 太陽光を分光し、その中から青色光を取り出し、増幅させて水に照射する。
 青色光が水を分離させ水素(H2)と酸素(O2)にする
太陽光を分光させるプリズムのような装置を使い、分光された太陽光の青色光のみを取り出し、鏡面反射にて青色光の振幅を増幅させ、その増幅された青色光を水に照射する。 増幅青色光を水分子に照射すると、水分子の電子の軌道が増幅され、軌道が不安定になり、電子が外へ飛び出し、水分子は崩壊し、元の水素分子と酸素分子に戻る。
 分光機と光の増幅機を使用し、青色光を増幅させ、水に照射する。
 水素を利用し、発電・可燃燃料として使える
