Abstract

본 고안은 벨트 연결구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가방 및 배낭에 재봉된 각각의 벨트를 상호 연결시키면서, 이 벨트 길이를 조절하는 연결구 몸체에, 벨트 끝단의 마감부를 용이하게 분리할 수 있도록 회전 가능한 레버가 베이스 몸체에 축결합 되도록 고안된 것이다. 본 고안의 구성은, 횡방향을 갖고 몸체일단으로 지지축(31)이 형성되며, 몸체 중앙의 관통된 통과부(32)와, 끝단의 지지대(33)가 형성된 베이스 본체(30)와; 상기 베이스 본체(30)의 통과부(32) 상단에서, 일측단에 형성된 고정걸이대(41)의 끼움홈(42)이, 상기 지지축(31)과 결합되어 축지회동하며, 몸체의 다른 일단으로 조정걸이대(43)가 성형된 레버(40)로 구성되어 달성한다. 또, 상기 베이스 본체(30)에 축지 고정된 레버(40)의 닫힘 상태에서는, 조정걸이대(43) 하부와 본체 통과부(32) 사이의 통과폭(w)이, 벨트(10)의 마감부(11) 두께(t)보다 작게 형성한다. 또한, 상기 레버(40)의 조정걸이대(43)는 외측 끝단부가 베이스 본체(30)의 지지대(33) 내벽보다 외측으로 연장 성형되어, 벨트(10)가 조정걸이대(43)를 감싸면서 지지대(33) 내벽에 걸려져, 벨트(10)의 풀림이 방지되도록 하여 구성한다. 그리고, 상기 베이스 본체(30)에 축지된 레버(40)를 상부로 회전시켜 통과부(32)가 개방된 상태에서만 벨트(10)의 이동 및 분리가 가능하다.
