VEGITAL WATER PIPE (NARGILE) MOLASSES WITH NO
TOBACCO AND NICOTINE
Technical area that the new product is developed
In this development instead of water pipe tobacco, vegetal molasses with no nicotine is placed on the tray (lule) or cup shaped bowl, which is one of the pieces of water pipe to hold the tobacco. Before placing the molasses on the tray, we take it out of its container at the amount we prefer and scatter it as we do with tobacco. Then we place aluminum folio on the molasses to prevent molasses from burning, and put some glowing coal on it. It is necessary not to press the molasses hard to the base of the tray to facilitate the fire to reach the bottom of the tray while smoking. If we press the molasses hard we only smoke the upper part of it and in addition it burns rather fast. When the molasses is ignited, it evaporates and the customer enjoys the fruit flavor.
Known technical state
In this technique instead of water pipe tobacco, vegetal molasses with no nicotine is placed on the tray of the water pipe. If desired, smokers may use tobacco instead of vegetal molasses with no nicotine.
Technical problems that the new product aims to solve
Instead of causing some harm to human hygiene, vegetal molasses with no nicotine gives fruit taste to its smokers. It does not contain any carcinogenic materials nor causes any head ache or throat burning, consequently no expectorate is produced.
It also causes no addiction. It is very light and pleasant. Details about the new product developed This product contains heated glycerin, heated glucose, a number of aroma varieties (such as apple, Bahreyn (Bahrein), spesical, elfakhir, sour cherry, berry, mix, strawberry, melon, pomegranate, mint, grapes, banana, peach, cappuccino, chocolate, orange, watermelon, nutmeg, rose, mango, vanilla, blackberry, kiwi, apricot, gum mastic, pineapple and lemon) , vegetal mixture (apple peel, pear peel, peach peel) and food coloring. The mixture in definite amounts is mixed in the pastry blender approximately for 45 minutes-1,5 hours until it thickens like jam. The product is kept in a place at 26-30 C for about 7-10 days. Depending on the order by the customers, it is packed up and made ready in the packing machine in lOOgr, 125gr, 130gr, 150gr, 175gr, 200gr, 250gr, 300gr, 350gr, 400gr, 450gr, 500gr, 750gr, lOOOgr, 1500gr, 1750gr, 2000gr, 3000gr, 4000gr, 5000gr and lOOOOgr packages.
Application of the new product to industry
This product can be used widely in the areas that water pipe tobacco is used. This product is in jam thickness and gives the customers fruit taste.

Specialty: its inclusion of water pipe molasses without tobacco and nicotine instead of water pipe tobacco.
2) To develop molasses without tobacco and nicotine for the water pipes provided in the Declaration of Intention 1.
Specialty: development of a vegetal mixture (apple peel, pear peel, peach peel) that produces fruit taste when water pipe is smoked and used as substitute for water pipe tobacco.
