UPnP ( Universal Plug and Play, 通用即插即用) 是由 UPnP论坛制订的 在家庭网络中共享内容的一系列协议。 它可以充分利用家庭网络的优势, 将 位于不同设备上的媒体内容及数据信息向其它 UPnP设备共享。 在 UPnP音视频体系结构中有两种主要的 UPnP设备角色: 媒体服务器 ( Media Server, MS ) 和媒体渲染器 (Media Render, MR)。 媒体服务器负责 向家庭网络的其它 UPnP设备提供音视频内容,它通过内容目录业务( Content Directory Service, CDS )发布媒体内容, 通过连接管理业务 (Connection Manager Service, CMS ) 进行媒体内容传输, 通过音视频传输业务 ( AV Transport Service, AVT ) 实现媒体内容的播放控制, 通过调度录制业务 ( Scheduled Recording Service, SRS ) 实现媒体内容的录制功能。 艮媒体月艮 务器一样, 媒体渲染器也提供连接管理业务和音视频传输业务, 前者实现与 媒体服务器的媒体传输协议和媒体格式协商, 后者完成播放过程控制。 然而, 目前的 UPnP技术主要应用于媒体内容在家庭网络间的共享播放 , 对于数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间完成传输等操作, 影响了用户 对交互内容的使用, 降低了用户的满意度。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种数字电视交互内容的传输方法、 装置和 系统,以至少解决上述数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种数字电视交互内容的传输方法, 该 方法包括: 数字电视设备接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录业务 CDS 格式显示交互信息; 数字电视设备接收操作指示, 其中, 操作指示包括终端 的标识和交互信息的标识, 该终端具有操作上述交互信息对应的交互内容的 能力; 该数字电视设备根据上述操作指示将该交互内容传输给该终端。 其中, 上述数字电视设备以内容目录业务 CDS格式显示交互信息包括: 数字电视设备将当前频道的名称作为 CDS的根级另 ij内容项,将交互信息和交 互信息对应的交互操作作为 ^艮级别内容项的子树进行显示。 其中, 上述数字电视设备接收操作指示包括: 数字电视设备接收用户发 送的操作指示, 操作指示中的终端的标识是用户根据家庭网络中的终端的能 力信息选择的。 其中, 上述数字电视设备接收操作指示之前, 该方法还包括: 用户根据 交互信息和家庭网络中的终端的能力信息选择的终端; 终端通过连接管理业 务 CMS向数字电视设备发送的操作指示。 其中, 上述数字电视设备根据操作指示将交互内容传输给终端包括: 数 字电视设备判断交互内容是否为应用程序,如果是,将应用程序传输给终端; 如果否, 将交互内容转化为超文本标记语言 HTML网页格式后传输给终端。 其中, 上述数字电视设备根据操作指示将交互内容传输给终端之后, 方 法还包括: 终端接收到交互内容后, 呈现交互内容, 并根据接收到的用户指 示进行交互操作。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种数字电视交互内容的传输装置, 该 装置包括: 接收与显示模块, 设置为接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录 业务 CDS格式显示交互信息; 指示接收模块, 设置为接收操作指示, 其中, 该操作指示包括终端的标识和交互信息的标识, 该终端具有操作交互信息对 应的交互内容的能力; 传输模块, 设置为根据操作指示将交互内容传输给该 终端。 其中, 上述接收与显示模块包括: 显示单元, 设置为将当前频道的名称 作为 CDS的 ^艮级别内容项,将交互信息和交互信息对应的交互操作作为 ^艮级 别内容项的子树进行显示。 其中, 传输模块包括: 判断单元, 设置为判断交互内容是否为应用程序; 第一传输单元, 设置为上述判断单元的判断结果为是时, 将应用程序传输给 终端; 第二传输单元, 设置为上述判断单元的判断结果为否时, 将交互内容 转化为超文本标记语言 HTML网页格式后传输给终端。 