前記複数の段階は、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象を短時間で閲覧する段階および長時間かけて閲覧する段階を少なくとも含むか、または前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する各ユーザの意見内容を短時間で閲覧する段階および長時間かけて閲覧する段階を少なくとも含み、
前記促進情報を提示するステップにおいては、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象または前記意見内容を短時間で閲覧する段階から前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象または前記意見内容を長時間かけて閲覧する段階へ誘導するための前記促進情報を提示する、付記42に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
前記促進情報を提示するステップにおいては、ある前記段階へ前記対象ユーザが移行してから所定時間経過しても前記対象ユーザが新たな前記段階へ移行しない場合に前記促進情報を前記対象ユーザに提示する、付記38から43のいずれかに記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
前記発言促進プログラムは、さらに、コンピュータに、
評価対象に対するユーザの意見内容、ユーザの操作履歴、およびユーザの属性の少なくとも1つに基づいて分類された複数のグループを示す分類情報を取得するステップを実行させるためのプログラムであり、
前記グループを判定するステップにおいては、取得した前記ユーザ情報に基づいて、取得した前記分類情報の示す前記複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定する、付記37から44のいずれかに記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
前記促進情報を提示するステップにおいては、前記促進情報の内容を前記グループごとに決定する、付記37から45のいずれかに記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
前記発言促進プログラムは、さらに、コンピュータに、
各前記グループと所定のメッセージとの対応関係を取得するステップを実行させるためのプログラムであり、
前記促進情報を提示するステップにおいては、取得した前記対応関係における各メッセージの中から、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに対応する前記メッセージを前記促進情報として選択する、付記46に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。

前記ユーザ情報を取得するステップにおいては、前記操作履歴として、前記他の評価対象に対して前記対象ユーザが意見内容を入力した記録を示すユーザ情報を取得し、
前記グループを判定するステップにおいては、取得した前記入力記録情報に基づいてユーザを複数のグループに分類し、取得した前記ユーザ情報に基づいて、前記複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定し、
前記促進情報を提示するステップにおいては、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記所定時間を算出する、付記51に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。

Claims (20)
- 対象ユーザの属性、1または複数の評価対象に対する前記対象ユーザの意見内容、および前記対象ユーザの操作履歴のうちの少なくとも1つを示すユーザ情報を取得するためのユーザ情報取得部と、
前記ユーザ情報取得部によって取得されたユーザ情報に基づいて、複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定するためのグループ判定部と、
前記対象ユーザに提示されている評価対象である提示評価対象に対して意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するように前記対象ユーザを誘導するための促進情報を、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記対象ユーザに提示するための入力促進部とを備える、情報処理装置。 - 前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するまでの動作が複数の段階に分けられ、
前記ユーザ情報取得部は、各前記段階における前記対象ユーザの操作履歴を示すユーザ情報を取得する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するまでの動作が複数の段階に分けられ、
前記ユーザ情報取得部は、前記対象ユーザによる前記段階の移行履歴を示すユーザ情報を取得する、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記グループ判定部は、対象段階より前に前記対象ユーザが移行した1または複数の前記段階における前記対象ユーザの操作履歴、および前記対象段階までの前記対象ユーザによる前記段階の移行履歴の少なくとも一方に基づいて、複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定し、
前記入力促進部は、前記対象段階、または前記対象段階より後に前記対象ユーザが移行する前記段階において、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記促進情報を前記対象ユーザに提示する、請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するまでの動作が複数の段階に分けられ、
前記入力促進部は、前記段階ごとに、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて、前記対象ユーザを次の段階へ誘導するための前記促進情報を提示する、請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記複数の段階は、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象を閲覧する段階、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する各ユーザの意見内容を閲覧する段階、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象を評価する段階、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する意見内容を入力する段階、および前記対象ユーザが新たな評価対象を入力する段階の少なくともいずれか2つを含む、請求の範囲第2項から第5項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記複数の段階は、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象を短時間で閲覧する段階および長時間かけて閲覧する段階を少なくとも含むか、または前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象に対する各ユーザの意見内容を短時間で閲覧する段階および長時間かけて閲覧する段階を少なくとも含み、
