针芯 2运动的弹射 结构。
[0012] 壳体 1的下盖 16底壁上向弹射腔 5内延伸出一用于锁定针芯 2的弹性臂 8, 弹性臂 8向弹射腔 5内倾斜设置。 对应该弹性臂 8臂端在针芯 2上设置卡口 9, 弹性臂 8的臂端与 卡口 9卡接配合, 以此构成针芯 2压缩弹簧 3后处于待发射状态的锁定结构。
[0013] 壳体 1的上盖 15上设有触发按钮 10, 该触发按钮 10由壳体 1上的一个延伸体形成 (或者由一个分立构件安装在壳体 1上形成), 触发按钮 10上设有第一按压脚 11和第二按 压脚 19, 第一按压脚 11和第二按压脚 19均插入弹射腔 5内, 其中在待发射状态下第二按 压脚 19相对针尖 7的距离小于第一按压脚 11相对针尖 7的距离。 第一按压脚 11和第二按 压脚 19在垂直针体 14轴线的截面上均为 "U"形分支结构, 其中, 第一按压脚 11 "U"形 分支结构的两臂分别从针芯 2两侧横穿弹射腔 5接近或接触弹性臂 8的臂端, 以此构成按 压型触发结构。 第二按压脚 19 "U"形分支结构的两臂朝壳体 1一面分别设有倒钩 12, 每 个倒钩 12所对应的壳体 1侧面上均设有一个自锁钩 13,自锁钩 13位于倒钩 12跟随第二按 压脚 19下压的路径上, 倒钩 12与自锁钩 13配合, 以此构成触发按钮 10—次按击后的自 锁结构。
[0014] 弹射腔 5内针对第二按压脚 19设有两个允许第二按压脚 19 "U"形分支结构做下压 运动的下压通道 17 (见图 18中附图标记 17所指的双点划线圆圈区域)。为了清楚的说明方 向, 将下压通道 17的 Z向定义为第二按压脚 19做下压运动的方向, X向定义为平行于针 体 14轴线的方向, Y向为垂直于 X向和 Z向的方向。 可以参见附图 18中所示坐标方向加 以理解。 保护杆 4位于弹射腔 5内的端部设有保险套 20, 在装配保护杆 4状态下, 保险套 20套在针尖 7上并且从 Y向占据下压通道 17的部分空间,使该下压通道 17在 Y向的宽度 小于第二按压脚 19允许插入的宽度, 以阻止第二按压脚 19做下压运动。 在拆除保护杆 4 状态下, 保险套 20撤离下压通道 17, 使该下压通道 17在 Y向的宽度大于或等于第二按压 脚 19允许插入的宽度, 从而允许第二按压脚 19做下压运动从而带动倒钩 12与自锁钩 13 发生自锁配合, 以此构成触发按钮的保险结构。

16〜图 18给出了本实施例装配图。 从这些视图中可以清楚的看出壳体 1、 针芯 2和保护杆 4 的各部分细节以及在装配状态下的连接关系。
[0016] 本发明允许采血针在制造时将针芯装配成待发射的锁定状态 (也可以不装配成待发 射的锁定状态, 但使用中要增加一个推压保护杆 4的动作), 如图 16 18所示, 在这种状态 下由于保护杆 4没有拆除, 触发按钮 10处于保险保护状态, 不会发生误发射现象。 使用时 医护人员只要旋转拧掉保护杆 4这一个动作即可使采血针处于待发射状态 (旋拧保护杆 4 后, 保护杆 4与针芯 2之间在细颈部 18处发生断裂, 拆除保护杆 4后保险套 20撤离下压 通道 17)。 此时当按击触发按钮 10时, 允许第二按压脚 19做下压运动, 第一按压脚 11触 压弹性臂 8使针芯 2与壳体 1之间脱钩, 于是弹簧 3推动针芯 2射击, 同时, 第二按压脚 19在下压运动中超过自锁钩 13,因此在回弹过程中,倒钩 12锁在自锁钩 13位置进入自锁, 无法恢复到原始状态, 使卡射结构失效, 不可再次利用。
