背景技术
目前机顶盒的内容分享,基本属于点对点进行分享,如机顶盒分享给手机, 机顶盒分享给机顶盒, 用户的传播面有限, 无法形成良好的传播效应。 另一种 就是广播式分享, 由运营商统一强制推广, 例如通过广告, 或进入 VOD时的 推荐片花, 或群发推荐信息, 这些方式都是受众不明显, 还容易造成客户的反 感。 由于用户的使用率不高, 导致运营商的设备投资没有得到很好的利用, 白 白浪费掉大量的资源。现有技术的该种分享只能分享到一个终端,信息的传递 面有限。 如果运营商强制发信息推广到所有用户, 而每个用户的爱好不一样, 对推广信息内容兴趣程度也不一样, 强制推广, 所有信息都到用户那里, 反而 容易导致用户的反感, 起不到很好的推广效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种内容分享实现系统, 该系统将分享的方式从单一的点对 点, 扩展到点对面, 从而扩大信息的传播, 提高用户的使用率。
本发明技术方案是: 一种内容分享实现系统, 包括微博服务端、 短信息收 发端、第一微博客户端及第二微博客户端,微博服务器可以接收第一微博客户 端经过短信息收发端发送来的微博内容,处理后并可以将该微博内容发送至第 二微博客户端及第一微博客户端。
所述微博服务器可以接收第二微博客户端发送来的微博内容,处理后并可 将该微博内容发送至第二微博客户端及经过短信息收发端发送至第一微博客 户端。
所述第一微博客户端为无线客户端, 可为手机或移动终端。
所述第一微博客户端、 短信息收发端及微博服务端之间通过无线网络连 接。
所述无线网络连接至少包括通过 WiFi、 Bluetooth, 2.4G、 无线 HDMI、 Z-WAVE, Zigbee、 无线 USB、 WAPI其中一连接方式进行连接。 所述无线网络至少包括 CDMAlx/2000, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, TD-LTE, WiFi, WiMax, WAPI其中一网络。
所述第二微博客户端可为机顶盒、 数字电视或数字电视接收终端。
所述短信息收发端所收发的短信息可以普通的短信息、 彩信或甩信。
所述第二微博客户端与微博服务器间的连接采用有线数字网络连接。
所述微博服务端可与运营商服务器连接, 接收服务器发送的微博内容。 本发明的技术效果是: 本发明内容分享系统借鉴在互联网上的微博模式, 将原来用户和用户之间的直接联系, 变成用户到微博, 然后微博再发送到所有 对此主题感兴趣的用户, 将分享的方式从单一的点对点, 扩展到点到面, 且只 发送到自己想要接受的用户, 从而扩大信息的传播, 提高用户的使用率, 从而 使得运营商的利润增加。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图并举实 施例, 对本发明所述方案作进一步地详细说明。
本发明实现了一种内容分享的方式,组成包括电视微博服务器,短信彩信 收发模块, 机顶盒微博客户端, 手机微博客户端。 将分享的方式从单一的点对 点, 扩展到点到面, 且只发送到自己想要接受的用户, 从而扩大信息的传播, 提高用户的使用率, 从而使得运营商的利润增加。
本发明实施例如图 1所示, 包括微博服务端 10、 短信息收发端 20、 第一 微博客户端 30、 第二微博客户端 40 , 第一微博客户端 30为无线客户端, 可以 为手机等移动终端, 通过无线网络与微博服务器 10连接, 所述无线网络至少 包括 CDMAlx/2000, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, TD-LTE, WiFi, WiMax, WAPI 其中一网络。 该无线网络至少包括 CDMAlx/2000, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, TD-LTE, WiFi, WiMax, WAPI 其中一网络。
第二微博客户端 40为数字接收终端, 可以为机顶盒、 数字电视等数字电 视接收终端, 通过有线数字电视网络与微博服务器 10连接。
短信息收发端 20与第一微博客户端 30及微博服务端 10连接, 短信息收 发端 20接收第一微博客户端 30发送的短信息, 进行处理, 并将处理后的内容 转至微博服务端 10。 所述第一微博客户端 30所发送的短信息可以为普通的短 信息, 也可以彩信或甩信等。
微博服务端 10可以接收来自第一微博客户端 30、 第二微博客户端 40的 内容, 并对接收到的内容进行处理, 同时, 也可将其内容传送给第一微博客户 端 30、 第二微博客户端 40。
综上所述,在本系统中,微博服务器 10可以接收第一微博客户端 30通过 短信息收发端 20发送来的短信息, 即微博内容,微博服务器 10处理后并可以 将该微博内容经过有线数字网络发送至第二微博客户端 40、 经过短信息收发 端 20或直接经无线网络发送至第一微博客户端 30; 另, 微博服务器 10可以 接收第二微博客户端 40经有线数字网络发送来的微博内容, 并处理后将该微 博内容经过有线数字网络发送至第二微博客户端 40、 经过短信息收发端 20或 直接经无线网络发送至第一微博客户端 30。
另, 微博服务端 10还可以与运营商服务器直接连接, 接收来自运营商提 供的或推荐的微博内容。 该连接可以是有线连接, 也可以是无线连接。
如图 2所示, 本发明内容分享实现系统的一个应用实例: 首先无线终端如 手机等移动终端的一个用户想推荐一首歌曲,该用户即在其无线终端上编辑微 博内容, 并将该微博内容经无线传输传至微博服务器,微博服务器接收到该微 博内容后进行处理, 并将该微博内容共享至微博的某一主题, 归入某一主题后 分发该微博内容至其他的无线终端 1、 无线终端 2等等, 以及数字终端, 如机 顶盒、 数字电视等数字电视接收终端, 以及其他的数字终端 1、 数字终端 2等 等。 又如果某一数字终端如机顶盒、数字电视等数字电视接收终端用户想推荐 一电视频道, 该用户即可在其数字终端上编辑微博内容, 并将该微博内容经有 线数字电视网络传输传至微博服务器,微博服务器接收到该微博内容后进行处 理, 并将该微博内容共享至微博的某一主题, 归入某一主题后分发该微博内容 至其他的无线终端 1、 无线终端 2等等, 以及数字终端 1、 数字终端 2等等。 另外, 本发明运营商也可以推荐内容, 以微博形式传输至微博服务器, 从而分 享给加入对应微博主题的所有无线终端用户及所有数字终端用户。如本发明实 例中, 运营商可以推荐一影片。
综上所述, 以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种内容分享实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括微博服务端、 短信息收发 端、第一微博客户端及第二微博客户端,微博服务器可以接收第一微博客户端 经过短信息收发端发送来的微博内容,处理后并可以将该微博内容发送至第二 微博客户端及第一微博客户端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述微博服务器可以接收 第二微博客户端发送来的微博内容,处理后并可将该微博内容发送至第二微博 客户端及经过短信息收发端发送至第一微博客户端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一微博客户端 为无线客户端, 可为手机或移动终端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一微博客户端、 短 信息收发端及微博服务端之间通过无线网络连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述无线网络连接至少包 括通过 WiFi、 Bluetooth, 2.4G、 无线 HDMI、 Z-WAVE, Zigbee、 无线 USB、 WAPI其中一连接方式进行连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述无线网络至少包括 CDMAlx/2000, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, TD-LTE, WiFi WiMax, WAPI其中一网络。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二微博客户端 可为机顶盒、 数字电视或数字电视接收终端。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信息收发端所 收发的短信息可以普通的短信息、 彩信或甩信。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二微博客户端 与微博服务器间的连接采用有线数字网络连接。
