Abstract

The invention relates to a frame for a folding shopping cart that includes two side tubes (1), a folding support crossbar (5), having side projections (5a, 5b) hinged at the side tubes (1), the support crossbar (5) being collapsible; a collapsible rear wheel-holder support (7), the front ends (7a, 7b) of which are hinged at the side tubes (1), and the rear ends (7c, 7d) of which have attached respective rear wheels (8); a front bar (9) with side arms (9a, 9b), the free ends of which are hinged at the side projections (5a, 5b); a transverse body (10) between the side tubes (1), the side projections (5a, 5b) and the side arms (9a, 9b), the rear portion of the transverse body (10) being hinged at the side tubes (1) and the front part at the side arms (9a, 9b) of the front bar (9), and front rotating wheels (12) in a horizontal plane, connected to the bottom of the front portion of the transverse body (10).
