一种 IPTV系统及其实现点播服务的方法和节点设备
技术领域
本发明涉及交互式网络电视(IPTV ) 系统中用户点播领域, 尤其涉及一 种 IPTV系统及其实现点播服务的方法和节点设备。
背景技术
目前 IPTV技术已经成为一项热门技术, IPTV的业务在不断地扩展, IPTV 的解决方案也层出不穷。 就基本业务来说, 主要是两类, 一类是所有用户同 一时刻看到相同内容的频道业务, 另一类是每个用户分别自由快进快退以及 定位播放的点播业务。 频道业务主要包括普通直播频道、 轮播频道、 时移频 道, 观看直播节目的用户则依赖于这些频道; 而点播业务主要包括视频点播 技术( VOD, Video On Demand )点播、 即点即播 ( TVOD, True Video On Demand )点播、 以及用户在时移频道上的时移电视( TSTV, TimeShift TV ) 点播。
业务的多样性决定了解决方案的多样性。 对于点播业务来说, 需要进行 文件的读取、 播放的控制、 和码流的分发控制。 在目前的 IPTV点播系统中, 若点播所用到的 VOD文件或者 TVOD以及 TSTV点播所用到的分片文件在 数据库中状态正常, 而文件传输协议(FTP, File Transfer Protocol )上的物理 文件被损坏, 有两种处理方法: 一是直接中断点播服务, 也即用户会被异常 退出; 二是在点播到异常文件用户发生中断后, 提供媒体服务节点去搜寻相 邻节点是否存在此文件, 若有此文件, 则重定向到相邻节点继续进行播放, 但是这种中断后的重定向播放一般会发生点播卡 , 甚至有可能出现短暂的黑 屏。 这两种处理方法对于用户体验都存在比较大的影响, 同时也降低了 IPTV 系统的实用性以及易用性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 提供一种 IPTV 系统及其实现点播服务 的方法和节点设备, 以解决提供点播服务的归属节点设备发生物理文件残缺 或者异常时无法实现持续播放的缺陷。
为了解决上述问题, 一种 IPTV系统实现点播服务的方法, 包括: 机顶盒根据用户发起的点播服务指示该点播服务的归属节点设备发送点 播文件分片,所述归属节点设备在向所述机顶盒发送点播文件分片的过程中, 若检测出本地缺失后续的点播文件分片, 则向可提供所缺失的点播文件分片 的其他节点设备发送通知, 收到所述通知的节点设备向所述机顶盒发送所述 归属节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片。
较佳地, 上述方法还包括:
收到所述通知的节点设备向所述机顶盒发送所述归属节点设备所缺失的 点播文件分片的过程中, 若检测出本地缺失后续的点播文件分片, 则向可提 供该缺失的点播文件分片的其他节点设备发送通知, 收到通知的节点设备向 所述机顶盒发送发起该通知的节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片。

本发明实施例 1
本实施例考虑, 可以利用文件预读检测方式来保证点播服务的完整, 即 当归属节点设备(包含媒体服务器) 能够提供点播服务时, 尽量由归属结点 设备提供点播服务, 同时归属节点设备在提供点播服务的过程中, 检测后续 提供点播服务是否异常 (即是否可以继续提供点播服务) , 这样, 在归属节 点设备 (包含媒体服务器)检测到后续无法继续提供点播服务时, 可根据接 力原理查找一个或多个归属节点设备以外的其他节点设备, 通知所查找到的 节点设备向机顶盒提供归属节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片, 如图 1所示。 其中, 归属节点设备检测到后续无法继续提供点播服务, 由所查找到的其他 节点设备提供归属节点设备所无法提供的点播服务时, 原归属节点服务器将 机顶盒所发起的各信令转发给正在提供点播服务的节点设备。
在优选的实施例中, 归属节点设备所查找到的其他节点设备向机顶盒发 送归属节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片的过程中, 查找到的节点设备检测本 地是否缺失后续的点播文件分片 (即待发送的点播文件分片) , 如果检测出 缺失后续的失点播文件分片, 则向可提供该缺失的点播文件分片的其他节点 设备发送通知, 其他节点设备根据收到的通知向所述机顶盒发送发起所述通 知的依赖节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片。
其中, 归属节点设备在发送点播文件分片的同时, 可以实时检测正在发 送的点播文件分片的下一或若干个点播文件分片是否存在, 当有点播文件分 片缺失时, 查找可提供缺失的点播文件分片的其他节点设备, 所查找到的节 点设备可以是提供所缺失的一个点播文件分片的节点设备, 也可以是提供所 缺失的若干个点播文件分片的节点设备。
