传统的太阳能热水器为敞开式并安装在房顶上, 或者悬挂在 阳台或外墙上, 一旦遇到天气变化, 往往会使热水器受到意想不 到的损坏。 比如下雨时往往会夹带大量冰雹, 当冰雹超过一定重 量时, 将会把集热板上的集热管打碎, 这样就影响了热水器的功 效, 如果集热管被打碎多根, 热水器就起不到热能的转换作用, 降低了热水器的使用寿命。 而且热水器安装在房顶, 人们很难及 时发现集热管被打碎, 因此在使用时, 就会给用户带来许多烦恼 和不必要的麻烦。
为此, 人们经过长期的探索, 提出了各种各样的解决方案, 有些还申请了专利。 例如, 中国专利公开了一种真空玻璃管太阳 能集热板透光保护装置 [授权公告号为: CN 2514272Y] , 它由安装 有带支架、 热水过流管的镀膜真空玻璃管的太阳能集热板与保护 机构连接所组成, 而保护机构由太阳能集热板框架上的连接件与 透光保护罩可拆装连接成一体构成, 只要松开或拧紧螺钉, 就可 打开笾光保护草, 使十维修和调换零仵。
虽然上述保护装置能起到防止集热管被打碎的目的, 但阳光 穿过该保护罩时, 由于保护罩的作用使直接到达集热板上的阳光 强度减弱, 使集热板不能充分吸收太阳能。 若在阳光不充足的天 气使用这种保护罩,根本起不到利用太阳能对水进行加热的目的。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题, 提供 了一种集热效率高的太阳能平板集热器。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现: 一种太阳能 平板集热器, 包括一个底座, 该底座具有一沿横向展开的凹腔, 所述的凹腔的表面设有一隔热层, 在隔热层上所述凹腔的底面处 设有若干呈管状的热交换管, 其特征在于, 所述的底座凹腔的端 口处覆盖有一层透光玻璃, 所述透光玻璃与底座凹腔的端口处通 过粘接固连在一起。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述底座凹腔的端口处具有 向外侧凸出的凸沿, 上述透光玻璃的边沿贴靠在凸沿上, 且在凸 沿与透光玻璃之间具有胶水。 底座凹腔的外侧凸沿与透光玻璃粘 合, 不占用凹腔空间, 能保证阳光充分穿过透光玻璃照射进凹腔 内。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的胶水为 UV 胶水。 UV 胶水固化时间短, 在紫外线照射后可达较高强度, 安装快捷, 粘 合持久牢固。 UV胶水为无影胶或紫外线胶水。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的凸沿上具有若干凹入 的容胶凹槽。 容胶凹槽为半球形, 在倒入 UV胶水时, 可以准确掌 握胶水的定位和用量, 让透光玻璃和凹腔凸沿能精确粘合。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的容胶凹槽均布于凸沿 上。 在长方形凸沿的四角和周边, 均可设置容胶凹槽, 让透光玻 璃粘合地吏竿固。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的隔热层与透光玻璃之 间还具有导热板, 上述的热交换管连接在导热板上。 导热板为铜 板且在铜板的表面具有兰钛处理层。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的透光玻璃的棱角处设 有包角, 且包角将透光玻璃的棱角处和凸沿的棱角包裹。 包角两 边成直角, 交叉处为弧形, 作用在于保护透光玻璃的棱角和凸沿 棱角, 使得其棱角处得到钝角处理。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的透光玻璃成长方形, 所述透光玻璃的四个棱角处均具有包角。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的包角采用塑料材料制 成。 塑料制成的包角成本低, 持久耐用。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述隔热层的材料为泡沬塑 料。 泡沬塑料制成的隔热层具有成本低, 加工简单, 弹性优良, 隔热性能好等优势。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述隔热层为矿物棉制品。 矿物棉是极佳的绝热材料, 具有不燃、 不霉、 不易变形等优势。
在上述的太阳能平板集热器中, 所述的热交换管为热管。 热 管内部主要靠工作液体的汽、 液相变传热, 热阻很小, 因此具 有很高的导热能力。
与现有技术相比, 本太阳能平板集热器有以下优点:
1、 底座端口处的凸沿和透光玻璃固连在一起,透光率更 好。
2、 采用胶水粘合, 包角加固, 使得太阳能平板集热器 结构紧凑, 外形美观。

隔热层 6上镶嵌有由一根极管 2a和数根排管 2b组成的热交 换管 2。 极管 2a两端固定在凹腔 l a边框上, 水平靠在长方形凹 腔 l a的边缘处。 数根排管 2b竖直穿插过极管 2a, 顶部抵在隔热 层 6上, 另一端固定在凹腔 l a边缘, 排管 2b竖直均布镶嵌在隔 热层 6内。热交换管 2上覆盖有一层略小于凹腔 l a的长方形集热 板 3, 排管 2b与集热板 3之间采用超声波悍接。 集热板 3收集的 热能, 能被镶嵌在隔热层 6上的热交换管 2均匀快捷地吸收, 隔 热层 6又能有效地保护热能不流失。
凹腔 l a的端口具有向外侧凸出的凸沿 lb, 凸沿 lb上设置有 均布的半球形容胶凹槽 5, 储存有 UV胶水。 凸沿 lb上覆盖有一 层与底座 1等大的透光玻璃 4,通过容胶凹槽 5中 UV胶水的作用, 能和凸沿 lb牢固地粘合在一起。 长方形凸沿 lb的四角安装有塑 料包角 7, 能更好地压合凸沿 lb和透光玻璃 4的粘合处, 又能保 护棱角, 防止发生碰撞而损坏。
