背景技术

综上所述, 现有的脱氧保鲜剂整卷式自动分切投放装置具有很多缺点, 亟需改进。

本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能真空吸附式投放机, 它主要解决现有 的脱氧保鲜剂整卷式自动分切投放装置, 操作周期长易使脱氧保鲜剂的吸氧
功能降低等技术问题, 它具有结构简单, 操作方便等特点。

具体实施方式

本发明使用时, 通过真空泵 1产生负压气体, 同时, 阀门 11处于打开状 态使得气路畅通, 因此该吸气管道 13—端的吸气口 15可以将通过先通过筒 内整理机构 18整理后的物料吸引住; 然后通过电机 5驱动滚筒 12转动, 当 吸气口 15在随滚筒 12转动到最高处时恰位于下料槽 17入料口的上方,阀门 11将气路关闭, 这时物料可以落入下料槽 17的入料口并从下料槽 17输出。
再请参阅图 1, 所述的下料槽 17下端连通到下料仓 21的一端, 该下料 仓 21底部具有空气吸附推送滑槽 20,一电动机 26连接驱动一偏心转动轴 27, 该偏心转动轴 27再通过牵拉绳带连接驱动空气吸附推送滑槽 20, 所述的空 气吸附推送滑槽 20上具有一吸气口 25; —空气吸气管 23—端连接到空气阀 门装置 22上, 另一端则连通到空气吸附推送滑槽 20内; 所述的空气吸附推 送滑槽 20的外端设置滑槽终端 24。
使用时, 从下料槽 17排出的袋装物料落入下料仓 21, 此时, 通过电动 机 26驱动偏心转动轴 27转动进而带动吸附推送滑槽 20向滑槽终端 24方向 滑动,同时空气阀门装置 22启动并通过空气吸气管 23在吸附推送滑槽 20产 生了负压气体, 而吸附推送滑槽 20上的吸气口 25可以吸住一袋物料向滑槽 终端 24方向输送。当偏心转动轴 27继续转动, 吸附推送滑槽 20又回到初始 位置以供下一次输送物料, 同时空气阀门装置 22暂时关闭。 通过上述结构, 可以很方便地将袋装物料逐袋排出。
另外, 所述的下料仓 21 内还具有一料仓闸门 28, 这样可以限制袋装物 料无序地从下料仓内输送到滑槽终端。另外, 所述的空气阀门装置 22可固定 设置在机架 2上。