优选方案中, 可以在归属节点设备的依赖节点设备中查找可提供缺失的 点播文件分片的节点设备。 这样, 缩小了归属节点设备的查找范围, 可大大 提高 IPTV系统性能。
本发明实施例 2
本实施例为优选实施例, 其中, 归属节点设备实时检测本节点是否缺失 当前正在发送的点播文件分片的下一点播文件分片, 若发生缺失, 则查找可 提供所缺失的点播服务的依赖节点设备, 由该依赖节点设备向机顶盒发送归 属节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片。 该过程如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 201 : 机顶盒下发点播消息给归属节点设备, 归属节点设备开始提 供点播服务;
步骤 202: 归属节点设备提供点播服务的同时对点播文件进行预读检测 处理, 判断本地是否缺失正在发送的点播文件分片的下一点播文件分片, 如 果是, 进入步骤 204, 否则进入步骤 203;
该步骤中, 判断本地是否缺失下一点播文件分片指, 判断本地是否存在 未被损坏的下一点播文件分片。 其中, 归属节点设备判断本地是否存在未被 损坏的下一点播文件分片的过程是, 检测以当前(即正在提供点播服务的时 刻) 为起点的设定时长内 (例如, 1 分钟内) 的后续的点播文件是否存在, 当设定时长内的点播文件存在, 则进一步检测该点播文件是否损坏, 当检测 该点播文件未损坏, 则认为本地下一点播文件分片未缺失; 当归属节点设备 检测本地不存在设定时长内的点播文件分片, 或者检测本地存在设定时长内 的点播文件分片但已损坏, 则认为本地缺失下一点播文件分片。
步骤 203: 归属节点设备将正在发送的点播文件分片的下一点播文件分 片发送给机顶盒, 发送完成后, 通知归属节点服务器进行后续点播服务, 返 回步骤 202;
步骤 204: 归属节点设备查找可提供归属节点设备所缺失的正在发送的 点播文件分片的下一点播文件分片的依赖节点设备, 向所查找到的依赖节点 设备发送通知以触发该依赖节点设备提供下一点播文件分片;
本实施例中, 归属节点设备在正在发送的本地的点播文件分片将要发送 完成时, 通过节点设备间的实时流传输协议(RTSP, Real Time Streaming Protocol )信令通知所查找到的依赖节点设备开始发送下一个点播文件分片, 其中, 归属节点设备向依赖节点设备发送 RTSP信令时, 该 RTSP信令中包 括所缺失的下一点播文件分片的标识信息 (如点播文件分片名称) 以及缺失 文件位置信息 (即该点播文件分片在哪一时刻损坏) , 以通知依赖节点向机 顶盒继续提供该下一点播文件分片。 本实施例中, 归属节点设备还可以在将 要发送完成之前的设定时间 (例如将要发送完成前的 5秒钟 )发送 RTSP信 令。
优选方案中, 为了能够衔接媒体包, 归属节点设备通知依赖节点进行点 播服务时, 还可以将归属节点设备上剩余的媒体数据携带在 RTSP信令中发 送给依赖节点设备。
步骤 205: 收到通知的依赖节点设备判断本地是否缺失该通知中所请求 的未被损坏的下一点播文件分片,如果是,进入步骤 207 ,否则进入步骤 206;
步骤 206: 依赖节点设备将本地的下一点播文件分片发送给机顶盒, 发 送完成后, 再由归属节点设备提供后续的点播服务, 返回步骤 202;
该步骤中, 依赖节点设备将本地的下一点播文件分片发送给机顶盒的同 时,还将向归属节点设备反馈本依赖节点的节点标识信息以及点播服务信息, 其中, 点播服务信息包括该依赖节点所提供的点播文件分片的起始时刻, 结 束时刻等信息。
步骤 207: 依赖节点设备查找可提供该通知中所请求的下一点播文件分 片的其他依赖节点设备, 向所查找到的依赖节点设备发送通知以触发该依赖 节点设备提供该下一点播文件分片, 查找到的依赖节点设备将本地的下一点 播文件分片发送给机顶盒, 发送完成后, 再由归属节点设备提供后续的点播 服务, 返回步骤 202, 直到当前点播服务结束。
上述流程中, 由依赖节点设备提供点播服务时, 机顶盒将收到的用户信 令(例如暂停、 快进快退、 停止、 恢复播放等信令)发送给归属节点设备, 再由归属节点设备转发给正在提供点播服务的依赖节点设备, 以控制该依赖 节点服务器的行为。 在优选方案中, 归属节点设备检测到缺失后续的点播文 件分片时, 还可显示所缺失的点播文件分片的信息 (包括所缺失的点播文件 分片的标识信息和缺失文件位置信息) , 以便管理员进行人为地删除或者替 换等。 还有一些方案中, 提供点播服务的依赖节点设备检测到缺失后续的点 播文件分片时, 同样可以进行上报, 以便于及时地进行点播服务的转移, 从 而保证点播服务不中断。

