Abstract
본 발명은 유기성 폐기물 처리장치 및 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 산발효조, 메탄발효조, 완충조 및 분리막장치가 포함되어 이루어진 유기성 폐기물 처리장치에 있어서, 메탄발효조 내의 혐기소화액이 와류에 의해 교반되도록 메탄발효조에 설치된 다수의 노즐을 포함한 와류생성수단; 완충조에 수용된 소화액이 배출되면서 발생하는 음압을 보상하기 위해 완충조에 설치된 가스홀더; 및, 분리막장치에 공급되는 소화액의 주입방향 전환수단;이 포함되어 이루어짐으로써, 기존의 교반기 및 노즐에서 발생된 와류에 의해 유기성 폐기물의 교반성능이 극대화되고, 완충조에서 소화액의 배출이 원활히 이루어지며, 관상형 여과막의 막오염을 대폭 늦추면서 여과막의 수명 연장과 더불어 고가의 여과막 교체 비용발이 최소화되도록 한 것이다.
