另外, 上述的吊钩座与锁钩座上分别开设的导向槽孔和第一轴孔的具体 实施方式, 可以变化为如下另一具体实施方式, gp : 在吊钩座开设第一轴孔, 在锁钩座上开设导向槽孔, 连杆与导向槽孔、 第一轴孔的连接方式不变。 同 样也可以达到吊钩座与锁钩座联动目的。
本发明的敞开式车厢顶盖锁扣装置的使用方式是: 当顶盖落位于车顶上 时, 吊钩在自重作用下向下滑动, 通过连杆带动锁钩座向下翻转, 使钩形锁 钩钩在车体的侧梁上, 从而实现落盖自动锁钩, 使顶盖牢固盖住车顶, 防止 雨水侵入以及货物扬尘污染环境。 当开启顶盖时, 起吊设备钩住所述吊钩, 向上起吊, 此时, 吊钩在起吊设备的上牵引作用下, 在座体向上滑动, 通过 连杆带动锁钩座向上翻转, 使钩形锁钩从车体的上侧梁上脱离, 从而实现自 动解锁。
最后所应说明的是, 以上具体实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案 而非限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而 不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范 围当中。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 包括座体、 吊钩座、 吊钩、 锁钩座、 锁钩、 连杆; 所述座体包括立板、 上盖板和底板, 所述上盖 板和底板分别安装在立板的顶部和底部,所述底板连接敞开式车厢顶盖边缘; 所述吊钩的钩端朝上连接在吊钩座上, 所述吊钩座连接所述立板, 并且能在 所述上盖板与底板之间的垂直方向上相对所述立板滑动; 所述锁钩座铰接在 所述座体下部, 所述锁钩的钩端朝下连接在锁钩座上; 所述吊钩座上部与所 述锁钩座通过所述连杆活动连接, 所述连杆与所述吊钩座、 锁钩座的连接端 点均分别位于所述吊钩座、 锁钩座上远离所述立板的一侧。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 所 述吊钩座下部为楔形, 所述锁钩座上有与所述楔形面相配合的斜面, 所述斜 面与所述楔形面紧密接触配合时, 锁扣装置处于紧锁状态。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 在 所述上盖板与吊钩座之间安装弹簧。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 所 述底板通过底座连接敞开式车厢顶盖边缘; 所述底座通过通用螺栓安装在所 述敞开式车厢顶盖边缘上, 底座上开有长形槽孔, 底板上开有螺孔, 通用螺 栓穿过所述长形槽孔和螺孔将底座与底板连接。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 所 述底板上的螺孔为长圆孔, 长圆孔的长度方向与长形槽孔的长度方向垂直。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的敞开式车厢顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 在所 述吊钩座之上的所述立板上部安装限位杆, 用于限制吊钩座的上升位置。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 所 述锁钩座包括夹紧装置, 所述锁钩通过该夹紧装置连接在所述锁钩座上。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征在于, 所 述夹紧装置包括方形夹槽、螺栓孔、夹紧螺栓, 所述锁钩包括钩体和螺丝杆, 所述螺丝杆连接在钩体顶部, 钩体由下至上插入方形夹槽内, 螺丝杆头伸出 方形夹槽并安装螺母, 所述夹紧螺栓通过螺栓孔穿过方形夹槽壁连接所述钩 体。
9、根据权利要求 1-8之一所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置,其特征在 于, 所述吊钩座上部开有导向槽孔; 所述锁钩座上开有轴孔, 所述连杆的一 端铰接所述锁钩座, 另一端连接所述导向槽孔。
10、 根据权利要求 1-8之一所述的敞开式车厢的顶盖锁扣装置, 其特征 在于, 所述锁钩座上开有导向槽孔; 所述吊钩座上部开有轴孔, 所述连杆的 一端铰接所述吊钩座, 另一端连接所述导向槽孔。