本实施例提供一种 IPTV 系统, 其包括机顶盒、 归属节点设备和依赖节 点设备, 其中:

5301 , 多媒体定位系统(MLSS )进行点播服务的管理以及分配, 使得机 顶盒发出的媒体服务请求优先选取归属节点设备进行服务。
5302, 机顶盒将点播请求服务下发给归属节点设备的业务处理模块。
5303 , 归属节点设备的业务处理模块增加点播用户。
S304,归属节点设备的业务处理模块向媒体服务模块发送点播服务请求。
S305 , S306, 归属节点设备的媒体服务模块根据业务处理模块下发的请 求来打开点播文件, 并发送给机顶盒。 S307 , S308 , 播放过程中, 归属节点设备的媒体服务模块对于点播范围 内以现在为起点一分钟内 (该时间段可配置) 的点播文件进行预读检测, 若 发现有文件被损坏,则可向管理员显示损坏文件标识信息 及损坏文件位置信 息。
S309 , 归属节点设备的媒体服务模块将文件损坏信息上报给业务处理模 块。
5310 , 归属节点设备的业务处理模块接收到文件损坏信息后, 查询依赖 节点设备的文件存储情况, 若依赖节点设备存在此文件, 则将媒体服务转移 到依赖节点设备继续进行。 若此依赖节点设备不存在此文件, 则向其它依赖 节点设备请求查询。 为了能够衔接媒体包, 将在归属节点设备上剩余的媒体 数据信息携带给依赖节点设备发送。 同样, 在依赖节点设备提供点播媒体服 务的过程中, 对点播范围内文件根据预读检测原则进行预读检测。

所述第一处理单元可包括媒体服务模块和业务处理模块, 其中: 所述媒体服务模块设置成: 根据机顶盒的指示发送点播文件分片, 以及 在发送点播文件分片的过程中, 检测本地是否缺失后续的点播文件分片; 所述业务处理模块设置成: 在媒体服务模块检测出本地缺失后续的点播 文件分片时, 通知可提供该缺失的点播文件分片的其他节点设备向机顶盒发 送本节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片, 以及用于接收机顶盒发送的用户操作 信令, 若依赖节点设备正在发送点播文件分片, 将接收到的用户操作信令转 发给该依赖节点设备。
所述第二处理单元设置成: 在本节点设备作为归属节点设备以外的其他 节点设备时进行各种操作, 主要用于接收其他节点设备发送的通知, 并根据 所接收到的通知向机顶盒发送发起该通知的节点设备所缺失的点播文件分 片。
第二处理单元可包括媒体服务模块和业务处理模块, 其中:
所述媒体服务模块设置成: 根据所接收到的通知向机顶盒发送发起该通 知的节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片, 并在发送点播文件分片的过程中, 检 测本地是否缺失后续的点播文件分片;
所述业务处理模块设置成: 接收其他节点设备发送的发送缺失点播文件 分片的通知, 以及在媒体服务模块检测出本地缺失后续的点播文件分片时, 通知可提供该缺失的点播文件分片的其他节点设备向机顶盒发送本节点设备 所缺失的点播文件分片。
优选方案中, 上述节点设备的第一处理单元中以及第二单元中业务处理 模块在媒体服务模块检测出本地缺失后续的点播文件分片时, 均可以通知可 提供该缺失的点播文件分片的依赖节点设备向机顶盒发送本节点设备所缺失 的点播文件分片。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明的实施例方案在提供点播服务的归属节点设备发生物理文件残缺 或者异常时, 利用其他节点设备实现了无缝切换持续播放。 因此本发明具有 很强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种 IPTV系统实现点播服务的方法, 该方法包括:
机顶盒根据用户发起的点播服务指示该点播服务的归属节点设备发送点 播文件分片, 所述归属节点设备在向所述机顶盒发送所述点播文件分片的过 程中, 若检测出本地缺失后续点播文件分片, 则向可提供后续点播文件分片 的依赖节点设备发送通知, 收到所述通知的依赖节点设备向所述机顶盒发送 所述归属节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述归属节点设备将其剩 余的媒体数据携带在所述通知中发送给所述依赖节点设备。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
收到所述通知的依赖节点设备向所述机顶盒发送所述归属节点设备所缺 失的后续点播文件分片的过程中, 检测本地是否缺失后续的点播文件分片, 若缺失, 则向可提供后续点播文件分片的其他依赖节点设备发送通知, 收到 通知的其他依赖节点设备向所述机顶盒发送发起该通知的依赖节点设备所缺 失的后续点播文件分片。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
