Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Gerät (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), wobei in dem Gehäuse (2) eine Wärme erzeugende erste Komponente (3), eine Wärme erzeugende zweite Komponente (4) sowie ein Kühlsystem (5) angeordnet sind. Während des Betriebs des Gerätes (1) werden die erste und die zweite Komponente (3, 4) durch das Kühlsystem (5) gekühlt. Die erste Komponente (3) ist über eine Wärme leitende Verbindung (6) mit der zweiten Komponente (4) verbunden derart, dass eine niedrigere Temperatur der ersten Komponente (3) und eine höhere Temperatur der zweiten Komponente (4) aneinander angeglichen werden können. Vorzugsweise umfasst die Wärme leitende Verbindung (6) ein Wärmerohr.
