Abstract

본 발명은 비선형의 방정식에 의한 9차원적 신호처리시스템 및 데이터 알고리즘을 기반으로 하는 원자정보기술(Atomic Information Technology)에 관한 것으로서, 3진적 원자비트 및 64진법의 가역적 원자 게이트를 이용하여 비선형의 방정식에 의한 원자정보기술의 알고리즘을 구축하고, 이를 통해 정보연산이나 암호통신을 수행하거나 시스템반도체나 메모리반도체 등의 정보처리모듈이나 정보저장모듈을 제작하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
