Abstract
The invention relates to the integration of piezo powder into solid components for producing bodies and mechanical parts such as those used in vehicle or aeroplane tyre structures, or in propeller or aeroplane wing structures, for example, anywhere where forces or friction generate magnetic or electromagnetic charges or static current charges, as a result of sudden mechanical stresses. These stresses in metals are called magnetostrictive effects creating electromagnetic flows. The invention can also be used for musical instruments, as well as all sound reproduction appliances, audiovisual appliances, and audio prostheses for headphones and loudspeakers, due to the presence of electric coils creating active and lost electromagnetic fields. The invention can also be applied to passive structures and frames that accumulate electrical and electromagnetic charges and static currents, all of this pollution being called EMC. In order to eradicate this pollution and EMC, at least one piezo powder and at least one metallic powder are included in the material, said powders being inserted together into plastic, polymer and metal structures of linings of electronic appliances or mechanical or electric machines, without limiting in any way the fields of application.
