Abstract
본 발명은 광전극의 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 광전극을 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 다공성 금속산화물 박막층에 염료를 흡착시키는 염료흡착단계, 용매에 용해된 전도성 고분자 단량체를 상기 염료가 흡착된 다공성 금속산화물 박막층에 침투시키는 단량체침투단계, 그리고 고체상 열중합으로 상기 전도성 고분자를 합성하는 고분자합성단계를 포함하는 광전극의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 제조방법은 간편하고 다양한 전도성 고분자나 염료에 적용이 가능하면서도 효율이 우수한 광전극 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지를 제공할 수 있다.
