图 2是 居本发明实施例的呼叫转移的处理方法的流程图二; 图 3是 居本发明实施例的终端的结构框图一; 图 4是 居本发明实施例的终端的结构框图二; 图 5是根据本发明实施例的来电转移设置功能相关的界面示意图; 图 6是 居本发明优选实施例的移动终端的主要功能模块的交互示意 图; 图 7是 居本发明实施例优选的来电处理的流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本实施例提供了呼叫转移的处理方法, 该方法使得用户不需要向通信运 营商申请开通呼叫转移功能就可以实现自动呼叫转移。 图 1是根据本发明实 施例的呼叫转移的处理方法的流程图一,如图 1所示,该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S102 , 被叫终端接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫; 步 4聚 S104, 被叫终端向其他终端发送内容为预定格式的短信, 其中, 短 信的短信内容用于向其他终端指示被叫终端接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫,和 / 或, 用于向其他终端指示被叫终端将该呼叫转移到预设终端。 通过上述步骤, 可以在被叫终端接收到呼叫时 (例如, 被叫不方便接听 电话或者是连接不通), 通过向其他终端发送短信, 来通知其他终端, 以便于 其他终端进行处理。 这种处理方式相比于运营商提供的方式, 不会产生额外 的费用, 并且, 相关设置参数只需要在移动终端侧进行修改, 而不需要对网 络侧进行任何改动, 实现比较容易。 需要说明的, 被叫终端只要通知了其他终端, 就能够达到提示的目的。 当然, 优选地, 可以向该呼叫的主叫终端发送该短信, 或者也可以向预先设 置的呼叫转移的目的终端 (或称为预设终端) 发送该短信, 也可以同时向呼 叫的主叫终端和预先设置的呼叫转移的目的终端 (或称为预设终端) 发送短 信。 下面对此进行举例说明。 例如, 被叫终端向主叫终端发送短信, 其中, 该短信内容中携带有将呼 叫转移到的一个或多个预设终端的号码。 又例如, 被叫终端向呼叫转移到的 预设终端发送短信, 其中, 短信内容中携带有主叫终端的号码和被叫终端的 号码以指示被叫终端接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫。 优选地, 在实施时, 被叫终端在接收到呼叫之后, 为了更准确的设定发 送短信的时间, 可以在经过预定时长之后, 向其他终端发送该内容为预定格 式的短信, 例如, 可以设置预定时长的定时器, 在定时器之后, 向其他终端 发送内容为预定格式的短信。 通过该步骤可以在用户在合理长的时间内不处 理该呼叫的情况下, 再发送短信, 此外, 用户可以对该定时器的时长进行设 置, 以适应不同的环境。 在本实施例中, 当一个终端接收到上述预定格式的短信时, 可以根据从 预定短信中解析出的相关的内容, 故出相应的处理。 图 2是才艮据本发明实施 例的呼叫转移的处理方法的流程图二, 如图 2所示, 该流程包括如下步 4聚: 步骤 S202 , 终端接收到被叫终端被主叫终端呼叫后发送的短信, 其中, 短信的短信内容为预定格式, 短信内容用于向终端指示被叫终端接收到来自 主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于指示被叫终端将呼叫转移到预设终端; 步骤 S204 , 终端才艮据短信内容进行提示和 /或呼叫处理。 需要说明的, 终端接收到该短信之后, 可以对该短信进行解析, 由于该 短信内容的格式是预先约定好的, 因此, 该终端可以从该短信的内容中解析 出其所要指示的信息, 然后可以根据该短信所指示的内容进行相应的处理, 例如, 可以进行提示, 或者也可以根据该短信内容中的号码进行相关的呼叫 处理。 以下以举例的方式进行说明。 例如, 如果该终端为该呼叫的主叫终端, 那么该终端可以向用户进行提 示是否向该短信内容中携带的预设终端的号码发起呼叫,并在得到确认之后, 向预设终端的号码发起呼叫; 或者, 也可以不进行提示, 而直接向预设终端 的号码发起呼叫。 在这里, 该短信内容中携带的预设终端的号码可以为一个 或者多个, 在预设终端的号码为多个的情况下, 该终端提示是否向多个预设 终端的号码中的第一个发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 发起呼叫; 或者, 终 端在提示之后, 向用户选择出的预设终端的号码发起呼叫。 