Abstract

Ce microsystème de transformation d'une différence de pressions dans un fluide en un déplacement mécanique comporte au moins un renfort (70-73), d'un côté, fixé à au moins un plan et, de l'autre côté, fixé ou en appui glissant avec une portion distale (16, 17) d'une partie mobile (12, 14) pour limiter sa déformation dans une direction transversale perpendiculaire à une direction longitudinale de déplacement.