根据本发明的又一方面, 提供了一种数字电视交互内容的传输系统, 该 系统包括: 数字电视设备和终端; 其中, 该数字电视设备包括: 接收与显示 模块,设置为接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录业务 CDS格式显示交互 信息; 指示接收模块, 设置为接收操作指示, 其中, 该操作指示包括终端的 标识和交互信息的标识; 传输模块, 设置为根据操作指示将交互信息对应的 交互内容传输给终端; 该终端包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收到交互内容和用 户指示; 操作模块, 设置为呈现接收模块接收的交互内容, 并根据接收到的 用户指示进行交互操作。 通过本发明, 釆用数字电视设备将交互内容传输至具有交互操作能力的 终端上, 解决了数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问题, 方便 了用户进行数字电视的交互操作, 增强了用户的体验满意度。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例 1的数字电视交互内容的传输方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例 1的 CDS格式示意图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例 2的数字电视交互内容的传输方法的示意图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例 3的数字电视交互内容的传输装置的结构框 图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例 4的数字电视交互内容的传输系统的结构框 图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本发明实施例考虑到家庭网络中数字电视的使用过程中, 在数字电视设 备上进行交互操作不方便, 提供了一种数字电视交互内容的传输方法、 装置 和系统, 可以实现无上行信道或呈现交互内容能力的数字电视设备通过其它 连接到家庭网络的终端设备间接进行数字电视交互的功能。 实施例 1 图 1示出了根据本发明实施例的数字电视交互内容的传输方法的流程 图, 该方法包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S 102 , 数字电视设备接收当前频道的交互信息, 以 CDS格式显示 交互信息; 例如,数字电视设备将当前频道的名称作为 CDS的根级别内容项, 将交 互信息和交互信息对应的交互操作作为 4艮级别内容项的子树进行显示, 参见 图 2所示的 CDS格式示意图, 其中, 包括 CDS根容器、 各个电视频道名称, 以及各个电视频道名称下的交互信息, 即交互内容项。 本发明实施例中的交互信息相当于交互内容的索引信息, 用以供用户参 考使用。 步骤 S 104, 该数字电视设备接收操作指示, 其中, 该操作指示包括终端 的标识和该交互信息的标识, 该终端具有操作交互信息对应的交互内容的能 力; 数字电视设备接收的操作指示可以有两种不同的方式, 方式一: 用户直接根据其要进行的交互操作向数字电视设备发送操作指示, 例如 通过遥控器发送该操作指示, 指示该数字电视设备欲通过哪个终端进行交互 操作, 基于此, 步骤 S 104包括: 数字电视设备接收用户发送的操作指示, 该操作指示中的终端的标识是用户根据家庭网络中的终端的能力信息选择 的。 方式二: 用户通过选择的终端告知数字电视设备其欲使用哪个终端进行 交互操作, 基于此, 步骤 S 104之前, 该方法还包括: 用户根据交互信息和 家庭网络中的终端的能力信息选择的终端, 该终端通过 CMS向数字电视设 备发送的操作指示。 步骤 S 106,该数字电视设备根据上述操作指示将上述交互内容传输给该 终端。 本发明实施例中的交互内容可以为应用程序, 例如 Java游戏; 交互内容 也可以是非应用程序, 例如订购信息等, 根据交互内容的具体形式, 数字电 视设备可以釆用不同的传输方式, 例如, 数字电视设备判断该交互内容是否 为应用程序, 如果是, 将该应用程序传输给该终端; 如果否, 将该交互内容 转 4匕为 HTML ( HyperText Markup Language, 超文本标 ΐ己语言) 网页格式后 传输给该终端。 数字电视设备根据操作指示将交互内容传输给终端之后,该方法还包括: 该终端接收到上述交互内容后, 呈现该交互内容, 并根据接收到的用户指示 进行交互操作。 本实施例的数字电视设备和终端均为家庭网络中已经处于连接状态的设 备, 即数字电视设备和终端均已加入到家庭网络中,该连接可以是有线连接, 也可以是无线连接。 