Abstract
Cette invention concerne de nouvelles enzymes et de nouveaux procédés de production de ces enzymes. L'invention concerne plus précisément des enzymes d'origine fongique entrant dans la catégorie des oxydoréductases et produites par des champignons. L'invention décrit les molécules d'acide nucléique codant ces enzymes, des compositions, des cellules hôtes recombinées et modifiées génétiquement, et leurs procédés d'utilisation. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés d'utilisation de ces nouvelles enzymes et des compositions comportant ces enzymes dans différents autres procédés, notamment la désinfection de produits alimentaires, le désencrage et la décoloration biologique de la farine, du coton, du papier et de la pulpe, et le traitement anti-pollution. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé d'aide à la conversion de la biomasse lignocellulosique en sucres fermentescibles avec des enzymes dégradant la matière lignocellulosique, et de nouvelles combinaisons d'enzymes, notamment celles qui assurent une libération synergique de sucres issus de la biomasse végétale.
