Abstract

본 발명은 관측기(20)의 상부로부터 개폐뚜껑(31)이 승강기(32)에 의해 승강되면서 개폐될 수 있도록 개폐기(30)를 설계함으로써 겨울철 눈이 내리더라도 개폐뚜껑(31) 위로 쌓인 눈이 개폐뚜껑(31) 위에 그대로 적층된 상태를 유지하면서 승강되어 개폐뚜껑(31)의 움직임에 따라 눈이 무너지면서 낙하되어 관측기(20)의 투명커버(22) 위로 오히려 떨어지는 현상을 없앨 수 있게 되어 카메라(21)의 시야를 가리는 불측의 현상을 방지할 수 있는 하늘상태 자동 관측 장치에 관한 것이다.