优选地, 如果向 预设终端的号码发起呼叫失败,那么可以向其他的预设终端的号码发起呼叫, 这个过程可以自动执行, 也可以再次提示用户选择呼叫转移号码。 又例如, 如果该终端为预设终端, 那么, 该终端在接收到短信之后提示 是否向短信内容中携带的主叫终端的号码发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 向 该主叫终端的号码发起呼叫; 或者, 该终端可以不提示, 而直接向主叫终端 的号码发起呼叫。 在本实施例中还提供了终端, 该终端用于实现上述实施例及其优选实施 方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赞述, 下面对该终端涉及到的模块进行说明。 图 3是 居本发明实施例的终端的结构框图一, 如图 3所示, 该结构包括: 通话模块 32 , 短信模块 34。 下面对此进行说明。 通话模块 32连接至短信模块 34 , 设置为接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫, 并调用短信模块 34发送内容为预定格式的短信; 短信模块 34 , 设置为向其 他终端发送短信, 其中, 短信的短信内容用于向其他终端指示被叫终端接收 到来自主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于指示被叫终端将呼叫转移到预设终端。 图 4是 居本发明实施例的终端的结构框图二, 如图 4所示, 该结构包 括: 短信模块 42, , 该结构还至少包括以下至少之一: 提示模块 44 , 通话模 块 46。 下面对此进行说明。 短信模块 42 , 设置为接收到被叫终端被主叫终端呼叫后发送的短信, 其 中, 短信的短信内容为预定格式, 短信内容用于向被叫终端指示接收到来自 主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于向被叫终端指示将呼叫转移到预设终端; 提示 模块 44, 设置为根据短信内容进行提示; 通话模块 46设置为进行根据短信 内容进行呼叫处理。 优选的, 在实施时, 当在被叫终端上设置呼叫转移号码时, 用户还可以 设置与呼叫转移功能相关的其他参数, 如功能开关、 延迟时间、 转移号码、 通知对象, 其中, 功能开关用于标识来电转移功能是否开启; 延迟时间用于 设置从收到来电通知到发送通知短信的时间长度; 通知对象用于设置短信接 收方, 即主叫号码和转移号码。 图 5是根据本发明实施例来电转移设置功能 相关的界面示意图, 如界面 A所示, 它包括 5个设置项: ( 1 ) 功能开关, 用来标识来电转移功能是否开启; (2 ) 延迟时间, 当 来电且转移功能开启时, 从收到网络侧的来电通知到发送通知短信的时间长 度, 该时间可以通过界面 C方式由用户自行设定; (3 )转移号码, 指当前手 机来电时自动无条件转移到的目标手机号码, 通过界面 D的方式由用户自行 指定, 且用户可以输入多个转移号码, 号码间以 *间隔即可; ( 4 ) 通知主叫, 指转移功能开启后, 是否以短信方式通知主叫号码, 被叫号码已转移到另外 一些号码上; (5 ) 通知转移号码, 指转移功能开启后, 是否以短信方式通知 转移号码, 收到了主叫用户的来电。 下面结合图 5对一个优选实施例进行说 明。 在本优选实施例中, 当主叫用户发起一个呼叫时, 若被叫用户打开了呼 叫转移功能, 即功能开关处于打开状态, 则先读取呼叫转移的延迟时间, 根 据读取的延迟时间设置定时器, 达到定时器的定时时间之后, 则读取通知对 象参数(例如: 主叫号码和转移号码), 将该参数作为短信的收件人, 向其发 送特定内容的短信, 即, 将向主叫号码发送被叫设置的呼叫转移号码, 向转 移号码发送主叫号码和被叫号码, 并分别表明两个号码哪一个是主叫号码, 哪一个是被叫号码, 所发送的短信的内容及格式可以如下所示: 通知主叫的内容为: #TO# *号码 1*号码 2* 。 需要说明的是, 上述 格式仅是该实施例的格式之一, 并不具体限定为仅此一种格式, 当具体实现 时, 可以是其他的格式, 只要满足被叫终端能够发送该格式, 同时呼叫转移 号码所属的终端能够识别并且能够正确解析出相应的相关内容即可。 其中的 "号码 1"、 "号码 2"即为被叫用户所设置的呼叫转移号码, 上述描 述包括了两个呼叫转移号码。 