本发明实施例通过数字电视设备将交互内容传输至具有交互操作能力的 终端上, 解决了数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问题, 方便 了用户进行数字电视的交互操作, 增强了用户的体验满意度。 实施例 2 本实施例对现有的 UPnP媒体服务器和媒体渲染器设备角色进行功能扩 展, 在具有数字电视功能的终端布置媒体服务器功能, 实现数字电视中交互 业务向其它作为媒体渲染器角色的 UPnP设备共享, 在具有交互能力 (主要 指具有上行信道或 java虚拟机等)的媒体渲染器设备中呈现交互内容和完成 交互功能。 数字电视的交互业务内容 (即实施例 1中的交互信息)一般是随电视节 目内容共同广播的, 通常, 正常完成数字电视交互的流程, 包括如下过程:
1 ) 用户通过数字电视设备(如固定电视机、 手机电视、 电视 modem等 设备)接收电视节目内容, 选择某频道进行播放; 2 ) 观看电视过程中, 数字电视设备同时进行频道交互内容的接收;
3 ) 在电视屏幕上呈现交互内容信息或提示;
4 ) 用户点击交互内容, 呈现和进行交互操作;
5 ) 返回电视节目继续观看。 在上述数字电视交互过程中, 第四步用户点击交互内容, 呈现和进行交 互操作时, 在某些数字电视设备中其并不具备呈现交互内容的能力 (比如与 电视节目相关的 java游戏或应用等,需要提供相应的 java虚拟机运行环境 ), 或者并不具备上行信道完成交互操作功能。 针对这种情况下, 该数字电视设 备可以通过 UPnP共享其收到的交互业务内容, 用户可以利用家庭网络中有 呈现和交互能力的设备完成交互业务功能。 因此, 具有数字电视接收功能的终端按照上述收看过程完成交互业务内 容的获取后,将这些信息转换为媒体服务器的 CDS业务能够识别的交互内容 项, 通常以该频道的名字为 CDS的才艮级别内容项, 每个交互内容名字和交互 操作信息作为上述内容项的子树, 如图 2所示。 对生成的每一个内容项根据 交互内容解析后的访问信息生成交互内容格式信息(如 html网页、 java应用 等) 和交互内容传输协议, 本实施例中将交互内容传输协议定义为 HTTP方 式。 当其它 UPnP设备通过连接管理器业务指定某个交互内容项时, 媒体服 务器需要找到对应交互内容项的交互内容, 对于非应用程序的交互内容, 本 发明中将这些交互内容信息转化为 html网页格式,在媒体渲染器设备上通过 浏览器呈现。 下面以支持数字电视功能的终端 (以下称为终端 A ) 和具有交互能力的 UPnP终端(以下称为终端 B )为例进行说明, 参见图 3 , 该数字电视交互内 容的传输方法的具体实施过程如下: 步骤 S301 , 当终端 A处在家庭网络的覆盖范围内,通过终端 A的 DHCP (动态主机配置协议 )客户端从家庭网络的 DHCP服务器获取 IP地址, 从 而加入到 UPnP网络, 终端 B也位于家庭网络覆盖范围并通过该方式加入到 UPnP网络, 该 UPnP网络也可以称为家庭网络; 步骤 S302, 终端 A加入到 UPnP网络后, 通过 SSDP (简单业务发现协 议) 向其它 UPnP终端通告终端 A 自身的设备能力信息, 例如具有数字电视 接收功能和 UPnP的媒体服务器功能, 其它 UPnP终端获取到终端 A的设备 能力信息后, 知道可以通过终端 A来收看电视节目; 步骤 S303 , 终端 A启动数字电视业务, 获取 ESG (电子业务信息)信 息, 播放电视节目内容; 步骤 S304, 当获取到与电视相关的交互内容后, 终端 A需要将交互内 容信息转换为 CDS (内容目录业务)的内容项描述信息, 例如电视频道作为 一个内容对象进行描述, 内容对象的交互内容格式为 html网页或应用程序类 型, 本实施例中将非应用程序的交互内容全部转化为 html网页格式, 交互内 容传输协议信息在本实施例中规定为 http协议; 步骤 S305 , 终端 B通过内容目录业务来浏览终端 A的交互内容项, 定 位想要进行的交互操作, 这一过程通过 SOAP (简单对象访问协议)来实现; 步骤 S306, 终端 B通过自身实现的连接管理器业务 ( CMS ) 获取其支 持的传输协议和交互内容格式信息, 并与终端 A的电视交互内容描述信息进 行比较, 如果传输协议和交互内容格式信息匹配, 那么终端 B可以操作终端 A的数字电视交互内容,否则终端 A的数字电视交互内容无法向终端 B共享, 需要查找处于家庭网络的其它 UPnP终端, 查询其设备能力信息, 找到能力 匹配的 UPnP终端; 步骤 S307, 如果终端 B的设备能力和终端 