Abstract
Eine Schaltung zum Schutz eines elektrischen Verbrauchers gegen Verpolung unter Verwendung eines MOSFETs (Metall Oxid Halbleiter Feldeffekttransistor) (T1), wobei die Schaltung eingangsseitig an eine Spannungsversorgung und ausgangsseitig an den Verbraucher angeschlossen ist und wobei der Source-Anschluss des MOSFETs (T1) mit der Spannungsversorgung und der Drain-Anschluss des MOSFETs (T1) mit dem Verbraucher verbunden ist, ist im Hinblick auf das Ausbilden eines sicheren Verpolungsschutzes mit einem dynamischen Verhalten ähnlich einer Diode bei gleichzeitig geringer Verlustleistung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gate des MOSFETs (T1) mit dem Kollektor eines ersten bipolaren Transistors (T3) und die Source des MOSFETs (T1) mit dem Emitter des ersten bipolaren Transistors (T3) verbunden sind und dass die Basis des ersten bipolaren Transistors (T3) mit einem Steuerstrom gesteuert ist, wobei der Steuerstrom aus der Spannung am Drain des MOSFETs (T1) abgeleitet ist.