需要说明的是, 该短信的内容中的呼叫转移号 码的个数不一定只是两个, 也可以仅包括一个, 也可以包括多个, 其所包含 的具体个数由被叫用户根据实际情况进行设置, 即, 此处对设置的呼叫转移 号码的个数没有具体限制。 通知转移号码的内容为: #FROM# *被叫号码 *主叫号码 * , 根据上述格 式, 转移号码所对应的终端可以 4艮明显得知, 哪一个是被叫号码, 哪一个是 主叫号码。 需要说明的是, 上述格式仅是该实施例的格式之一, 并不具体限 定为此一种格式。 需要说明的是上述号码解析借助短信技术, 即转移号码所对应的终端若 收到短信, 则短信模块先解析出来短信的号码和内容, 如果来短信的号码与 被叫终端的号码相同, 且短信内容以 "#FROM#,,开头, 则解析出的第一个号 码为被叫号码, 第二个号码为主叫号码。 需要说明的是, 本实施例可以根据用户设置的短信, 自动向主叫或转移 号码发送的预定内容的短信, 也可以同时向主叫终端和转移号码所属的终端 同时发送预定内容的短信。 在此, 需要与一般的短信相区别, 因此需要设置 个性化参数, 而一般的短信拒接功能没有这些个性化参数设置, 仅是向主叫 发送短信, 短信内容格式要求也不同, 基于此, 主叫终端和 /或呼叫转移号码 所属的终端可以明显区分本实施例中的特定内容特定格式的短信和一般的短 信。 在主叫发起呼叫的过程中, 如果收到被叫的短信, 且内容符合上述的特 定格式要求, 则自动解析出呼叫转移号码, 停止对被叫的呼叫, 弹出提示让 用户确认是否发起对第一个转移号码的呼叫, 如果第一个转移号码呼叫不成 功则发起对后续号码的呼叫, 以此类推。 需要说明的是转移号码解析借助短信技术, 主叫终端在发起呼叫过程中 若收到短信, 则短信模块先解析出所收到的短信的号码和内容, 如果来短信 的号码和正在呼叫的号码相同, 且短信内容以 "#TO#,,打头, 则将后续内容解 析为电话号码, 解析出的所有号码即为呼叫转移号码。 优选的, 转移号码如果收到上述格式的短信, 则先解析出被叫号码和主 叫号码, 判断转移号码所对应的终端目前是否处于通话状态, 若处于空闲状 态, 则直接提示用户主叫号码 Α收到被叫号码 B的电话, 是否发起对 A号 码的呼叫; 如处于通话状态, 则等当前通话结束后延迟提示用户。 图 6是 居本发明优选实施例的移动终端的主要功能模块的交互示意 图, 图 6中涉及的模块包括: 通话模块 60、 电话本 62、 转移设置模块 64、 短信模块 66。 通话模块 60主要设置为才艮据转移功能设置情况, 处理来电流程, 调用 电话本查找号码, 调用短信模块发送消息通知主叫或转移号码。 短信模块 66 主要供通话模块调用发送短信, 当收到特殊格式的短信后调用通话模块发起 呼叫。 转移设置模块 64主要提供用户进行一些参数设置, 供通话模块查找 所设置的参数。 电话本 62模块设置为通话或短信模块查找号码所对应的联 系人姓名。 图 7是根据本发明实施例优选的来电处理的流程图, 下面结合该图进行 说明。 被叫终端收到来电,读取转移功能的开关, 判断转移功能开关是否开启, 结果为是, 则读取延迟时间, 即读取定时时长, 根据读取的定时时长, 设置 定时器, 定时器到时, 读取是否通知主叫开关, 若为是, 调用短信模块向主 叫发送特定内容的短信, 然后, 读取通知转移号码的开关, 若为开, 调用短 信模块向转移号码发送特定内容的短信。 需要说明的是, 读取通知主叫开关 和读取通知转移号码的开关可以是并行处理。 主叫在呼叫过程中, 收到该短信后, 自动解析出呼叫转移号码, 停止对 被叫的呼叫, 弹出提示让用户确认是否发起对转移号码的呼叫。 转移号码在 收到该短信时, 先解析出被叫号码和主叫号码, 判断手机目前是否处于通话 状态,若处于空闲状态,则直接提示用户主叫号码 A收到被叫号码 B的电话, 是否发起对号码 A的呼叫; 如处于通话状态, 则等当前通话结束后再延迟提 示用户。 综上所述,通过上述实施例可以实时通知主叫用户和 /或转移号码所属终 端用户, 使主叫、 转移号码对应的终端能够及时了解情况, 并进行呼叫处理, 并不需要向通信运营商开通呼叫转移功能, 完全在本地就可实现被叫控制的 自动呼叫转移功能, 节约了费用。 另外, 用户还可以对被叫终端多个参数进 行设置, 为号码更改等带来了方便, 并且还可以设置多个转移号码, 降低了 错过电话的几率。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种呼叫转移的处理方法, 包括:
被叫终端接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫;
所述被叫终端向其他终端发送内容为预定格式的短信, 其中, 所 述短信的短信内容用于向所述其他终端指示所述被叫终端接收到来自 所述主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于向所述其他终端指示所述被叫终端 将所述呼叫转移到预设终端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫终端向其他终端发送内 容为预定格式的短信包括:
所述被叫终端向所述主叫终端发送所述短信, 其中, 所述短信内 容中携带有将所述呼叫转移到的一个或多个所述预设终端的号码。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫终端向其他终端发 送内容为预定格式的短信包括:
所述被叫终端向所述呼叫转移到的所述预设终端发送所述短信, 其中, 所述短信内容中携带有所述主叫终端的号码和所述被叫终端的 号码以指示所述被叫终端接收到来自所述主叫终端的呼叫。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫终端向其他终端发送内 容为预定格式的短信包括:
所述被叫终端在接收到所述呼叫之后, 经过预定时长, 再向其他 终端发送内容为预定格式的所述短信。
5. —种呼叫转移的处理方法, 包括:
终端接收到被叫终端被主叫终端呼叫后发送的短信, 其中, 所述 短信的短信内容为预定格式, 所述短信内容用于指示所述被叫终端接 收到来自所述主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于指示所述被叫终端将所述 呼叫转移到预设终端;
所述终端才艮据所述短信内容进行提示和 /或呼叫处理。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 在所述终端为所述主叫终端的情 况下, 所述终端才艮据所述短信的内容进行提示和 /或呼叫处理包括: 所述终端提示是否向所述短信内容中携带的所述预设终端的号码 发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 向所述预设终端的号码发起呼叫; 或 者,
所述终端直接向所述预设终端的号码发起呼叫。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端提示是否向所述短信内 容中携带的所述预设终端的号码发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 向所 述预设终端的号码发起呼叫包括:
在所述预设终端的号码为多个的情况下, 所述终端提示是否向多 个所述预设终端的号码的第一个发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 发起 呼叫; 或者,
所述终端在提示之后,向用户选择出的预设终端的号码发起呼叫。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 在所述终端为所述预设终端的情 况下, 所述终端才艮据所述短信的内容进行提示和 /或呼叫处理包括: 所述终端提示是否向所述短信内容中携带的所述主叫终端的号码 发起呼叫, 并在得到确认之后, 向所述主叫终端的号码发起呼叫; 或 者,
所述终端直接向所述主叫终端的号码发起呼叫。
9. 一种终端, 包括:
通话模块, 设置为接收来自主叫终端的呼叫, 并调用短信模块发 送内容为预定格式的短信;
短信模块, 设置为向其他终端发送所述短信, 其中, 所述短信的 短信内容用于向所述其他终端指示所述其他终端所述被叫终端接收到 来自所述主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于向所述其他终端指示所述被叫 终端将所述呼叫转移到预设终端。
10. —种终端, 包括:
短信模块, 设置为接收被叫终端被主叫终端呼叫后发送的短信, 其中, 所述短信的短信内容为预定格式, 所述短信内容用于指示所述 被叫终端接收到来自主叫终端的呼叫, 和 /或, 用于指示所述被叫终端 将所述呼叫转移到预设终端;
还包括以下至少之一: 设置为根据所述短信内容进行提示的提示 模块、 设置为进行根据所述短信内容进行呼叫处理的通话模块。
