Abstract

본 발명은 벽체 또는 바닥에 설치되는 것으로, 전체적으로 다수 개의 중공(B)이 형성된 판재의 형상으로 성형제작된 단열재(112) 및 상기 단열재(112)의 외부를 감싸는 메쉬(WM)를 포함하여 구성되는 외부패널(110); 상기 중공(B)과 같은 형상으로 크기는 작게 성형제작된 단열재(122) 및 상기 단열재(122)의 외부를 감싸는 메쉬(WM)로 구성되어 상기 중공(B)에 삽입되는 다수 개의 내부패널(120); 및, 상기 외부패널(110)과 내부패널(120)의 결합체의 외부에 포설되되 상기 내부패널(120)과 상기 중공(B)의 틈새를 채우며 포설되는 코팅몰탈(M);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 및 단열패널 유닛(P)을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 외부패널(110)은 소정의 두께를 가지는 사각형이고 각 모서리는 인접하는 외부패널(110)과 맞물릴 수 있도록 상호 대응되게 단차 가공되며, 상기 중공(B)의 형상은 사각형이고, 상기 메쉬(WM)는 유리섬유네트인 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 및 단열패널 유닛(P)을 제공한다.
