本发明具体实施方式的转动装置, 改进了现有技术的轴承,克服了现有技 术中轴承的传统结构。 轴承内圈设外齿, 轴承外圈设开口, 在该开口处露出相 应的外齿; 其中, 在开口处驱动齿轮与相应的外齿啮合。 治疗头设于轴承内圈 的内部, 由驱动齿轮驱动轴承内圈转动, 从而带动治疗头旋转。 因此, 本发明 通过改进现有技术中的轴承,一方面, 将与驱动齿轮啮合的位置设置在轴承外 圈的开口位置, 可以消除一般外齿传动时的侧翻力, 可以使治疗头的转动更加 平稳; 另一方面, 本发明的转动装置结构筒单, 从而可以使整个放射治疗装置 体积缩小, 尤其可以大大缩小放射治疗装置在轴向方向的尺寸; 而且由于转动 装置结构筒单, 也可以降低转动装置的成本, 减轻转动装置的重量, 组装以及 运输方便。
在本发明具体实施例中,轴承外圈 511由两个独立的轴承外圈组成,包括: 第一轴承外圈 511 A和第二轴承外圈 511B; 第一轴承外圈 511 A和第二轴承外 圈 511B固定连接形成所述轴承外圈 511。 在本发明具体实施例中, 所述固定 连接为螺接, 即第一轴承外圈 511A和第二轴承外圈 511B通过螺钉 515固定 连接。 第一轴承外圈 511A和第二轴承外圈 511B在某一位置没有贴合, 形成 了轴^ ^卜圈 511的开口 514,该开口 514暴露出相应的轴^内圈 512的外齿 513 , 驱动齿轮 520也在该开口 514处与相应的外齿 514啮合, 从而驱动齿轮 520 可以带动轴承内圈旋转。 在本发明的具体实施例中, 第一轴承外圈 511A和第 二轴承外圈 511B在轴向方向的宽度相等, 开口 514形成在轴承外圈 511沿轴 向方向的中间位置,也就是,将与驱动齿轮与外齿啮合的位置设置在轴承外圈 的中间位置, 可以消除一般外齿传动时的侧翻力, 可以使治疗头的转动更加平 稳。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 开口不环绕轴承内圈 512 , 而是只在轴承外圈 的某一位置具有开口, 只在开口的位置处暴露出相应位置的外齿, 该开口的大 小要足以容纳驱动齿轮 520。 在本发明的其他实施例中, 开口也可以为环形, 环绕轴承内圈 512。
在本发明的图示的所示的具体实施例中, 轴承内圈为一体结构, 轴承外圈 包括第一轴承外圈和第二轴承外圈。在本发明的其他实施例中, 轴承内圈也可 以如轴承外圈那样, 由第一轴承内圈和第二轴承内圈组成,将第一轴承内圈和 第二内圈轴承固定在一起形成轴承内圈。
在本发明的其他实施例中, 可以根据轴承所要承受的负载, 即治疗头的重 量, 调整构成轴承外圈以及轴承内圈的数量。 例如, 如果治疗头重量较轻, 或 者轴承的承受负载的能力较强, 则可以用一个单个的轴承带动治疗头旋转。如 果治疗头重量较重,或者轴承的承受负载的能力较弱, 则可以用多个轴承带动 治疗头旋转, 即, 将多个轴承组合起来一起带动治疗头旋转。
本发明还提供一种轴承,其具体实施方式在对以上所述的转动装置的描述 中,已经对其做了详细的说明,本领域技术人员根据以上对转动装置的描述中, 可以清楚的知道轴承的具体实施方式。
本发明还提供一种放射治疗装置,该放射治疗装置包括治疗头以及以上所 述的转动装置, 其中所述治疗头安装于所述轴承内圈的内圈。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,为了使本领域技术人员更好的理解本 发明的精神,然而本发明的保护范围并不以该具体实施例的具体描述为限定范 围,任何本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明精神的范围内, 可以对本发明的具 体实施例做修改, 而不脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种转动装置, 用于带动放射治疗装置中的治疗头转动, 包括: 轴承 和驱动齿轮;
所述轴承包括: 轴承外圈、 轴承内圈, 设于所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间 的滚珠, 其特征在于:
所述轴承内圈具有外齿; 所述轴承外圈设有开口, 在所述开口处露出相应 位置的外齿, 在所述开口处所述驱动齿轮与相应的外齿啮合。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的转动装置, 其特征在于, 所述轴承外圈包括: 第 一轴承外圈和第二轴承外圈;
所述第一轴承外圈和所述第二轴承外圈固定连接形成所述轴承外圈。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的转动装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定连接为螺接。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的转动装置, 其特征在于, 所述开口位于所述第一 轴承外圈和所述第二轴承外圈之间。
5、 一种轴承, 包括: 轴承外圈、 轴承内圈, 设于所述轴承外圈和轴承内 圈之间的滚珠, 其特征在于:
所述轴承内圈具有外齿; 所述轴承外圈设有开口, 在所述开口处露出相应 位置的外齿。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的轴承, 其特征在于, 所述轴承外圈包括: 第一轴 承外圈和第二轴承外圈;
所述第一轴承外圈和所述第二轴承外圈固定连接形成所述轴承外圈。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的轴承, 其特征在于, 所述固定连接为螺接。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的轴承, 其特征在于, 所述开口位于所述第一轴承 外圈和所述第二轴承外圈之间。
9、 一种放射治疗装置, 其特征在于包括: 权利要求 1~4任一项所述的转 动装置, 以及治疗头; 所述治疗头安装于所述轴承内圈的内部。
