Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de moulage par injection et un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées multicomposantes. L'outil de moulage par injection comprend une première et une deuxième moitié de moule (01, 02), une troisième moitié de moule (03) agencée entre la première et la deuxième moitié de moule (01, 02) de manière déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale de l'outil de moulage par injection, une quatrième moitié de moule (04) agencée entre la deuxième et la troisième moitié de moule (01, 03), rotative autour d'un axe de rotation disposé à un angle par rapport à la direction longitudinale et déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale, ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif de manipulation (10, 11) pour le transport de composants (13, 14, 15) de la pièce moulée multicomposante entre les plans de production (06, 07, 08). Le procédé selon l'invention peut être réalisé avec un tel outil de moulage par injection.