A的数字电视交互内容信息 匹配, 那么终端 B通过连接管理器业务( CMS )发起准备连接请求(即实施 例 1中的操作指示;), 终端 A和终端 B启动交互内容传输业务, 以便终端 B 能够选择数字电视交互内容项进行呈现和交互操作; 步骤 S308 , 终端 B向终端 A通知想要操作的数字电视交互内容对应的 内容项, 而终端 A将内容项描述信息定位相应的数字电视交互内容的 html 网页或应用程序,将这些数字电视交互内容的 html网页或应用程序传输给终 端 B; 步骤 S309, 终端 B 居交互内容格式信息, 启用浏览器或相应的应用程 序运行环境, 呈现交互内容, 用户才艮据交互内容进行相应的交互操作, 比如 连接相应的投票网页、 拔打订购电话号码、 运行 java游戏等; 步骤 S310, 终端 A切换不同的频道时, 终端 B重复步骤 S305-S309, 查 看其它电视频道的交互内容项, 选择相应内容项, 完成交互操作。 当不再进 行交互操作时, 通过连接管理器业务向终端 A发起终止连接请求, 终止交互 内容传输业务和连接管理器业务。 步骤 S311 , 当没有其它 UPnP终端访问数字电视交互业务时, 终端 A的 电视应用可以正常退出。 本实施例基于 UPnP技术, 用户在家庭网络中可以非常方便地选择其它 渲染设备完成数字电视内容交互, 能够充分利用家庭所有设备资源, 完成数 字电视的交互内容的传输操作, 为用户带来全新的数字电视交互体验。 实施例 3 图 4示出了根据本发明实施例的数字电视交互内容的传输装置的结构框 图, 该装置可以设置于数字电视设备上, 例如电视机上, 该装置包括: 接收与显示模块 42 , 设置为接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录业务 CDS格式显示交互信息; 参见图 2所示的 CDS格式示意图, 其中, 包括 CDS根容器、 各个电视 频道名称, 以及各个电视频道名称下的交互信息, 即交互内容项; 基于此, 接收与显示模块 42包括: 显示单元, 设置为将当前频道的名称作为 CDS的 才艮级别内容项, 将交互信息和交互信息对应的交互操作作为才艮级别内容项的 子树进行显示; 本发明实施例中的交互信息相当于交互内容的索引信息, 用 以供用户参考使用; 指示接收模块 44 , 与接收与显示模块 42相连, 设置为接收操作指示, 其中, 该操作指示包括终端的标识和该交互信息的标识, 终端具有操作交互 信息对应的交互内容的能力; 传输模块 46 , 与指示接收模块 44相连, 设置为根据上述操作指示将上 述交互内容传输给终端。 数字电视设备接收的操作指示可以有两种不同的方式, 方式一: 用户直接根据其要进行的交互操作向数字电视设备发送操作指示, 例如 通过遥控器发送该操作指示, 指示该数字电视设备欲通过哪个终端进行交互 操作, 基于此, 指示接收模块 44设置为接收用户发送的操作指示, 该操作 指示中的终端的标识是用户根据家庭网络中的终端的能力信息选择的; 方式二: 用户通过选择的终端告知数字电视设备其欲使用哪个终端进行 交互操作, 基于此, 用户根据交互信息和家庭网络中的终端的能力信息选择 的终端, 该终端通过 CMS向数字电视设备发送的操作指示。 本发明实施例中的交互内容可以为应用程序, 例如 Java游戏; 交互内容 也可以是非应用程序, 例如订购信息等, 根据交互内容的具体形式, 数字电 视设备可以釆用不同的传输方式, 例如, 传输模块 46包括: 判断单元, 设置为判断交互内容是否为应用程序; 第一传输单元, 设置为判断单元的判断结果为是时, 将应用程序传输给 该终端; 第二传输单元, 设置为判断单元的判断结果为否时, 将交互内容转化为 超文本标记语言 HTML网页格式后传输给该终端。 该终端接收到上述交互内容后, 呈现该交互内容, 并根据接收到的用户 指示进行交互操作。 本实施例的装置和终端均为家庭网络中已经处于连接状态的设备, 即该 装置和终端均已加入到家庭网络中, 该连接可以是有线连接, 也可以是无线 连接。 本发明实施例通过将交互内容传输至具有交互操作能力的终端上, 解决 了数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问题, 方便了用户进行数 字电视的交互操作, 增强了用户的体验满意度。 实施例 4 图 5示出了根据本发明实施例的数字电视交互内容的传输系统的结构框 图, 该系统包括: 数字电视设备 40和终端 50; 其中, 数字电视设备 40可以釆用实施例 3中的装置实现, 即包括: 接 收与显示模块 42、 指示接收模块 44和传输模块 46 , 各模块的功能与实施例 3中相同, 这里不再赞述。 