前記入力促進部は、前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象または前記意見内容を短時間で閲覧する段階から前記対象ユーザが前記提示評価対象または前記意見内容を長時間かけて閲覧する段階へ誘導するための前記促進情報を提示する、請求の範囲第6項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記入力促進部は、ある前記段階へ前記対象ユーザが移行してから所定時間経過しても前記対象ユーザが新たな前記段階へ移行しない場合に前記促進情報を前記対象ユーザに提示する、請求の範囲第2項から第7項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、さらに、
評価対象に対するユーザの意見内容、ユーザの操作履歴、およびユーザの属性の少なくとも1つに基づいて分類された複数のグループを示す分類情報を記憶するための分類情報記憶部を備え、
前記グループ判定部は、前記ユーザ情報取得部によって取得されたユーザ情報に基づいて、前記分類情報の示す前記複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定する、請求の範囲第1項から第8項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記入力促進部は、前記促進情報の内容を前記グループごとに決定する、請求の範囲第1項から第9項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、さらに、
各前記グループと所定のメッセージとの対応関係を記憶するためのメッセージ記憶部を備え、
前記入力促進部は、前記メッセージ記憶部によって記憶された前記メッセージの中から、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに対応する前記メッセージを前記促進情報として選択する、請求の範囲第10項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記入力促進部は、前記促進情報の提示方法を前記グループごとに決定する、請求の範囲第1項から第11項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記入力促進部は、前記促進情報の提示タイミングを前記グループごとに決定する、請求の範囲第12項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、さらに、
1または複数の評価対象に対して前記対象ユーザの属するグループにおける各ユーザが意見内容を入力した記録を示す入力記録情報を取得するための入力記録情報取得部を備え、
前記入力促進部は、前記入力記録情報取得部によって取得された前記入力記録情報に基づいて、前記促進情報の提示方法を決定する、請求の範囲第12項または第13項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記入力促進部は、所定のタイミングから所定時間経過しても前記提示評価対象に対する意見内容または新たな評価対象が入力されない場合に前記促進情報を前記対象ユーザに提示する、請求の範囲第1項から第14項のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、さらに、
前記所定のタイミングから各ユーザが1または複数の評価対象に対する意見内容の入力を開始するまでの待機時間を取得するための入力記録情報取得部を備え、
前記入力促進部は、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループにおける各ユーザの前記待機時間に基づいて前記所定時間を算出する、請求の範囲第15項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記入力促進部は、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループにおける各ユーザの前記待機時間の度数分布を作成し、作成した度数分布に基づいて前記所定時間を算出する、請求の範囲第16項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、さらに、
前記提示評価対象以外の他の評価対象に対して各ユーザが意見内容を入力した記録を示す入力記録情報を取得するための入力記録情報取得部を備え、
前記ユーザ情報取得部は、前記操作履歴として、前記他の評価対象に対して前記対象ユーザが意見内容を入力した記録を示すユーザ情報を取得し、
前記グループ判定部は、前記入力記録情報取得部によって取得された前記入力記録情報に基づいてユーザを複数のグループに分類し、前記ユーザ情報取得部によって取得された前記ユーザ情報に基づいて、前記複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定し、
前記入力促進部は、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記所定時間を算出する、請求の範囲第15項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 対象ユーザの属性、1または複数の評価対象に対する前記対象ユーザの意見内容、および前記対象ユーザの操作履歴のうちの少なくとも1つを示すユーザ情報を取得するステップと、
取得した前記ユーザ情報に基づいて、複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定するステップと、
前記対象ユーザに提示されている評価対象である提示評価対象に対して意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するように前記対象ユーザを誘導するための促進情報を、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記対象ユーザに提示するステップとを含む、発言促進方法。 - コンピュータに、
対象ユーザの属性、1または複数の評価対象に対する前記対象ユーザの意見内容、および前記対象ユーザの操作履歴のうちの少なくとも1つを示すユーザ情報を取得するステップと、
取得した前記ユーザ情報に基づいて、複数のグループの中から前記対象ユーザの属するグループを判定するステップと、
前記対象ユーザに提示されている評価対象である提示評価対象に対して意見内容または新たな評価対象を入力するように前記対象ユーザを誘導するための促進情報を、前記対象ユーザの属する前記グループに基づいて前記対象ユーザに提示するステップとを実行させるための発言促進プログラムを記録した、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