[0017] 本实施例中, 所述弹性臂 8的作用是为了锁定针芯 2而设计, 其变化形式可以多种 多样,只要利用弹性臂 8的弹性与针芯 2上的卡口 9配合能够达到锁定针芯 2和解锁针芯 2 的目的都在本发明的保护范围之中。 其中弹性臂 8倾斜设置最好, 倾斜的方向可以如图 18 中所示, 也可以反方向设置, 再利用一个钩子钩住卡口 9来实现。
[0018] 图 14和图 15为最接近现有技术(中国专利 CN101444428B实施例二)结构原理图。 从图 14和图 15中可以看出现有技术的特点是: 上盖 15的触发按钮 10上只设有一对 "U" 形分支结构的按压脚 21。在拆除保护杆 4后按下触发按钮 10时, 按压脚 21推动下盖 16上 的弹性臂 8, 当针芯 2从弹性臂 8上脱离发射后, 按压脚 21在下压过程中使倒钩 12与下盖 16上的自锁钩 13互锁, 产品发射后不能再使用。但是在拧掉针芯 2上的保护杆 4后, 针芯 2上的针体 14前部露出较长在剌穿皮肤时容易发生弯曲变形, 降低了针体的穿剌性能。
[0019] 图 16~18为本发明实施例装配图, 从这些图中可以看出本发明的特点是: 上盖 15的 触发按钮 10上前后设有两对 "U"形分支结构的按压脚, 即第一按压脚 11 和第二按压脚 19, 而且在图 16所示的待发射状态下第二按压脚 19相对针尖 7的距离小于第一按压脚 11 相对针尖 7的距离。 在拆除保护杆 4后按下触发按钮 10时, 左边的第一按压脚 11推动下 盖 16上的弹性臂 8, 当针芯 2从弹性臂 8上脱离发射后, 右边的第二按压脚 19在下压过程 中使倒钩 12与下盖 16上的自锁钩 13互锁, 产品发射后不能再使用。 本发明的核心是将按 压脚由以前一对分解为两对, 以往的功能特点保持不变 (指: 一是由保险套 20与下压通道 17的配合提供使用前的安全性, 二是由第二按压脚 19上的倒钩 12与下盖 16上的自锁钩 13配合提供使用后的安全性,三是将针芯 2装配成待发射的锁定状态后提供使用的便利性), 而且可以达到缩短露针长度的效果。
[0020] 图 19和图 20分别为使用前和使用后露针长度对比图, 图中 D表示针体 14的长度,
E表示露针长度缩短值。图 19中的上半部分表示现有技术针芯 2和保护杆 4使用前的状态, 下半部分表示本发明针芯 2和保护杆 4使用前的状态。 图 20中的上半部分表示现有技术针 芯 2和保护杆 4使用后的状态, 下半部分表示本发明针芯 2和保护杆 4使用后的状态。 从 两图的对比可以清楚的看出现有技术露针较长, 而本发明露针较短, 两者之差为 E。
[0021] 实施例 2: —种改进型安全便捷式一次性自动采血针
如图 21所示, 本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于: 保险套 20套装在针体 14前部, 保险 套 20从 Z向 (见图 21中座标所示方向) 占用两个下压通道 17 (见图 21中附图标记 17所 指的双点划线圆圈区域), 使这两个下压通道 17在 Z向被堵塞, 以阻止第二按压脚 19做下 压运动。 在拆除保护杆 4状态下, 保险套 20撤离这两个下压通道 17, 使这两个下压通道 17在 Z向被打开,从而允许倒钩 12随第二按压脚 19下压运动而与自锁钩 13发生自锁配合, 以此构成触发按钮的保险结构。 其它结构和原理与实施例一相同, 这里不再重复描述。
[0022] 从以上两个实施例中可以看出保险套 20从 Y向和 Z向同时占用下压通道 17是指 Y 向的宽度小于第二按压脚 19允许插入的宽度, 同时 Z向被堵塞。这一点本领域技术人员容 易理解。