终端 50包括: 接收模块 52 , 设置为接收到交互内容和用户指示; 操作模块 54 , 与接收模块 52相连, 设置为呈现接收模块 52接收的交互 内容, 并根据接收到的用户指示进行交互操作。 本发明实施例通过将交互内容传输至具有交互操作能力的终端上, 解决 了数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问题, 方便了用户进行数 字电视的交互操作, 增强了用户的体验满意度。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明通过将交互内容传输至具有交互操 作能力的终端上, 解决了数字电视中的交互内容无法在家庭网络间传输的问 题, 方便了用户进行数字电视的交互操作, 增强了用户的体验满意度。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

1. 一种数字电视交互内容的传输方法, 包括:
数字电视设备接收当前频道的交互信息,以内容目录业务 CDS格 式显示所述交互信息;
所述数字电视设备接收操作指示, 其中, 所述操作指示包括终端 的标识和所述交互信息的标识, 所述终端具有操作所述交互信息对应 的交互内容的能力;
所述数字电视设备根据所述操作指示将所述交互内容传输给所述 终端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数字电视设备以内容目录业 务 CDS格式显示所述交互信息包括:
所述数字电视设备将所述当前频道的名称作为 CDS的才艮级另 ij内 容项, 将所述交互信息和所述交互信息对应的交互操作作为所述才艮级 别内容项的子树进行显示。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数字电视设备接收操作指示 包括:

5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数字电视设备根据所述操作 指示将所述交互内容传输给所述终端包括: 所述数字电视设备判断所述交互内容是否为应用程序, 如果是, 将所述应用程序传输给所述终端; 如果否, 将所述交互内容转化为超 文本标记语言 HTML网页格式后传输给所述终端。
6. 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述数字电视设备根据 所述操作指示将所述交互内容传输给所述终端之后,所述方法还包括: 所述终端接收到所述交互内容后, 呈现所述交互内容, 并才艮据接 收到的用户指示进行交互操作。
7. —种数字电视交互内容的传输装置, 包括:
接收与显示模块, 设置为接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录 业务 CDS格式显示所述交互信息;
指示接收模块, 设置为接收操作指示, 其中, 所述操作指示包括 终端的标识和所述交互信息的标识, 所述终端具有操作所述交互信息 对应的交互内容的能力;
传输模块, 设置为根据所述操作指示将所述交互内容传输给所述 终端。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述接收与显示模块包括:
显示单元,设置为将所述当前频道的名称作为 CDS的根级别内容 项, 将所述交互信息和所述交互信息对应的交互操作作为所述才艮级别 内容项的子树进行显示。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述传输模块包括:
判断单元, 设置为判断所述交互内容是否为应用程序; 第一传输单元, 设置为所述判断单元的判断结果为是时, 将所述 应用程序传输给所述终端;
第二传输单元, 设置为所述判断单元的判断结果为否时, 将所述 交互内容转化为超文本标记语言 HTML网页格式后传输给所述终端。
10. —种数字电视交互内容的传输系统, 包括: 数字电视设备和终端; 所述数字电视设备包括: 接收与显示模块, 设置为接收当前频道的交互信息, 以内容目录 业务 CDS格式显示所述交互信息;
指示接收模块, 设置为接收操作指示, 其中, 所述操作指示包括 所述终端的标识和所述交互信息的标识;
传输模块, 设置为根据所述操作指示将所述交互信息对应的交互 内容传输给所述终端;
所述终端包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收到所述交互内容和用户指示;
操作模块, 设置为呈现所述接收模块接收的交互内容, 并根据接 收到的用户指示进行交互操作。