在所述点播服务过程中, 当正在发送点播文件分片的节点设备为依赖节 点设备时, 所述机顶盒将收到的用户操作信令发送给所述归属节点设备, 由 所述归属节点设备将所述用户操作信令转发给正在发送点播文件分片的依赖 节点设备。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述归属节点设备检 测出本地缺失后续点播文件分片, 向可提供后续点播文件分片的依赖节点设 备发送通知 , 收到所述通知的依赖节点设备向所述机顶盒发送所述归属节点 设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片的步骤包括:
所述归属节点设备根据所述机顶盒的指示开始发送点播文件分片, 若检 测当前正在发送的点播文件分片的下一点播文件分片缺失, 则查找可提供该 下一点播文件分片的依赖节点设备,在正在发送的点播文件分片将要完成时, 向查找到的依赖节点设备发送携带有该下一点播文件分片信息的通知, 所述 依赖节点设备根据收到的通知向所述机顶盒发送所述下一点播文件分片。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
所述归属节点设备通过实时流传输协议 RTSP信令发送所述携带有该下 一点播文件分片信息的通知。
7、 一种交互式网络电视 IPTV系统, 包括机顶盒、 归属节点设备和依赖 节点设备, 其中:
所述归属节点设备设置成: 根据所述机顶盒的指示发送点播文件分片 , 若在发送点播文件分片的过程中, 检测出缺失后续的点播文件分片, 则向可 提供后续点播文件分片的依赖节点设备发送通知;
所述依赖节点设备设置成: 根据收到的通知向所述机顶盒发送所述归属 节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的 IPTV系统, 其中, 所述依赖节点设备包括第一 媒体服务模块和第一业务处理模块, 其中:
所述第一媒体服务模块设置成: 根据收到的通知向所述机顶盒发送所述 归属节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片, 并在发送过程中检测本地是否缺 失后续的点播文件分片; 所述第一业务处理模块设置成: 在所述第一媒体服务模块检测出本地缺 失后续的点播文件分片时, 通知可提供该缺失的点播文件分片的其他依赖节 点设备向所述机顶盒发送本依赖节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的 IPTV系统, 其中, 所述归属节点设备包括 第二媒体服务模块和第二业务处理模块, 其中:
所述第二媒体服务模块设置成: 根据所述机顶盒的指示发送点播文件分 片, 以及在发送点播文件分片的过程中, 检测本地是否缺失后续的点播文件 分片;
所述第二业务处理模块设置成: 在所述第二媒体服务模块检测出本地缺 失点播文件分片时, 通知可提供后续点播文件分片的依赖节点设备向所述机 顶盒发送所述归属节点设备所缺失的点播文件分片; 接收机顶盒发送的用户 操作信令, 将所述用户操作信令发送给正在发送点播文件分片的依赖节点设 备; 将所述归属节点设备剩余的媒体数据携带在所述通知中发送给所述依赖 节点设备。
10、 一种节点设备, 该节点设备包括媒体服务模块, 其中:
所述媒体服务模块设置成: 接收机顶盒下发的指示, 并根据机顶盒下发 的指示发送点播文件分片, 或者接收其他节点设备发送的通知, 并根据收到 的通知向机顶盒发送其他节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件分片, 并在发送点 播文件分片或其他节点设备所缺失的后续点播文件的过程中检测本地是否缺 失后续的点播文件分片。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的节点设备, 该节点设备还包括业务处理模块, 其中:
所述业务处理模块设置成: 在发送点播文件分片的过程中检测出本地缺 失后续的点播文件分片时, 通知可提供所缺失的后续点播文件分片的其他节 点设备将本节点设备缺失的后续点播文件分片发送给机顶盒。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的节点设备, 其中, 所述业务处理模块还 设置成: 接收机顶盒发送的用户操作信令, 将接收到的用户操作信令发送给 正在发送点播文件分片的其他节点设备。
13、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的节点设备, 其中,
所述媒体服务模块所接收的通知中携带发送该通知的节点设备剩余的媒 体数据;
所述业务处理模块还设置成: 将本节点设备剩余的媒体数据携带在通知 中发送给可提供所缺失的后续点播文件分片的其他节点设备。
