本发明涉及一种多级高能磁化水机。
背景技术
磁化水是一种被磁场磁化了的水。 让普通水以一定流速, 沿着与 磁力线垂直的方向, 通过一定强度的磁场, 实现水的瞬间磁化, 激活 水的活力, 使水变为呈现弱碱性的高能量小分子团水, 同时具有负电 位, 可消除体内多余自由基, 还原水的优良本质, 更具高渗透, 高溶 解, 高扩散性。 磁化水在美容、 工业、 农业和医学等领域都有广泛的 应用。
现有的磁化水处理装置一般让普通水以一定流速, 沿着与磁力线 平行的方向, 通过一定强度的磁场, 普通水就会变成磁化水, 如果需 要充分磁化者需要减小水流的速度,如此一来便会影响用户的正常使 用; 而若流速过快, 则会导致水质净化的满意度的降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供多级高能磁化水机, 本发明的多级高能磁 化水机的高能磁化器连接件及高能磁化水处理器的磁场强度逐级加 大, 对经过的水流产生深度磁化的功效, 以提高用户对水质净化及磁 化的满意度。
本发明的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 由多个滤芯筒与多个 高能磁化器连接件交替串联构成,位于末端的高能磁化器连接件经高 能磁化水处理器向外供水。
位于自来水输入端的第一个滤芯筒的输入端上设置有高能磁化 器连接件。位于末端的高能磁化器连接件的输出端连接有柔性输水管 路, 所述高能磁化水处理器安装在柔性输水管路上。所述多个高能磁 化器连接件的磁性逐级增大, 以实现对自来水的深度磁化。
上述高能磁化器连接件包括两端具有用于连接两相邻滤芯筒的 管接头, 所述管接头中部设有狭窄的流道, 所述流道管壁外安装有用 于磁化水的磁铁, 所述磁铁外围设有磁屏蔽套。
在一较佳的实施例中, 所述高能磁化水处理器包括一层或多层 盘管, 所述盘管轴向两侧安装有用于磁化水的磁铁, 所述盘管及磁铁 外围包裹有屏蔽罩。
上述盘管为两层, 其中之一的 A层盘管外端头与进水管连接, B 层盘管外端头为出水口, 所述 A层盘管与 B层盘管相连接。具有 3组 A、 B层盘管, 前一组盘管的出水口与后一组盘管的进水口相连接, 前一组磁铁的磁性比后一组磁铁的磁性低。
在另一较佳实施例中, 所述高能磁化水处理器包括机壳和安装于 机壳上的中空水管, 所述中空水管外套设有相对机壳转动的转套,所 述转套上设有由电动机构驱动的被动齿轮, 以带动转套旋转, 所述转 套上布设有可与转套联动的磁块。所述磁块布设于转套上被动齿轮的 两侧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1 ) 本发明的多级高能磁化水机的高能磁化器连接件及高能磁化 水处理器的磁场强度逐级加大, 对经过的水流产生深度磁化的功效, 以提高用户对水质净化及磁化的满意度;
2 ) 该水处理器中引入 "旋转磁场" 的技术, 可实现磁铁发生器 旋转, 从而使得磁力线切割水中电解质, 产生能量;
3 ) 本发明是磁化水流速可大可小, 解决了传统磁化水机要一定 的流速才能有效磁化的缺点, 磁化效果好;
4 ) 高能磁化器连接件及高能磁化水处理器都有进行封闭处理, 以免产生磁干扰;

为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂, 下文特举实施例, 并配合附图, 作详细说明如下。 请参考图 1, 本发明的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 由多个 滤芯筒 1与多个高能磁化器连接件 2交替串联构成,位于末端的高能 磁化器连接件 2经高能磁化水处理器 3向外供水。
位于自来水输入端的第一个滤芯筒 1的输入端上设置有高能磁化 器连接件 2。 位于末端的高能磁化器连接件 2的输出端连接有柔性输 水管路 4, 所述高能磁化水处理器 3安装在柔性输水管路 4上。 所述 多个高能磁化器连接件 2的磁性逐级增大,以实现对自来水的深度磁 化。
请参考图 2, 上述高能磁化器连接件 2包括两端具有用于连接两 相邻滤芯筒的管接头 5, 所述管接头 5中部设有狭窄的流道 6, 所述 流道 6管壁外安装有用于磁化水的磁铁 7, 所述磁铁 7外围设有磁屏 蔽套 8。
请参考图 3和图 4, 在一较佳的实施例 1中, 所述高能磁化水处 理器 3包括一层或多层盘管 10, 所述盘管 10轴向两侧安装有用于磁 化水的磁铁 11, 所述盘管 10及磁铁 11外围包裹有屏蔽罩 12。
上述盘管 10为两层, 其中之一的 A层盘管外端头 101与柔性输 水管路 4相连接, B层盘管外端头 102为出水口, 所述 A层盘管与 B 层盘管相连接。
上述的高能磁化水处理器 3具有三组 、 B层盘管, 前一组盘管 的出水口与后一组盘管的进水口相连接,前一组磁铁的磁性比后一组 磁铁的磁性低。
在另一较佳实施例 2中, 所述高能磁化水处理器 3包括机壳 13 和安装于机壳 13上的中空水管 14, 所述中空水管 14外套设有相对 机壳 13转动的转套 15, 所述转套 15上设有由电动机构 16驱动的被 动齿轮 17, 以带动转套 15旋转, 所述转套 15上布设有可与转套 15 联动的磁块 18。 所述磁块 18布设于转套上被动齿轮 17的两侧。 本发明不局限上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可以得 出其他各种形式的多级高能磁化水机。凡依本发明申请专利范围所做 的均等变化与修饰, 皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 由多个滤芯筒与多个 高能磁化器连接件交替串联构成,位于末端的高能磁化器连接件经高 能磁化水处理器向外供水。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 位 于自来水输入端的第一个滤芯筒的输入端上设置有高能磁化器连接 件。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 位 于末端的高能磁化器连接件的输出端连接有柔性输水管路,所述高能 磁化水处理器安装在柔性输水管路上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述多个高能磁化器连接件的磁性逐级增大,以实现对自来水的深度磁 化。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述高能磁化器连接件包括两端具有用于连接两相邻滤芯筒的管接头, 所述管接头中部设有狭窄的流道,所述流道管壁外安装有用于磁化水 的磁铁, 所述磁铁外围设有磁屏蔽套。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述高能磁化水处理器包括一层或多层盘管,所述盘管轴向两侧安装有 用于磁化水的磁铁, 所述盘管及磁铁外围包裹有屏蔽罩。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述盘管为两层, 其中之一的 A层盘管外端头与进水管连接, B层盘管 外端头为出水口, 所述 A层盘管与 B层盘管相连接。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 具 有 3组 、 B层盘管, 前一组盘管的出水口与后一组盘管的进水口相 连接, 前一组磁铁的磁性比后一组磁铁的磁性低。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述高能磁化水处理器包括机壳和安装于机壳上的中空水管,所述中空 水管外套设有相对机壳转动的转套,所述转套上设有由电动机构驱动 的被动齿轮, 以带动转套旋转, 所述转套上布设有可与转套联动的磁 块。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的多级高能磁化水机, 其特征在于: 所 述磁块布设于转套上被动齿轮的两侧。
