Abstract
Le procédé consiste à préalablement trier les carrosseries à recycler, à démonter ces carrosseries et obtenir un premier tri de matériaux, pour dans une deuxième phase défragmenter les matériaux en matières premières et les trier selon leur nature, pour dans une troisième phase produire des matériaux broyés de chacune de ces matières premières, de manière indépendante, en effectuant dans une quatrième phase le mélange de tous les composants préalablement broyés de manière indépendante, pour ensuite, et après avoir ajouté un composant ou un composant adhésif double dans la phase antérieure, appliquer des éléments de scellage et réaliser un pressage définitif pour obtenir un panneau léger et souple ou résistant et rigide pour des applications différentes, tout ceci avec une vérification de toute et chacune des phases du procédé avec une révision finale du produit définitif.
